Auto Licensing of Bellingham is AMAZING!!! It was so fast, easy, and enjoyable... yes I said it... enjoyable! I had a unique situation with an out of state car from an estate, and Jordyn made it so simple it felt like I was picking up an order of takeout. She and their entire team were knowledgable, kind, and a pleasure to work with. It is my privilege to get to write this review -- very thankful!

The easiest, most painless licensing experience Ive ever had. The ladies are nice, and explain things clearly if you have questions.

I used to only go to N. W. Licensing, because thats what my dad did and I love the pictures and license plates in there on display, I didnt even know this place existed until I bought a boat last year and the guy asked me to come there to meet him, Ive done a boat title and 2 car titles there, the employees are courteous, knowledgeable, I was in there tonight and there was like 8 people waiting in line and they were just blowing through people. N. W. Licensing is fine also, but these guys are just as good.

Simple and very quick (was done in about 3 minutes). The rep was kind and helpful.

Honestly the most friendly patient and helpful staff ever... Thats even after telling me that they cant stay open after closing hours of 4 pm. I was few minutes away and when i arrived with a minute to spare they were just as happy to help me as they would of had I been the first Customer, or thats how It felt. All smiles all day so glad I realized this office was here

First google review ive eve written but this experience was well worth taking the time to review. Ive been putting off getting my vehicle reregistered for so long with fear of lengthy lines and unhelpful staff, but that is not what I received here. The costumer service was impeccable, I was helped immediately and greeted with such kind, speedy and helpful service. The people that work here really have your back. Lovely experience :)

I came to this auto licensing office to get my vehicle registered and I didnt have a mask with me and as soonest I opened the door one of the employees started yelling asking me to put a mask on and I asked if they have a mask they said no and I wasnt allowed In the office, very unprofessional and extremely rude

Drove extra miles to try 2 different offices to be told by sign on doors, Closure due to maintenance issues. Why was this not posted on website??

I had a tricky registration issue and was expecting the whole process to be a huge hassle. I went there Friday and the nice woman at the counter quickly figured out how to solve it but I was missing some paperwork I needed. Came back Monday and was helped by the same woman. In and out quickly. The service was so friendly and polite. Definitely recommend.

Since these guys moved, their service has greatly improved. Today Jordan was so nice, considerate and hdlpful. It truly was a pleasure. Whom ever owns this business please give her some recognition or a raise.

Friendly, efficient, and surprisingly fast

I received excellent service trying to get a Quick Title while residing out of the country and during the pandemic. From the first information call to the last courier shipping confirmation, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ok, so its a bit surprising to me that an Auto Licensing office has moved me enough to write a review, but these gals and guys are simply the best. As a representative for a company with a fleet of vehicles, Ive presented them with many somewhat challenging tasks and they have always been able to help me. If they dont know the answer right away, they have made special efforts to find a solution for me in a timely manner. They work with kindness and their customer service is nothing short of excellent. This is not just another DMV-style office; these guys are the real deal. I hope they stick around for a long time! Thanks ALOB!

Super friendly and knowledgeable ladies working at this location. I dont usually have pleasant experiences at auto licensing places, but today was an exception! I couldnt be happier with the level of service I received today. I highly recommend this location and the employees here.

Only place currently open Saturday. Staff was pleasant and quick. I was there to renew tabs and was in and out on less than 5 minutes.

Not happy at all with this place. I understand the whole covid19, I understand the distance deal and I respect it. All I wanted to do was get/pay for my tabs. It would have taken less then 5 minutes, no one else was there and you next appointment would have been there within 10 min. I would have been done and gone before their appointment started. The kicker....I WOULD NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...AND THE NEXT AVAILABLE ONE WAS THE NEXT DAY AT 5:30pm. Thats a joke and you are a joke.

Everyone at this business was fantastic!! Hayley was so incredible to deal with. From answering questions on the phone, to making the transaction smooth and enjoyable, my entire experience was amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Haley (sp?) was awesome. We came in to register a lease buyout from Texas, and Haley was very professional, kind, and helpful. Thru no fault of theirs (just dumb luck) we had to come back two additional times, and Haley was always on top of what we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of before our last trip in. Great service was able to go in and renew my vehicle license tabs.

Less than ten minutes to renew my tabs and the person behind the counter actually understood my bad jokes. I think the one star review might be a bot because they really dont deserve it

No line when I visited at 10:30 on a Monday.Very pleasant young lady was efficient and answered all of my questions pertaining to a transfer of sale for a trailer that I sold 4 years ago but keep getting tab renewal notices for.I will be back.
