Be warned they promise more then they can deliver, I scheduled a installation appointment only to have it canceled on the Friday before, with a estimated time now being June. Be warned this isnt a internet provider, if anything they made it more difficult to connect, If someone wants to reach out, I would love to try and figure out why I was lied to. They asked me to reach out locally, called the number on the site, was on hold for 25 minutes and then was hung up on.

WF doesnt work every day well.

Paying for “up to 40 mbs” consistently getting 3 mbs. I’ve talked to multiple reps and they all just shrug their shoulders and basically say “oh well”.

I have been on hold for the third day straight for a cumulative 15 hours without anyone being able to help me cancel my account. However if I call to set up an account they respond in seconds but tell you they cannot assist with canceling an account. Its like a scam. Sign up all the accounts but make it impossible to cancel! The customer service deserves negative stars. The sales supervisor Desmond lied to me and then refused to accept my return calls.
