I have been here for many years and been everywhere else before and the dreagers are the best because they are they fastest starting and no humming is worth a lot! Brandon the technician in charge is amazing! I’ve got 7 more years and plan to stay here.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I called several places here in Bellingham and surrounding counties, that would not touch my car....a 2015 BMW 5 series M-sport. That, or they wanted an insane amount of money, and said they would “try but would make no guarantees” and somewhat rude.Brandon was awesome throughout, super polite and friendly, and guaranteed he could do it. Most techs get upset/angry at a challenge, Brandon actually enjoyed the challenge and it showed. I was expecting a frustrated, rude tech with the type of car, and I got the complete and total opposite. And the most unbelievable part? The install/first month was still free. Not only that, the install was very clean, all the wires hidden and actually looked good. I can not say enough good about the experience and Brandon in general. Thanks soooo much again!

Branden is an amazing tech, he always went above and beyond to help. Always smiling and in a happy mood. Never judgemental towards my situation. I actually got to the point where I looked forward to my appointments to chit chat. The unit worked great too. No hiccups. Fantastic company with fantastic techs

The guys a joke friend has nothing but fines because his don’t work right towing fees ect. I wil make sure the people I know don’t go to this guy don’t know how he got his rateings but he sucks!!!

Branden at Drager has been amazing from the beginning of the install process. I was just hired for a role commuting to neighboring town and explained the tight timing to Branden. He was friendly, accommodating and really assured me with every step. He was extremely helpful in person and on the phone, and went above and beyond to make sure the install happened quickly. Im officially up and running before my new commute with time to spare! Honestly couldnt have done it without you Branden, you removed a huge stressor and Im super grateful. Definitely choose Drager if you have am ignition interlock requirement in Whatcom County!
