My new skylight cracked within 2 weeks of installation but Lyndale Glass was quick to order another and replace it within a short time.

I placed an order for custom cut laminated glass (painters palet) and when I went to pick it up, I discovered I hadnt included some necessary instructions.I explained and offered to pay extra, but they modified the work, making it perfect and safe for young artists to use. No extra charge and exceptional service.Ask me where Im going to get my glasswork done next time....

Poor customer service, no follow up by staff to get quote on exterior doors.

I had a thick piece of glass that one else would cut, I got same day service and was out in 10 mins with good service and a nice cut of glass

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Lyndale Glass. We had four foggy windows replaced. First of all, Peter was very professional and efficient when preparing the estimate. Then....the final price was so much better than we expected, due to 3 other quotes we had received, we had to question it just to make sure it was correct. 😁. Then when there was a scheduling issue, Peter stepped up and fixed it, just as a true customer service professional would! Finally, the installation team of Doug and Logan were great. Right on time! Very friendly and considerate. Totally professional and efficient. Thank you Lyndale Glass for making this a 5 Star experience for us!

During the winter storm our stores glass door started to spider web. Called Lyndale at 4pm and the tech was in first thing the next morning. He measured everything and was back within a hour with the new door to install. Fast service and for a good price. Great Company!

Pricy but fast

I was so pleased that the first person I spoke with had all of the information that I needed. This was the second place I called because the first one had no way to give me a quote, and the person who could was gone for a month.I was able to get a quote from Lyndale Glass right away, and an idea of what other decorative glasses would cost.As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, this is the kind of experience that I need and appreciate. We have bought several things from Lyndale Glass and it was been great. Good prices quick service.

They didnt even earn one star. Ordered the wrong glass twice. In the two weeks since arriving the second time with the wrong glass they have sent an invoice and a statement but not returned my phone call. The work was never done yet they want to be paid.
