Took my laptop to Mark but it was too far gone. He returned it to me 5 minutes later. There was no work done, so no rating.After further consideration, I realize I should NOT have given a 1-star review. In all fairness, Mark returned my laptop to me with the explanation that he could not promise it could be fixed, or that he would be able to transfer everything onto a new computer because he felt the hard drive may be ruined. Rather than spend time trying - with the possibility of no success - and billing me for his time, he did the fair thing by returning it to me. I thank Mark for his honesty and changed my rating to 5-star.

I just want to say that Mark was awesome! My laptop screen cracked and I was panicking because I had business meetings in three days for my new company. Not only did Mark have my laptop fixed in two days but he is reasonably priced!!! On top of everything my laptop is still working great!! I recommend Dragora Technologies to everyone!!

Company does not do all services listed on website. I inquired about home networking and was told they did not do it. Also, when I called I was greeted by just a hello. Businesses usually will greet you with the business name so a potential customer knows they called the right place.

Didnt answer the door or phone

Have used Dragora both for my home and business needs and the owner is an expert that always gets it done fast and right. Recently bought a couple of their used computers and couldnt be happier with the price, performance and responsiveness. I highly recommend this great little gem.

My computer started making beeping sounds and wouldn’t boot, I went on the internet to find a repair facility, I called Dragora and was surprised when the guy said bring it right over. I was expecting to drop it off and pick it up when it was finished. He got right on it and found out it was an easy fix, he charged me an extremely fair price. Up to now my dealings with this guy have been ok. But after my last repair going bad after just 8 weeks and Mark acting like, so what do you expect from me?. I will never do business with with person again!..He is not a business person at all. Will not return phone calls and expects me to buy my own parts. I am planning on taking him to court for his last repair on principal alone. He has no clue what he should say or do. Not a business person at all, better off as just a worker. All this over a very small repair. Time for you to get a lesson in how to run a business boy!

Great little business! Theyre located in Bellmawr and service is by appointment only which was something I didnt know, but its really easy to schedule service with them if you need computer repair. Theyre right off of 42 where 42 and 295 meet, which was really convenient for me because I work in Philly. I was able to drop the computer off on the way to Philly and to my surprise they had it ready the same day so I was able to pick it up on the way home...VERY CONVENIENT! I was getting hard drive errors and then my laptop wouldnt boot so I figured it was the hard drive. I called the big box store and they said 5-7 days to get the computer back. The price was quite a bit less than the big box store as well. They were able to confirm it was the hard drive, install the hard drive, migrate data from the old hard drive and then install Windows and do it days before the other guys would have even looked at it most likely. Very happy.

Dropped off my laptop 7:30pm on a Sunday and had it back by 9pm.

I went out of my way to drop off my laptops for repair today, and apparently there was no one there. If your hours say youre open, I would expect you to be open. Wasted my time, and lost my business. Update your hours if youre not going to actually be there during the times listed.
