The Fairway Bell office did a wonderful job fulfilling our order requests during our peak season. Sandra and JC were especially helpful in providing our company with qualified candidates that helped us provide our customers with exceptional products.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was air conditioned and all the forms were easy to fill out. Janet H was extremely kind and polite and was also very helpful with any questions I had. Definitely glad I came to apply.

They advertise all the variety of jobs they can provide, once applied all they offer is warehouse jobs. I took jobs in warehouses where I was worked like a horse for a day or two then told they no longer need help. No stability what so ever. After that they never called me again.

Great place to work they give opportunities. The staff is very nice especially Sandra.

I dont recommend this staffing agency. If you are a man, the staff (women) will be nice with you! They dress soooo sexy like if they were going to a nightclub to work..they have no respect for you. They keep you waiting meanwhile they are talking about guys! Im talking the one located in Compton/Victoria street

Went to the Bellflower office for an interview with Heidi a week ago and have not heard from them since, I think because I told her I wanted a steady job.

I appreciate tha fact that they were able to get work for me in short notice..but the worst agency Ive worked for.wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone that wants to get paid on time

The staff are rude and treat you bad. all they do is put you on a waiting list. They only send you to unload trucks for 12$ and nothing else. Im forklift certified and I never got offered a position for it. This place sucks

Staff is Rude. I called about an important letter than I needed and the receptionist laughed at situation. And mind you, this location is said to be headquarters. Don’t even start working for them because trying to complain about their LACK of professionalism is a headache. They never give you numbers or let you speak to a higher manager. Over all this place is so unorganized. You will struggle trying to get a check or anything els that you might need from them. Whoever is charge needs to get retrained. And the staff needs to get retrained.

If I could give fairway in bellflower less than one star I would. 2.5 weeks ago I called about a check that I never recieved, for one days work that I told was for AMAZON. I was in between jobs and bills do not stop so I was happy to work.I went to my assignment and did an honest day of work in the most grueling work environment. It was literally as if I was in a sweatshop! It was unbearably hot! I promise! Thank goodness I was offered a job to start the very next day!When I signed up with fairway.. I submitted my DIRECT Deposit information. I was under the assumption that my days pay would be Direct Deposited but no.. I also forgot about it since it was only one day.When I realized that I didnt get the DD; 2.5 weeks ago, I contacted fairway and asked then about it. They said they needed to research it. I could understand so I obliged.During these two weeks I have been patient. They never followed up and when Id call they said theyd call back and never did. I was promised last Friday my check would be ready Monday. I go to pick it up.. And NOPE. I wasnt upset or frustrated..The next day I do get a call.. But the call was to tell me that the check was still not ready, that they still needed to do research and that she was calling so I wouldnt come in. She promised to call when the check was ready, maybe later in the day. I verified that the checks were cut in house! No call..I pop in to see if they have my check. I am told, we did get your hours approved but atill no check. I was asked to wait, I did and ten minutes later I am handed my check.After all this the check was in the wrong amount, last name spelled completely wrong, and dated for Friday.. Its Wednesday! I am a lil frustrated but still PATIENT!I LOST MY PATIENCES when I was told that I would have to come back FRIDAY for them to cut another in house check.. Like um NO! I made them aware of the last name error when we initially spoke two weeks ago. You still cut the check with the wrong name and now your asking me to go out of my way to come back here because of YOUR MISTAKE! Yeaaa.. NO!This ruffled some feathers and I was told that all of this was pretty much my fault because I didnt come get the check when it was initially issued.. But hey what happened to it being DD I asked and furthermore, if you have a check onsite for one of your temp employees isnt there a protocol where you would notify said temp employee before you discard of the check?I am sure there is but this is what happened, they most likely never even cut the check. This lead to them having to verify my hours. And because they have a much needed revamp of how they track hours especially in the position I worked, that they couldnt verify for certainty the hours I actually worked. So, they kept pushing it off and pushing it off until I came in person requesting my check.This office is a huge disappointment! A couple of the ladies were derrogatory when I showed my concern about how unprofessional my experience with them has been, the payroll lady was just out right rude! And they shorted me in compensation. And when all was said and done, they took no accountability for anything!Anddddddddd one of the ladies KEPT saying my first name wrong. After the 5th or 6th time correcting her she said.. Ok, well, whatever! SMH...If you are a blue collar worker or white collar worker no one deserves to be treated this way in a professional setting. There is no way Id recommend them. In fact I encourage you to stay away.They have horrible customer service when challenged with a situation and no one wants to be responsible.Sicerely,Dissapointed and Dissatisfied

These people give up false information over the phone &in person and than when you call to confirm the truth they are rude and mean to you and refuse to correct the wrong information.

The secretaries are kinda rude sometimes but they do got a nice ass tho 👌
