My printer died today at the worst time (of course!) and one phone call to Bellingham Office Equipment and they totally fixed the problem and got me up and running! So quick and friendly and helpful. I will absolutely come to this business when I need office equipment again :)
The gentleman was very prompt in responding to our need for two printers needing repair. He came on-site, performed a diagnostic and informed us we needed parts; we paid him for diagnostic. Two weeks later no word from them. I called, he answered personally and said he would check on the status of the parts. Four days later, no response. i called and continued to call daily until late June and no return calls, no email response either. Finally had to report to Better Business Bureau. Would be professional if they would have said sorry we slipped in ordering parts, will do so promptly,. etc. We are more apt to work with a business if they are straight-forward with you. Now we have to start all over with another company, and one printer is a clients which we can not charge for.

This business is a fraud. The man came for a house call to diagnose the problem with my machine and charged $90. He then took the machine to repair and I have not heard back from him, its been over a year and I have tried several times to reach out and recoup the machine, which is worth upwards of $1500. I drove by the address on google and it is a residence, not a business. He blocked my calls and will not answer his phone.
