A large tree branch fell through the windshield of my F150 during the first wind storm of fall 2021. Louis was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day. The windshield I had though would be well over $500, even $1000 for my truck, but it came in even lower, so much so that I opted not to use my insurance. When I picked up my truck I was even more surprised that they gave me a $50 gift card to a local restaurant of my choice and thats for anyone getting a replacement windshield from them! Super awesome. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing and Id recommend it for anyone needing any sort of glass work on their car. I got a fairly large crack on my front windshield while driving on the freeway and promptly called a few different windshield places in town asking about their windshield replacement services for a newer car that would need the windshield to be calibrated with the cars system. The Whatcom Windshield place on Meridian was extremely rude to me so I called Louis Auto Glass and the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and explained to me in length about what services they provide. They were very professional and friendly! My windshield was fixed extremely quickly and the price was very fair. Also, bonus points for the tech who gave great advice to my partner about his classic cars windshield.

Staff was very nice and friendly and explained everything to me. They made the process quick but it was very spendy for a windshield replacement. 320 for the windshield and about another 150 because of some rust on my car

I have had 3 windshields replaced here and there always a little nick or abrasion on the paint after. This time it was just plain disrespect scratches and deep abrasion to paint on drivers fender and a deep gouge just above the windshield! Even there own web site photos show that fender covers are not used during there work. They drag soiled air hoses across your car that you care about! Work on other peoples cars as if it was your 36 thousand dollars or declare that you dont care. Wont see you next time as Im not interested in a free cut polish I would rather not have the damage in the first place!

I’m sure that the guys who work in the shop are great, I recently had an encounter with a red Ford truck that had Louis Auto Glass on the side of it cut me off and then verbally abuse me and even got to the point where the driver got partially out of their car to yell at me. This experience has made me less likely to use their entire company, I would hope that the company does not condone this behavior.

Got a nice chip in my windshield that turned into a crack over the next few days.Louis Auto glass had good reviews and was close so I decided to give it a go.I unfortunately had to reschedule twice due to weather conditions, but the receptionist was super friendly and didnt seem at all annoyed.When I arrived, there were some issues (my fault, not theirs) with getting the proper information from the insurance company. This was my first time doing this sort of thing on my own, and the manager there was happy to help walk me through the process of filing the claim.Once everything was settled, they said it would be about 2 - 2.5 hours, but called me after an hour and 45 minutes, with the car ready for pickup.Literally nothing to complain about my experience here, and Id highly recommend them to anyone who needs automotive glass replaced.

I needed to replace my cracked windshield on my Honda. I called every place in whatcom county that could do it & got quotes from each. Louis auto glass not only had one of the most fair prices, but more importantly they had the best customer service. That’s what stood out to me. They answered all of my questions, told me exactly what I’d be paying for even down to the tax and they made me feel heard. Failed Install Twice, I do not recommend this place because I had them replace my cracked windshield and both times they used some cheap aftermarket glass that didnt fit right with the cowl and then I cought them trying to glue it down to my windshield. Will never go back there for any reason.

This morning we broke a window out of one of the shop doors, of course it is a Friday and we thought there was likely no way to have it replaced before the weekend. First of all I didn’t want to give this review a one star..Should be no star feature.One of their reps (I believe her name’s Tara) took my card info over the phone, Had problems with my insurance apparently my claim for two damages got filed separate through my insurance company. Long story short, I should have called my insurance and check that my claim was filed two separate claims instead of one. So I paid out of pocket 358.23 for my windshield. I had a feeling something was wrong, So I called my insurance again after because of the body repair. Geico got the claims filed together so I would have to pay 500.00 on my auto damage as well. However with the windshield charge can’t get that refunded since washington doesn’t do refunds. As the rep took my card info over the phone. She didn’t once asked me for a receipt or email with the transaction, causing me to have issues calling my insurance company yet again. Lynden location was where I had my appointment for my windshield my paperwork was sent to that location as well. I was told from the same rep that took my card info that she didn’t see paperwork about my claim from geico. Poor communication To end this whole thing. I would never get my glass replace here. Should have listened to my great grandpa. With his experience. I’m a person that gives everyone a second chance. As far as this place though. Forget it. Not worth it. Definitely staying away from this company.

No pride or care in their work.I brought in my RV to have a window replaced, stressing that I needed the window tint matched... They “completed” the job with a new, tintless window. Apparently I had aftermarket tint film but they never told me that at any point - even upon pickup. They wouldn’t recommend what shade to match or any info on doing this very annoying task myself. VERY disappointed in the lack of communication & service.Tech left bits of duct tape around the window (from temp covering) - couldn’t even bother to peel off (RV is tall so not something I can easily do). No care or pride !

The window glass on my F150 was broken due to a theivery in Seattle. I called Louis Auto glass the next morning. They got me in and fixed the same day and at a very fair price. The window regulator failed too as a result of the break-in and although they dont typically repair them as a regular practice, they made exception for me. I truly appreciated their expediency and fluid of process for the experience. I would would give them 6 stars if there was one more star option. :) Thanks!!

A great local, family owned company. They were so nice, professional and quick replacing the windshield on my Acura. After such great service it was followed up with a complimentary dinner at a great local restaurant. I could not be more satisfied!

They did a perfect job replacing the windshield on my truck, and I certainly appreciated the loaner vehicle as I would have been stuck without it. They also just recently custom cut a piece of tempered glass for an old coffee table that Id refinished. The job was done exactly to spec, at a good price and in short order.

I was so pleased with the service I received at Louis Auto Glass. The front desk staff was very helpful with the process of contacting our insurance company and providing them with the necessary information to make a claim. The estimated wait time for the service was 3 hours, but the service was completed in about 1 hour and the technician went above and beyond and, not only replaced our cracked windshield, but repaired a loose door seal and glued some ceiling fabric that was hanging in the back of the car. I am so grateful for their work and would definitely return if I needed service again.

The Crew at Louis auto glass has been absolutely great to work with. The recently supplied all the windows for a home i was building and made the whole process super easy. I thought there was a mistake in one of the windows I ordered and they went out of their to try and remedy this so i could pass my inspection on time. Fast and inexpensive

Getting a passenger window replaced was quick with them. My only complaint is that they use aftermarket glass. The factory glass has a subtle white etched Toyota in the corner, the one they put in has this large black Pilkington branding on there (and no it wont come off with a razor blade). So 5 stars for being quick and easy and 2 stars for not using factory glass.

Great Service, Great WorkI had a new windshield installed yesterday and found the staff and employees delightful.Within minutes of hearing from my insurance company Tuesday, Louis Glass called to arrange an appointment for Thursday! Upon arrival, my paperwork was ready and they handed me keys to my loaner car.When I returned later in the day, my car was ready and returning my loaner was quick, easy and efficient. The entire administrative process of checking in, borrowing the loaner and checking out when I returned to collect my car toil less than 15 minutes total! No fuss. No muss.

I had a windshield replaced on my BMW. The rain sensor didnt work properly after I had the windshield replaced. After some diagnosis, it was determined that an imperfection in the windshield was the cause.Louis Auto Glass offered to replace the windshield, no questions, and at no cost to me.They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service.I highly recommend them.

Went there to have a windshield replaced and had a HORRIBLE experience. The first windshield was not seated right and wind entered the cars cabin while driving at high speeds; 50 mph and up. Went back to talk with the girls at the front desk and they told me the job was done properly. After convincing a technician to take a drive with me, my concern was validated and a new appointment was scheduled. The second windshield resolved the noise issue but there was contortion throughout the glass; wavy lines at certain angles. Made me dizzy while driving, a big safety hazard. Had my insurance claim adjuster come out to inspect and confirm issue at hand. On top of that, when I picked up my car at the specified time after the second install, my car was not there. The owner (Rick) took my car to Final Touch (his auto detailing business that he also owns) for some light touch up paint as the installer scraped paint off during the removal/install stage. Rick tried to sugar coat it by giving me a small bottle of touch up paint to go. Right there red flags went up. After examining the installation of glass number 2, I noticed the shop did more than throw on some touch up paint. They threw on some body filler as well as paint because they GOUGED the A pillar on my car. The filler wasnt smooth and the over spray wasnt even cleaned up on the roof. Basically a quick 10 minute fix instead of just fessing up to the damage; as if I wouldnt notice. I took my car to my insurance agent and they informed Rick of his troubling worth ethic and damage to my car. We decided to part ways and had my work done at the dealership instead, where it should have gone from the get go. My insurance even waived my deductible because of this horrible service. In summary, Rick was dishonest, the front desk girls were unprofessional, and I DO NOT recommend you take your vehicle there!

A while back I ordered a back window for my van. My 1994 Van hard to find window almost impossible. Great condition used back hatch window. The neiborhood boy threw a rock and a few days later they had my new (used) window it was shipped so fast. Great people Thank you .

World class customer service!! Rick was awesome. I needed some safety glass custom cut for some windows that were vandalized at my parents store in Anacortes. I live in the Tri Cities and only had Saturday to get the job done. Rick told me no worries he had everything I needed in stock and would custom cut it for my application.
