Although we had an issue with their original service provider, Stratus set us up with a new service provider and we couldnt be happier. They are very responsive and professional. Really care that you are getting quality service. Would definitely recommend.

Since changing to the new service provider things have been very good. Prior to that....very poor. New service is 4 star, previous was 1 star, thus right now a 3 star, but as the current provider continues with the current level of service, I can see the rating improving.
