I called last minute about a full set acrylics with a design and the salon was so accommodating! they immediately booked me and took their time with my nails even though we went a couple minutes after closing time. Grace did my nail design and it was amazingly detailed and so beautiful!! Thank you!

This is my favorite place in downtown Bellevue! Everyone has amazing attention to detail and really takes their time. I have done both shellac and dip, and they do a great job with both. I would say their work with dip is actually better than most. Its never too thick and looks very natural. I definitely recommend this place!

In love with this place. It just gave me the feeling of home. I love the fact that I can conveniently message on Yelp to schedule an appointment with ease and get a prompt response to my questions. Their customer service is unrivaled. Han is the owner and person who takes care of me personally and she helps me relax out of my busy week when I come in to get pampered. Thank you for being a great listener and educating me on the different nail options to help me grow out my nails. They are brittle and have been breaking a lot so Han has been doing dipping gel to help me grow them with minimal damage to my nails. I get a lot of compliments and my BF loves my nails now. I will continue to be a loyal customer here and highly recommend this place.

I went in for a shellac mani and pedi and was extremely disappointed by my expereince. I told the lady that did my nails that the gel was bubbly and messy and the shape was off. Instead of fixing it, they said it was due to my nails. I have gotten shellac for 8+ years now at other salons and have had no issues. I thought it was rude that they were blaming my nails instead of taking the time to fix the sloppy job. Not only was the shellac not put on nicely, it started peeling 2 days after I got my nails done. I was on a trip so I could not go back to the salon, but this mani-pedi was not worth paying $70+ (including tip) for.

THIS IS THE BEST SALON IN BELLEVUE!!! I used to work in an incredible nail salon but recently moved here from out of state and finding a nail salon that meets my picky requirements has been frustrating to say the least. The girls at Royal Lavender absolutely blew me away!!! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and additionally they were so patient as I decided what I wanted for my nails. I ended up getting a full set of acrylics with gel and Halloween-themed designs. From start to finish, the attention to detail given to my nails was incredible. All my nails are even and well shaped, there is no polish in any cuticles and the art (which was hand painted) is the most detailed art I have ever received. The whole service was only $60 and if you know anything about the nail industry, this is an incredible price for the amount of effort and time that goes into art like this!!!! Not only was my manicure incredible, but Royal Lavender is very clean and well-maintained which cant be said for any other salons Ive tried in downtown Bellevue. The ladies were so fun to talk to and made an effort to get to know me which I appreciated as well. If youre looking for talent and quality dont skip Royal Lavender!!! Its only been a few hours and Ive already gotten so many compliments and Im so excited to have finally found my nail salon!!

They were beyond accommodating here. A very kind young man gave me the best nails Ive ever had! He fixed a botched job from another nail salon and didnt even charge me for all the extra work he did. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning!

I had an excellent experience here for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The massages that came with it were firm and relaxing. Their prices are well-worth their value. If you have time during the day, this is a great place to go and enjoy a self-care day-off.

I was so excited to find a new nail salon near my house but unfortunately I will need to keep looking. I booked an appt online hours before my 4pm appt for that same day for a dip mani and reg pedi. Upon arrival I look around to a beautiful salon that isn’t overly busy and I tell them my name and that I have an appt for 4.She replies with “what do you want done?”“I’m here for a dip and pedicure”“You want that done today!?”“Yes, I made an appt online for this time earlier today”“You have an appointment? We don’t have anything on our schedule?”Before they even start my foot bath water for me even though they had multiple employees available they made me wait until the could verify on their computer that I was telling the truth. Everything is going ok but when we finished the pedi they tried to tell me what I owe and I reminded them I also needed my dip done.. She literally asked me again, “you want dip?” Like It was a problem that I wanted both of the services even though they still weren’t busy and still had hours before they closed. Long Story short, we finished up, my nails looked good but for the price and the back and fourth of feeling like I am annoying them by wanting a simple mani pedi it just doesn’t make me want to ever come back.

Not coming back. Horrible customer service. I came here only three times. What happened to all the previous workers? They were fine before?....

Royal Lavendar is da bomb! Best nail salon on the east side! ❤️ the owner & her handiwork. My latest dip lasted a month!! I put clear gloss on top weekly. Still looks great! Swear! I have been around the block, and this is Fo Sho the place to go. My nails are always smooth, uniform and strong without looking artificial. Wonderful staff & courteous customized care!

Dont trust their timings on the door. Always good to call and check before you drop in.Theyre always understaffed and in a hurry so you dont really get a clean cut.I dont think its worth the money!

Not worth it. ended up with my natural nails bloody, painful and broken. usually i don’t mind the appearance of my natural nails since i was getting acrylics anyways, but my thumb nail was cracked and torn off a bit and my other finger was bleeding since the nail tech cut it underneath with a nail tip... not pleasant. i was ready to walk out but was desperate since i’m traveling soon, and when i asked for a discount as compensation she scoffed and asked why i’d need one for that. made it seem like she did to customers all the time. gave me $3 off and no apology, hurt like hell and never coming back.
