This is The Best place to drop off Amazon Returns when youre in a hurry and cant get it together to package the return properly. Fill your info in online, take your item to the Hub Locker, show them your code, and youre done. Very nice and pleasant employee, which is always a plus.

So im here before 8pm and the guy Goliath didnt want to take my package because he was trying to close early. I get it but I did make it here before 8. He could have just easily took the return.

This is a really random place to have an Amazon hub but it is very convenient and saves the trouble of going into a crowded place that has other business. They take returns and you can have your orders delivered here if your location is unsafe. Very easy to use!

Hours are handy but the staff is less than friendly. I much prefer dropping off return items at our neighborhood UPS Store, where youre greeted with a smile. They guy behind the counter was a jerk.

Whoever painted the parking lines in the lot made them way too small - like everyone drivers a Mini Cooper or Fiat! No lockers here either so youll need to check in with the friendly front desk staff to retrieve your items/packages.

Such a convenient location! I love the fact its right across from Safeway which makes running errands more efficient. Service is quick and easy. The only negative I would have is the first time coming in you can almost miss it coming from the other direction because there is just a flag banner marking the entrance, but after you find it once its hard to miss!

Usually this place has no, or a very short line.Today there was abt 7 ppl ahead of me & the girl working was none too friendly. Boo. :(

Love this location, so convenient, parking is easy. Ritesh is amazing: very helpful and patient despite a rush of people, and thought outside of the box in locating a package for me. With the porch pirates out there, this location is a great alternative. Highly recommend!

Service is very good. Parking is available and free. There is a kiosk and if you know your Amazon login information, the kiosk will print your shipping label. They have materials to secure your package.

Currently pick up is under renovation but the experience has not changed. Always easy peasy !!!

This place is awesome! I wish there were more in every city, maybe there are but this is the only one Ive ever seen. I hate the options given me by my Amazon app for returns, theyre NEVER easy and ALWAYS convoluted with options that make it difficult on me, I want options that take me to my local Amazon hub location instead of Heres the option we decided for you even though its frustrating and difficult...I like many Americans dont have a printer so these print your return label and drop off where we decided options dont work, oh and if your going to say I can print a label at the FED EX, UPS store yes I know and for a fee of $3 NO THANKS! The Amazon Hub is quick easy and FREE! Please give us more HUB location return options and make it the first option so we dont have to struggle through the convoluted process to still get nowhere.

This is the best idea that Amazon has ever had. I was using this facility full time until the recent trouble (COVID) but will be back to using them again once this crisis has passed. Never have to worry about my deliveries using Amazon Hub.

Driving there: There is a middle lane to turn into the Center and it is on a curve.Arriving there: They were fast, nice and informative when I went to drop off a large sized box!

Customer service is unfortunately an issue. Doesnt meet Amazon standards. Their process isnt handicap friendly and staff outright refuses to assist.

This is such a good idea, such a convenient spot to have by the house . As a small business owner I need a place like this to operate smoothly. Its next to the freeway to make picking up and dropping packages a breeze. The fact im able to return a defective part / item same day and have it refunded or replaced sooner.The staff is always super responsive and professional. Ritesh, gave excellent service and had me out of there in under 3 minutes.This is great solution to a person on the go myself and I hope to see more of these pop up around the area.

Ritesh David at this Amazon Hub helped me immensely when I made the mistake of switching out the package I was actually supposed to return with my roommates package. It would have resulted in a lot of effort in getting that sorted out if not for him being patient and accomodating even though it was close to closing time.
