My gutters were full of peanut shells from the neighbor feeding every wild animal in town. They did a great job of cleaning the gutters and unclogging the down spouts. Will use them again.

I desperately needed my gutters cleaned and my roof needed attention as well. I called on a Monday, and Skye was able to meet the next day to discuss the scope of work. His team completed the job the same afternoon. The pricing was completely fair and involved cutting back multiple trees, both over my house and detached garage, cleaning the gutters, removing moss/cleaning/treating the roof on both my house/garage as well as cleaning the skylights. Great communication!!! I thought it would be a few weeks this time of year before the job would get done but when Skye got back to me it was going to be just a couple of days. I was contacted the day before to make sure everything was out of the way. The crew was punctual and got the job done that day. The roof and gutters had not been cleaned forever so it had to be a real pain yet everything looks awesome. The bid was the only one I received that looked professional with all details of the price broken down nicely. I hired Sky to clean the roof on one of my properties. I asked for photos and he did a great job.Because of this I hired him for another job despite his price being twice as high as the next quote. The job was to pressure wash the deck. I had assumed that since Sky knew that I was remote that he would include photos just like the first job.Sky sent me an invoice and this was our communication. You be the judge if you think he is professional or not. I personally would not hire him again as his communication was unprofessional. I promptly paid Sky and Sky lost my business and my referral.Jordan:Hi can you send photos of the work that was done?Sky:I didnt take any after photosI would have if I knew you wanted them.The tenants could provide the finished product.Jordan:I do need some kind of proof of the work that was done.Sky:If you would have communicated that prior to the job taking place I would of been happy to snap some photos after we were done, but you didnt ask me So? So again ask your tenants for photos since they live there its much more convenient. It will be 3 weeks before I will be in Sudden Valley again. Skyes crew did an amazing job with my roof. We live in the woods, so our gutters get filled with leaves and whatever falls from the trees that live around us. I love how they do not pressure wash roofs (something you should never do). Skye even came back to freshen up the moss-be-gone residue on my roof (there was a downpour, making the moss-killer powder clump together. Very thorough and honest - the estimate was right on.

After contacting them they sent me a text after coming out and assessing the job giving me a fair price quote. I said yes and they were out the same or the next day and completed the job with very little involvement on my part. My gutters were WAY over due and they did a great job and left no mess behind. I called up and spoke with Skye, who is the owner of Whatcom Gutter & Roof Cleaning, he promptly got over to my place and gave me a very reasonable quote. My roof was an absolute mess. The crew got out took care of business; leaving zero moss on the roof or the ground. Cant say enough about Skye and his crew! Ive been trying to get someone out to clean my gutter guards for months. I called every service in Skagit County and of the 2 or 3 people who would even come out to look at my project no one would either attempt it or didnt have the equipment to reach the second story of the house. Granted I have a metal roof and a two story house that is a bit higher than the average house.After the heavy snow of the first major snow storm of the season part of the gutter system on the second story pulled away. I was concerned that if another storm hit the rest of the system would completely fall away.Going outside the box I started researching services in Whatcom County and came across Skye and his company.he came out, assessed the problem, and had his crew out ASAP to not only fix the gutter system but also power wash ALL my gutter guards...top and bottom...and the crew did it in the rain...and on two storys of metal roofs!Skye even assessed all the facia boards to ensure that there was no damage or rot that might cause further problems!Skye is the hero of this rural house and Ive already promised him that he will be the one I contact in future for any/all gutter problems or installations.
