Their septic pump guy broke both my lids! I told the Health Department what happened during an inspection and now I have to buy new lids. Brent and Chris are aware what their guy did, but they both have completely ignored me. I sent them the invoice of the new lids, and asked how they plan to fix their mistake and not one response.

These guys went above and beyond for us. Brent came out looked at the pad for the travel trailer and said I got you. He charged us less than what he quoted. His crew was super cool and fun to work with.

Brent and his crew went above and beyond for us. We had a pad put in for our RV and him and his crew were absolutely amazing. My husband is away in Alaska and I cant drive trailer. Not only did his crew build the pad, they moved the trailer onto the pad, leveled it out, plugged us into the power so I was ready to go. 100% reccomend Brent for any project.

Requested work for a small retaining wall to be removed and rebuilt. Had to call multiple times, as I did not receive a call back, to even get someone to come out to look at it. They finally came out to look at the project, said theyd get to it as quickly as possible. Never got a call back with a quote/time frame or anything. Knowing it was a busy season, I didnt call back for a month and when I did, they told me they werent able to do it because it was past Whatcom County Watershed disturbance allowance. The issue with this is it is a small job (under 500 sqft of dirt disturbance) so it can still be completed past the 9/30 deadline. No communication from the business or willingness to make things right after I called. Only response was that they shouldve called, even though was more than 3 weeks past their believed deadline and that they wouldnt be able to get to it for months now. Completely unprofessional with lack of responsiveness. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

I am writing this review because these folks took the time to talk to me when nobody else would -Quick backstory - were trying to buy a home up in Bellingham that had a VERY specific and unique septic system in it, that we didnt know much about. The manufacturing company wouldnt return my phone calls, and theres very little information online about the systems. So I began calling the list of certified installers and contractors. I went through 11 different companies, many of whom didnt answer the phone, didnt have the time to talk to me (literally told me that, because I wasnt in their service area), or refused to give me information about the systems at all and kept referring me to the health department.The gentleman I spoke with on the phone with Brent Rents was EXTREMELY helpful, by taking the time to explain the metering system to me, and what to expect when owning one of the systems. I was on the verge of tears as he was speaking to me, because he didnt realize how hard it had been to find someone who cared to take the time up until him.The MOMENT we require add-on projects, septic pumping, or other maintenance help, I will be calling these folks first. Its not an accident that theyve been rated 5 -stars.
