Good office good staff, only problem is the parking, there is limited access often crowded, narrow/small and riddled with transients. The staff is welcoming professional informative and seem wholeheartedly engaged with my baby and his needs. The level of professionalism could slightly improve, not saying they are not professional but it can be better there is always room to grow. There is one staff member who impressed me, its a shame I dont recall her name, anyway explained my latest life troubles which had been keeping me from attending Docs/Wic appts, need food, potential domestic violence, homelessness etc etc... And she was just 100% into it, quickly pulled up resources, gave me grocery shopping tips, offered advice/ideas/strategies to handle such situations mentioned above. On a different note the office gives diapers and sometimes have fresh veggies free to take home, has a play area, separate room for education on motherhood. In general great experience, except for parking, Im giving 5 stars.
Situated next to WIC store convenient. Any parent of a child under 5 can apply for services. Male or female. Pregnant mothers start early with a doctors note. Dont forget proof of income.
