I needed junk hauled away from demolition, including carrying bathtub down a flight of stairs removing a washer & dryer that was wider than door. Instead of removing door, they took the back panel off the washer. Efficient. Definitely would use them again.

I did not want to make the necessary trips to the dump, and So, I booked Big Haul online, which was a breeze. Weve used Big Haul three times now and could not be happier. Appointments are set up quickly (next day, each time) and they show up when they say, including a courtesy call when they are on the way. Their team is always really friendly, nice to chat with, and do a great job. My son with autism likes to help them and they are always super sweet and try to include him somehow. Also, no weird or hidden charges, everything is up front and transparent. Could not recommend more highly.

Our condo building has used this service twice now for junk days to clear out units and de-clutter. Ive used Big Haul twice now for junk removal. First time was for a ton of doors I tore out of my house (and the frames), glass, some pieces of furniture and the second time for a big sleeper sofa, coffee table, and various other stuff I need to get rid of after buying new furniture. This last time Joseph and Landry were right on time, super nice, and were quick and efficient in loading up the truck. Big Hauls pricing is also way better than the national chains and very reasonable. If you need to get rid of a bunch of junk, these are your guys.

We used Jason and Kristina from BigHaul to remove a ton of lumber, cardboard, and miscellaneous items that accumulated during our move to a new home. They were great! They came on schedule and made quick work of loading all our junk into their truck. Their work, and the relief we felt at having everything taken away, were worth every penny of their very reasonable price.

Very great service. The two guys that showed up were, fast, efficient, and friendly. Price was not bad at all as well for having my garage cleaned.

The price was low (almost half as much as most companies), and the employees were both very nice despite the bumps in the road. There were a few small issues but they were both kind and positive despite them! Even though we had a few problems with the card machine they still took the items right away and decided to bill me through email instead. They were right on time too!

Coty and Jason did an awesome job! I had a bunch of junk outside and in the basement including an old grill, building and fence materials, siding, insulation and some other junk and debris.
