I came to Beautiful Loser Barbershop & Shave Parlor because I needed a good haircut at an affordable price and this spot went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations. A few other spots in Long Beach had messed me up so it was a relief coming here and I have actually been coming here for over a year! All the staff are friendly and know how to cut! (I have seen the same people return often through my visits).I highly recommend Gilbert and the rest!

Simply stellar service. Always worth the visit. These guys treat you and your head like it’s the most important thing going on. And the price is really fair for the level of service you get. However, it can get pretty busy at times, so appointments are very recommended, but worth it.

These days it is difficult to do the simplest things like get a haircut. I happened to stumble upon the best local barber shop, Beautiful Loser. Made an appointment online, which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was greeted by #1 barber Jesus, as apparently my barber was walking out the door to take a break or something. Apparently my barber didnt know he had another appointment. Jesus was very professional, he asked who my appt was with. He then tried to contact him, but couldnt reach him. Jesus was finishing up with his final customer of the day, and told me he felt bad and didnt want me to have showed up for nothing. He then offered to stay after his final cut of the day and take care of me. I cannot say enough about what this says about him as a barber, a business man, his work ethic all top notch. This man seriously takes pride in his profession, and the service he provides for his customers. I will continue to have my hair and beard taken care of by Jesus. He went above and beyond what most people would have to make sure I left happy. Thank you again Jesus, you are my #1 barber. I will see you soon.

Pretty cool barber place, has a nice vibe to it for all ages. You can do walk-ins but making an appointment with certain barbers are highly recommended! The price is a little more than the usual price people are used to but it comes with additional and soothing services that best make you comfortable and pampered.

My nephew Leo took me with him to get a cut. Gilbert hooked me up with a nice trim, line and fancy design. Added bonus..he was funny, charming, polite and very sweet. I didnt catch the other barbers name, but he was real cool, too. Clean shop..nice decor...skilled barbers. I HIGHLY recommend

If you’re looking for a nice cut, you need to go to Edwin! He accepts appointments which is very convenient. Edwin has been cutting my son’s hair for 2 years now and I’m never disappointed.
