However the selling of my house was by far the EASIEST, yes the easiest part of the whole process. Omaha Homes for Cash came on a Tuesday and gave me a quote. I closed the following Tuesday and would probably have closed on Monday but it was a holiday! All I had to do was go sign paperwork at the title office on Friday. I didnt have to do anything else or stress that my house wouldnt sell in time for my short notice move. They were very friendly, professional and responsive to my request.
