I rented a Jeep Cherokee from this location for a family vacation in North Carolina. I had made reservations MONTHS prior with a different rental company (B****t) that was pure hell. Had me drive back and forth between two different states until I eventually cancelled my reservations due to them having no cars available. I called Justin at the Bellmawr location and he was SUPER helpful. He was able to get me into a SUV immediately after wasting 4 hours with another company. His customer service is superb. I got their and checked in with Mike, the manager. Super cool, went over everything quickly and thoroughly so I could get on the road immediately. These two guys helped me tremendously and I can not thank them enough ! They are definitely my go to guys now whenever I need a rental ! 11/10 would definitely recommend!!

I have to be honest, Ive recommended this facility multiple times to many people! But my personal experience has made me realize thats been a huge mistake. The first vehicle I was given had issues; the sliding door would not operate properly and would get stuck in the open position multiple times, there was a knocking sound from the rear, and also the front window was extremely shaky as if it was going to fall out of place. Not only that, although this other issue wasnt really a problem to me, but when I picked up the vehicle it was disgusting! Really, not a big deal. There were also a few large scratches and dents on the roof that I pointed out, much larger than the acceptable damage and they said that it wasnt an issue.I was able to swap this out without too much hassle. Perfect. They then offered a different vehicle, no mechanical issues thankfully, except the tank was literally on E! I also noticed that it had limo tint on the front quarter panel windows, it was out of state plates, whatever. I didnt really think much of it but did mention it. I have the same exact model (without tint) and thought to myself it shouldnt be an issue ... Until I took a turn a little too short and caught about 12 inches of concrete. A small scratch left behind, most likely could be buffed out. I called them, and mention what had happened and they thanked me for being honest, because most people would just act as if it was already there - I guess like what happened with the other vehicle. I mentioned the reason it had happened, and he said wed discuss when the time comes to return the vehicle.So today is the day, they say well have to file a claim with your insurance company and they can take it from there. I asked for a second opinion, I dont want to go through my insurance and pay a $500 deductible for a scratch, first I was speaking with the assistant ... The manager comes out and doesnt even really look at the scratch, standing about 6 away pulls down his sunglasses and just agrees with the assistant, almost instantly. And then argued with me about the quarter window having nothing to do with taking a turn, but it does. Turning onto a 2-way street with on street parking, and trying to avoid oncoming traffic, that window is a big help - but not at 10pm with limo tint! Anyway, Ill be sure to refer any and all to the compitition, although a little further, hopefully itll be worth the peace of mind.If the accident was at no fault but my own, Id be more understanding. The fact that both members were somewhat rude and condescending, and the one after making zero effort to even look at the damage and then literally making it a point to argue with me about the situation led me to leaving a poor review. But I hope they both have a great day.

I gotta say I’m a little annoyed because I wasn’t able to even rent a car due to their policies.First of all, they have a young driver fee which is for anyone under 25. That seems a bit high to me, but whatever. Second, I don’t have a credit card so I wanted to use my debit card. Then I was told their policies just changed literally a week before I needed a rental, and if you pay with a debit card you also need to provide a utility bill and proof of address. I’m a 24 year old student who still lives with family. I don’t have my own utility bill... and I don’t have a credit card. So how are people in a similar situation to me supposed to rent a car?? My car is in the shop and I needed a rental to get around for the week. Now I’m stuck using Lyft instead. The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because customer service was decent.

I highly recommend not renting a vehicle from the Bellmawr Location! Mike, the manager at the Bellmawr office is absolutely the worst. Their rates are ridiculously high, $807 for 9 days (not including the deposit) & the way my dad was treated today after renting with them for over 3 months was disgraceful. Mike has no business being in customer service, let alone a manager. He didn’t have a care in the world of how we were supposed to get home after telling us they can no longer rent him a car due to an accident that wasn’t our fault. If you have to rent from here - I suggest going to the Maple Shade location & asking for Mark to handle your rental agreement. He got transferred from the Bellmawr location but he handled our rental claim the entire time we had it up until the last month when he was transferred. He was amazing. Super helpful, very sweet & friendly, definitely went above & beyond for my dad & anything he needed. Mike however has no business being in any line of customer service. He makes thisLocation a poor experience to say the least!!!

I was picked up on time from the repair center. I was leaving Enterprise in a short time later! What a great way to rent! Service was prompt and attentive! The rental car was perfect! There were no hard sell tactics! It was a perfect experience!! This is the second time I have used Enterprise! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend! Any future needs, I know where to go!! Kudos to you!!

Came in for a car swap and was offered a smaller car for a 1 way road trip smelling like an ash tray of cigarettes with ashes remaining on the steering wheel when my mom and I informed the rep he carelessly states ok their is a mavis up the street you can go their and service your current car for free of charge on us we were already delayed a day of our road trip due to sensor lights coming on the dash board causing us to loose a day of the trip and rental. The only other option was to pick up another vehicle at the airport and paying tolls to arrive their. The breaks on the car were sosos forcing us to drive like this with children in car. Not recommended to picl up here

My husband and I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Bellmawr, NJ. We found it had an expired registration and insurance from December 2019 when we were pulled over and given 2 tickets. Oh, and did I mention we had Louisiana plates? I called Enterprise and was told to go to the nearest airport. Well the nearest airport is in Philadelphia. So at this point we had 2 tickets for expired registration and insurance and driving to another state to exchange this vehicle. We finally got to the airport and they had NO vehicles. (ad so back to NJ)Due to the climate we are living in today and quite frankly the same one we Black and brown people have lived in since I can remember this could have potentially been a life altering situation. When we returned the vehicle my husband thought hed help another Black man waiting to be helped when he told him that someone had just left with the same story. By the way, he was a person of color as well. That cant be a coincidence!!The worst

I rented for the very first time ever in my life over the weekend, and this location made the experience and process smooth, easy, and pleasant. Even with booking so close to their closing time, they made it possible. I was very satisfied. I only did 4 starts because it was kinda pricey for three days with the minivan, I also kept asking the guy that was handling my check in about the Nissan Pathfinder that was sitting on the lot, and he kept ignoring me, he wouldn’t even answer my question about if it had three rows. I also could do without the $200 deposit but i guess it is what it is. The vehicle though seemed to be like a luxury minivan. Plenty of room for the family, and actually got a lot of compliments although it was just a rental. They also gave me a ride back home after I brought the vehicle back, so that was a plus as well. Hoping to do more business with this location in the near future.

This is my 5th rental from Enterprise. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating to your every need. Two different times I called because I wanted to keep the rental an extra day or two and as long as I return the vehicle before a certain time I wasnt even charged for the extra time. My family and I will be traveling again Christmastime and I plan to rent from Enterprise.

I love this Enterprise. Their customer service is always on point. Their cars are well maintained and clean. The parking lot is easy to enter and exit which may not seem like a huge deal but it is to me.I use to have such anxiety when renting cars-not anymore. I know I’ll always be taken care of well when renting with Enterprise.

This was the first time I used this location in awhile. The staff were nice and I didnt have to wait too long for my car. My only complaint is that they tried to cover up cigarette odor by some kind of spray. After the car was closed up for a few hours, it wreaked of cigarettes and stunk the entire week of our vacation. That is simply a smell I cannot tolerate plus it makes allergies worse. I didnt want to leave my clothes in the car long for fear the smell would get into them. We drove with the windows open a bit but it didnt help. These rentals cost too much to have to put up with that -- not to mention the fact that smoking is not allowed in these vehicles.

I booked this reservation very last minute for the July 4th weekend. I called the Customer Service main number and I wish I had their name- they provided service excellence from start to finish. This Rep helped me find a vehicle last minute for the July 4th weekend. Kudos to this REP. Also, the Bellmawr, NJ office where I was able to rent the car was great too! The car was an Impala- beauty! Well they have a lot of snow still outside of the building and I really dont like this Enterprise I drop my rental off at Chrysler Dodge and they were supposed to pick it up from there because I was getting my car fixed and they drop the car off at Chrysler Dodge and told me to when I return it to Chrysler Dodge and they will come and pick it up I called them and told them Im done with the rental this place is not a good rental place BEWARE !!!!!

Jasmine and Jessica are both absoultly amazing! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine on the phone to book a rental but at the time they didnt have anything available, she called other locations in order to find something then called me as soon as she was able to reserve a vehicle. Jessica picked us up from our house, took us to the facility to sign everything and was overall very professional and courteous. I had an opportunity to witness them both working with other renters as well, they were both friendly and willing to help any way possible. Highly recommended facility to do business with!

I rented a small car from the Enterprise location in Mount Ephraim for a 10 day out-of-state vacation and it was a great experience! The MT. Ephraim Enterprise staff is professional, friendly, and exceptionally efficient, and I love the pick up-drop off service. As always, with Enterprise, there were absolutely no problems with my rental car. I felt the price was reasonable as well. Progressive arranged the vehicle while my truck was being repaired. While Im not crazy about the Kia Soul they gave me, the service was amazing. They were very nice. They didnt make me wait at all to be picked up and made sure I was going to be able to get my truck back before dropping me off. It was a nice experience and I really liked the staff there.

I had a long term rental and the general manager called me everyday along with a supervisor at Bellmawr branch named jasmine threatening me with returnThey charged my American Express card with excessively large amounts threatening as if I were never going to return the carEven looking from both spectrums to try and understand the company poor management but it never made senseUnprofessional and discriminatory behavior I had to call the corporate office to complain for minimal resolution

I rented my car there with insurance company and mr. Bread at first was very nice and helpful but after insurance co. screw me over and they changed payment options from direct billing enterprise to reimbursement and i had to pay out of my pocket first mr. Bread was even nicer and told me that he can wait till i get the check from insurance, about 10 days passed and i called him few times letting know what is happening but just find out he charged my credit card without even telling me but when i was calling he was saying this is not a problem to wait a little, how bout he tell me what is gong on like a man ! just got check friday from insurance company and my card is overcharged, thanks NOT mr. Bread !

In the beginning it looked like they were doing the best customer service,after I returned the rental car I got a refund where they charged me for 3days instead of 2 days .I called them to get my money back, they told me we will give you a call back within an hour ...havent received any phone call from them in 4 hoursI called them back they put on hold for 15 minutes then the guy told me you will receive your refund within 48hours . I asked him if i could get a copy of the receipt emailed to me,he said yes you will get it before the end of the day .And here Im checking my email nothing is thereMy last time renting a car from enterprise-Disappointed-
