I love the shop and the guys that work there. so many times I have come by just with questions about forecasts or gear, and they always answer me and give me the information I need. also, Ive been in there A lot of times himming and hawing over boards and other big purchases, only to buy a small tool or some kite fix glue. This shop has great service! I ordered a surf board online. I live in Seattle and had to make the drive up there to get it. The shop was very accommodating and allowed me to pick it up outside business hours. Best shop in Washington!

They are so unbelievably helpful! I was seeking to buy a kitesurfing harness and they spend about an hour talking on the phone helping me decide what would be best. They also took time to give me pointers about kiteboarding and were super helpful. They are a joy to work with and went the extra mile to serve and sacrifice for me. These guys put a massive smile on my face! I tried ordering last-years model of a board, but apparently it was out of stock. They immediately messaged me and asked if it was ok if they switch it out for the same size in the latest model. They shipped the most beautiful board I have ever seen and I am beyond stoked. Rented paddle boards from these guys a couple of times, and they have great boards, staff is friendly, shop is nice and clean, lots of parking, lovely experience.

This place has some serious issues with its online ordering system, keeping track of inventory and orders, etc. Dont buy anything online from them and expect to ever receive it.

Super happy with these guys. Kitted up the whole family with kites and gear - a big ticket purchase! Over several phone calls, they took a bunch of time to consider our different sizes, weights, experience levels and interests, and patiently put together a beginner package tailored to each of us. The prices were the best I found, particularly on last years closeout gear - ideal for a bunch of beginners - but I would have been delighted with the first-class service, even if the prices had been the same as everyone elses. Everything was on my doorstep in California two days after we hung up the phone. Highly recommended.

Great kite shop. I live in MI and have bought a number of items from kps. Emails are always answered same day and usually within a couple hours. Prices are very good and sometimes the best youll find. Were lucky to have kps. Wish I lived closer.

A year later, I wanted to learn How to foil. As I did t know what to buy, I called their staff who gave me valuable advices based on my level and ambitions (simple). Very knowledgeable and helpful crew. Ive had the pleasure of talking to DJ, He is honest and he puts the time and effort to explains the pros and cons of each buying decision. Kiteboarding gears are not cheap but he always makes my trip from Vancouver to his shop worth while. Theyre my go-to guys.

Kite paddle surf is super reliable and very friendly - i highly recommend their business to anyone. I had issues with my bar and needed someone to take care of it quickly. They replaced my throw line and leader lines in no time and didnt charge me for replacing depower line as it was a warranty thing that i didnt even know about. Everyting was handled super fast and efficient. Owner also helps out with good advice and tips about local spots and access as well as unbiased opinions on gear. Keep it up guys!

Bought a Liquid Force foil board online which ended up having a manufacturing defect apparent after a couple months . They worked with Liquid Force on obtaining a warranty replacement and made the process painless. Very happy with the after market service received.
