Sam is my new hero, he fixed my 9 year old, slow processing lap top to a speedy lap top by changing the hard drive. I no longer have to wait for accessing my lap top everything is super fast, thank you Sam, he is my go to computer tech.He also fixed a tablet I had, it was a new tablet but I never used it. It asked for a pin but I dont recall putting a pin code so I was never able to use it, I brought to Sam, miracle worker and he was able to get rid of pin.Hes super fast in his repairs and prices are very reasonable.Thanks Sam

Excellent customer service and proper work on my PC. I took an older model HP Pavillion about 8-9 years old. Just for an upgrade with new software. Sam went above and beyond and cleaned it spotless, even went ahead and upgraded some internals not just the hard drive but a new fan as well. Also helped me after hours when I had trouble with my computer monitor (work not related to my PC) he walked me through on how to work a single screen or split screen monitors. The price was great. Very knowledgeable on computers. Honest work. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Found Sam while stopping by for eyebrow threading, so decided to fix my not working mac & laptop that had been collecting dust. Sam is a super nice guy. Easy to get in touch with. Kept me updated the entire way. He fixed my both computers for the price he said he would from the start and it was much cheaper than anyone else would. I took my laptop in to be checked out as it stopped charging. Sammy? (I think was his name) was very friendly and checked out the connections and my charger, and quickly determined that my charger was the culprit. As it was such a quick fix, he insisted that I didnt owe him anything for the diagnosis. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will definitely be bringing my laptop/desktop here if I have any further computer issues!

My daughters laptop was acting up, we thought it may be a virus, so we called Everest computer. Sam the tech/owner said he would spend 5-10 minutes running a free diagnostic. When we took the laptop in, that is exactly what he did. He hooked the laptop up, ran a diagnostic, found nothing wrong, and answered my questions as to what was a best anti-virus software. Unlike the bigger IT companies, these guys were not about the up-sell.I will take my other computers back for any service. Giving a customer 5-10 minutes, with potentially no profit, is not how most places do business these days. But Sam is all about customer service and honesty. I appreciate that.

My Father had a PC that wouldnt start up and pass the Loading screen. He took it to this place and had it fixed. Just a week after this, my laptop started to crash and have the blue screen and load super slow. I couldnt use it to play my games anymore and then I remembered my fathers pc got fixed here so I thought Id do the same. Sam is a kind soul and talked me thru everything that could be the issue and ran several tests to see what causes my pc to crash. Everest computer - Sam was absolutely amazing. I had a huge issue with my computer freezing on the lock screen and had been to the Apple Store twice in 3 days with no solution offered for repair other than to send the laptop out for repair for 5-7 business days, which wasnt really feasible!Sam was able to turn my laptop around within 24 hours even though he had to replace my entire keyboard. I would absolutely recommend Everest computer to anyone else having computer issues and I am so grateful for his help!

This place is seriously the best. I had an old Macbook Pro that I didnt take care of well. I noticed it had a few problems, but I kept using it. Little did I know, the hardware was damaged and I was damaging my files as I was using it. I kid you not, my battery imploded and the laptop was dead.Im not sure what magic he used on it. But he recovered a LARGE amount of the files. Some things were already damaged, but for the tragedy that it was. It was really amazing. Forever grateful!

I recently had a hard drive crash and as I do with all my Mac issues I took it to Sam. They did a fantastic job of recovering most of my info from the broken drive and migrated my very valuable data to a new 27 iMac. Sam, the tech genius, did an outstanding job of saving me in a very bad situation. I picked up my new Mac today and within 30 minutes Im up and running. Last Saturday I logged in to my laptop with several things I needed to do and it was unresponsive. I mean dead in the water so to speak. I needed it fixed and had no idea who to contact. Google search pulled up Everest Computer Repair who also does Data Recovery stuff. Excellent reviews. Also mentioned same day service!? I called and spoke with Sam, told him the issues, he asked when I could bring it by. I told him about 30 mins. He told me to bring it. Easy directions. Got there no problem and met Sam. He put the laptop on his bench, had the hard drive out in less than a minute, tested it, discussed issues I was having. He told me he would have it ready Monday morning. First thing Monday morning I got a text from him, laptop fixed, ready to go. When I picked it up he went over all the issues with me, what he had done, cleared up everything. He didnt have one on stock so I figured it easiest just to order online myself. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. Super cool gesture! I was having a good time in Cerritos area when my old macbook fell and broke the screen. Immediately I googled and found Everest computer repair shop located close by with good reviews. I gave a quick call for estimation, surprisingly I was offered a used but very good condition replacement screen for very affordable good price and assured me to get it fixed same day. I went there and left my laptop for service and amazingly after 2 hours it was ready for pickup. Btw, the tech name is Sam, very polite person. Sam the lifesaver. Highly recommended.

Sam fixed my broken computer Apple mac macbook pro 2013 retina model very nicely. He is the best tech guy in the city of bellflower I think. Very professional at what he does. My hard drive was going bad, he was smart enough to figure out it early, so he offered me a data backup solution before it would get lost. I purchased a new 1 Tera byte hard drive for very good price and he reinstalled me a new Mac operating system Mojave, which is working very smooth now. Oh yeah, he cleaned inside of my macbook which was very dusty and lint around the fan. He showed me and taught me how to take care of computer and laptops. He taught me how to stay way from scamming websites. My all devices even windows laptop has an ad-block setup by him, so no more advertisement on my computer, Yey!!!!
