AWESOME SERVICE! I had GallettAir come check my heat - HORRIBLE! Their tech came and told me I need a new fan motor and control board, gives me a quote for 1800 dollars! I told him I just need it to run for the rest of the winter. sorry you need to replace the board Ok, buddy, call ya later!Gave ASAP a call...guess what... motor was shot, but instead of paying for a new board on top, my man did a simple rewire and and got it down for a third of the price. If you want the job done, call these guys and ask for Alex. The guy is old school and gets it done.
After waiting several days for an appointment to fix my air conditioning and adjusting my schedule to accommodate theirs, they didn’t even show up or answer the phone or anything. Are these guys even a legitimate business? It really doesn’t seem that they are. If something comes up you call your customers who you have appointments with and don’t make them sit around all day. I highly advise taking your business elsewhere.
Alex and his team came recommended by a local vendor and we could not have been happier with the outcome. He quoted me a price and job was completed, and then some, with out any change orders.Unfortunately, I couldn’t be home when they came, but my wife was who was busy working herself. She showed them in, advised them of where everything was and let them work.If i didn’t know what was being done, I would’ve never known they were here. They were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves.I’d strongly recommend using them!
Excellent service. Even was incredibly nice and helpful. He stayed late while they delivered space heaters because they couldnt reconnect the furnace in one day. They also stayed late walking me through the system, answering all my questions.
Thank you for the excellent service we received this morning!Our Furnace stopped worked overnight; we called at 8:02am this morning. We were given an appointment between 11-am-1pm today. And the technician arrived at 11:14am! I can’t ask for any better than that. And as I work from home, we got excellent service anyway and that mean when we do finally replace our furnace you will get our business.
Alex is very responsive and timely. His work was superb and done on my tight timeline. This was a big job of seemingly high complexity. I was relieved to have us back in order so quickly.

Firstly, dont pay attention to the one star review, Ive previously worked as an electrician and anyone who has ever had work done should know that trades (electrician, plumber, HVAC) has to charge at least 125 for a service call (every business has to account for overhead and transportation). Anyway, I had purchased a new ductless heat pump for a detached garage apt. The main installation I did myself, however, before the unit could be turned on, the unit needed to bled with a vaccum pump (which I dont have). Most places would not even see my unit unless they installed it themselves. Not only did he not have a problem, but also gave me a great price, came the same day, and was very thorough. He checked the critical elements of my installation and made sure it was done right. Im very happy with the quality and care of work done. Clearly a very experienced professional, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
No call no show, all I got was the answering machine
Never showed up for service appointment and never called... Gave me a 8am - 12pm window. I called at 12:15 and couldnt get through I suppose there could have been a phone issue, or an unexpected problem, but you think they could have called at some point.
