Pavel & his team were amazing to work with. Love how theyre a family business and so responsive. They arrived at my house shortly after I called, and instantly I could tell I was in good hands. Pavel took the time to walk me through everything they were going to do to stop any more damage from happening, and dry things out quickly. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done RIGHT so I could resume life as normal. They were fast, very thorough, and I highly recommend NW Water & Fire!

Pavel was such a pleasure to work with. We were in a pinch when a pipe burst in our office building and our employees were not able to come in to the office due to all of the water damage. I called Pavel and he was there within 30 minutes to give us a quote and inspect all the damage. His team quickly got to work and they were able to revive my office to what it was before. First, Pavel did great communication and really cared about the customer. The day he found out he cant come out to do a check for me, he immediately refer another company for me and explain to the situation. I liked the way he does thing so I still ask him to come later. He is a very honest person while I had a company told me that I will have to open up all my bathroom tile work to get the wood dry. When Pavel came, he tested the humidity and went to my crawl space to check the damage. And then he gave me the options and helped me to pick the best one. He is very knowledgeable and honest person. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Very happy with my experience working with Pavel. He kept in contact with me throughout the process, explained to me the readings, photos, and damage, and answered all my questions about what he was doing! One thing that stood out to me from the other quotes I received was that Pavel was intentional about treating any mold before using fans to dry out my water damage. This way, the mold spores arent spread to the rest of the house. Happy to support this business, would recommend!
