Their rates are reasonable, and they always estimate high when quoting labor for projects, which is wonderful for budget planning. Have had to look for quotes for software services through this company several times as they are located close to us. The last time we requested a quote for a piece of software, our email was forwarded to the support team by an individual named Patty Seaman who added in the email Caution here.... They want work, but no charges. As that we were just trying to do our due diligence to find the best quote for a piece of software - this was one of the most unprofessional things Ive ever come across. Not only do they over charge for their software, theyre also rude to the people who dont purchase through them.
