Skeptical to step in to a salon after lockdown, but right from checking my temperature and giving us robes and making sure all of us had our masks on it was very safe. It was my first visit but turned out be the best experience. I had got a subtle balayage done with a feather cut as for my birthday. Ti was such a professional and helps you with many useful suggestions and has a clear vision once we give our inputs. The entire process took about 4 hours approximately but their staff were friendly and made sure we were hydrated and taken care of. Avoid this place, Im warning you girls.I went to this salon & saw Ti the male stylist.Every time I went to see him he messed up my hair.He isnt so good at styling womens hair.He burned my hair during one Blonde root touch up treatment & continued to try peddling things off to me in the salon.Another time he cut my hair during blow drying 2 inches when he was supposed to only be removing split ends.When I got my last keratin hair treatment the product he used was so cheap the treatment didnt even work.Infact it damaged my hair a little & I spent a large sum on products to fix it.Now that Ive requested a refund for his keratin treatment which didnt work he refused to issue me one & instead told me that he would just treat it again free.Im afraid to even let them touch my hair now.I hope I can save Someone else the hardship I endured due to the poor service I received. 0 stars.

I came as a visitor and found Salon De Beaute in Bellevue downtown. The hair cut experience is great. Ti is super friendly and professional, I hadnt been able to get my hair done for quite a while due to COVID. Ti took the time and did an amazing job. If you are looking for a hair stylist, give Ti a call or text him, you wont be disappointed!!!

This place is disgusting. Not a safe place to get service. No one wears a mask even though the county strongly recommends to wear masks whether you got vaccinated or not. One of the other stylists(who didnt do my hair) who was not wearing a mask, walked by and touched my hair with no reason. There is sign saying wear a mask to protect you and the employees and about the health check up sign, but never did any of those since last year. Not asking if youre healthy or have symptoms, of course no temperature check. You are breathing into peoples air who might carry covid-19 without wearing masks. This is the place not the place you want to get your service done!

I was here for work (Im not from here) and needed a haircut, so I looked up reviews and I would come back here IN A HEARTBEAT! Ti was absolutely amazing!!! Hes truly an artist of hair! (And Im REEEEEALLLYY picky about my hair, so I dont say this about everyone.) He is very creative and has visions of what to do with your hair, but he will also work with you if you want something specific. (But hell definitely play and take you out of your comfort zone if thats what youre looking for, too!) If I lived here, I would definitely make him my regular stylist, and truly wish I could send everyone to him because thats how much I love my new cut and style! And if Im here again and need some hair work, Ill definitely be coming back here! In addition to the hair, everyone at the salon/spa was SOOOO friendly! And it was fun to converse with all of them! I loved chatting Ti while he did my hair, too! I loved everything about my experience here and I honestly cant rave enough about it. Great area and definitely a go to if you want to have a professional take care of your hair. Binh is really wonderful! She did my nails and a lash/brow tint. The cleanest and longest lasting manicure I have ever had, and she used a gel instead of acrylic for a more natural look. She is very nice too. I highly recommend her!

Ti Hong is great man to work with and who knows Asian hair well. Hes skill is fantasitc! I always do my hair seriously, and only work someoe who understand what I thought. He give my hair a little curve and texture which make me look better. And the curve is looking just so nice and nature comparing what I have done before. Love Ti and his salon! He was very efficient and had wonderful customer service. I had been going to my stylist for over 5 years and the drive to South Hill was just too much now that I live in N Seattle. Ti chose such amazing colors to blend well for my hair. He was honest with me about whether I should be completely blonde or not. He was able to bleach my hair without damaging it and treated my hair to the point where I left with much healthier hair, where normally I would have that gummy texture or slightly dry from the bleach (which I completely understand). He made sure that if I didn’t like he would ensure he fixed it to my liking, but I ended up loving it!

Ti was really good. He knows his stuff!!I had a hair style that I wanted, and just an image left of it. I have shown the same image to hairstylist in other salons, and till date no one could replicate the desired haircut.Ti took time (almost 50-60 mins) to make sure I had what I liked and wanted. I guess I can now safely say that I have found my stylist in Bellevue.Would recommend this place to others who have had bad experiences with commercialized and expensive salons.The price is on par with other salons in the area. Hopefully they don’t increase it, as 20% new customer special was on when I visited the place. That made 2-3 friends of mine interested in this place.🙂

Ive been here twice. And each time I have seen the owner TJ. He is amazingly talented and a sweetheart. Taking the time to get to know you, your hair and your needs. Although there is a price for each service, TJ will work with you to make sure you leave happy without breaking the bank. By far one of the best salon experiences I can ever think of. Their shop is conveniently located in downtown Bellevue. There is a easy parking lot on the left of the salon, next to a barber. I highly recommend this salon. I havent had any issues getting a last minute appointment either. They work late to make sure each customer is satisfied. Plus, new customers get a discount! Just ask about it when paying. 5 stars all the way!

When I met Ti Hong the salon owner, my 4-year search for a good hairdresser who knows Asian hair well finally ended. Hes beyond my expectation! I havent seen anyone who does layers as proficiently in the Seattle area. Hes an artist. I just tell him the general idea of what I want, he figures out the rest. I think he definitely knows what hair style suits me better than I do. Hes simply the best. His rate is very reasonable for the value. Ti Hong is simply the best and you just cant go wrong with him. I got the gel manicure, one of the few places that offers this service. I also haven’t done anything to my hair in years, I’m super low maintenance so when I heard they offered the Japanese straight perm, which I’ve always wanted to try, and only seen on YouTube! So I was super excited to get this done. I have to say it was well worth the price. My hair hasn’t felt this soft and smooth in years!! Best part I wake up like this everyday without having to do my hair, which I love. I also tried their facial services, which included anti aging facial massage and microdermabrasion, and blue light therapy and face mask, and of course can’t forget the amazing smelling spf 50 sunscreen. I’ve been out in the sun all day and My skin still feels fresh. 🙌🏻💕💁🏻‍♀️I’d highly recommend this place. They have been in business for over 20 years. Family owned business by brother and sister, both very hospitable and very friendly. They have taken all the COVID precautions, measuring temperature when you walk in, all wearing face masks as well as the guests.

First time here and Ti and Binh were incredible, I came in for a mani/pedi and brow wax which we’re fantastic Binh’s attention to detail on my nails didn’t go unnoticed and I’ve already had so many compliments on my eyebrows. But I was actually able to get a cut and color with Ti due to a last minute cancellation. I was a little nervous to let someone new color my hair but I was not disappointed! He is an artist and I love my new color, just what I needed for summer. They pampered me the whole time and worked my nails in while I was getting my hair done. Would definitely return!

Spent good money on keratin here in mid November but the results just stayed for a week or so.

Ti did an amazing job for my hair. I did keratin smoothing twice here. Both times it was great. They dont charge too much and all of the staff were so friendly. I will recommend this to anyone.

Found this place via Google maps to pass time while waiting for traffic to simmer down. Nice salon tucked away in a newish condo in Bellevue. Entry to the condo structures guest parking is on the side street.The experience overall was very nice. The owner was very engaging and sweet. She did a nice job on the manicure and pedicure. She listened and did not cut the cuticles.... Her brother runs the hair salon.The only issue - The portable mechanical back massager (placed on the chair) was hurting after awhile... Unfortunately I didnt stop the back massager in time... I had a sore back for a couple of days.

Excellent experience at Salon de Beaute! I made my appointment about 3-weeks ahead of time. Im often afraid to have a new stylist cut my hair, but I felt confident based on his 20+ years experience. Plus, I knew already that his clientele adored him. First off was the color. While I waited for it to set, my stylist took care of another client. When ready, next was the Brazilian Blow-out. Oh wow! Next was the cut! Like an artist, he commented on my face shape and explained why he would cut more away from around my face. The process was sooooo long and I felt no worry or rush. The music was so peaceful to listen to as well. It has been about 3 weeks since my service at Salon de Beaute. Ive received compliments. Most of all is my own personal content I am experiencing now from having had this amazing stylist cut, color, and do the BB. I love it and Ill be back!

DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The asian man (i cant pronounce his name) cut my hair into stairs! YES STAIRS!! he butchered it and destroyed my hair... this will take MONTHS to fix... he didnt know how to use a blow dryer and got frustrated when I told him I was upset... his excuse was that he was used to asian hair and my hair was cooperating!! Im white!!! I have very thin hair and it is straight!!!!!!!!!!!!Do NOT GO HERE!!
