They came in for the first time service 1hr but charged me for 2hrs. I didn’t receive any receipt after the service until I checked my bank statement after a couple weeks.I called to argue and they said they charge on evidence, the evidence is their gps record in their car.I said what if the technician stayed in the garage for an extra hour. They said they are very busy, if I have this trust problem I cannot hire anybody.Excuse me? I hired somebody else for 5 years and never had any trust issue. They over charged ahead without notifying me and blame me having trust issue now???BTW, the floor is not clean at all. Will never use Molly Maid again!

We havent had professional cleaners into our home since February of 2020 (thanks, pandemic). And while weve been doing our best to keep the place tidy, its a big house and we have an active child and ALWAYS being here didnt help! Shayla and Doris came yesterday and did a fantastic job of bringing our home back to sparkling. We are so excited to have the opportunity to get help with the house again and look forward to their visits!

Team 1 is the best, super professional, always on time, and quality work. GG and Maria always do a great work and make sure are location stays fresh and clean. They go above and beyond and compared to our previous vendors insuring that even the little things that you wouldnt normally pay attention to are dusted and wiped down. Issue with management:I have had a recurring scheduled cleaning service with Molly Maid for years. I had to cancel my recurring appointment due to some service work to be done on our home. Upon cancelling my appointment, within the required 48 hr. notification window, I was informed that when my scheduled service would resume I would be charged an increased service fee. In all the years I have been with Molly Maid this has never once happened. When I pushed as to why this was the case, I was give the reason that my cancellation changed my cleaning from a bi-monthly cleaning to a monthly cleaning. As I said, this had never happened before, ever, in the many many years that I had been with Molly Maid. When I emphasized this, I was given the excuse that it had just never been enforced and it was being enforced now. I then asked why I, as a customer, was never informed of this policy. I was give the same answer. It had just never been enforced before and was being enforced now.SO, BASICALLY, I WAS BEING PENALIZED FOR CANCELLING MY SERVICE. Even more infuriating I cancelled my appointment properly. So much for being a loyal customer for many many years. I cancelled my service with Molly Maid completely and will be looking for a new cleaning service. If a business needs to increase their rates due to financial reasons, then be upfront about it and just like the change to their 48 hour cancellation notification policy, inform the customer in clear and concise language. This unprofessional suspect way of changing the type of cleaning service charge is unacceptable. This is the second time I have had issues with the way Molly Maid management has handled issues. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice.I have never had an issue with the cleaning technicians themselves and I feel badly that the technicians are losing my business because of poor and unprofessional management.

Ive been using the Molly Maids for years. They arrive on schedule, are good about rescheduling and working around my in-home meetings, and usually leave nice little flourishes touches that I wouldnt have thought of doing.

We hired 4 hour maids and they were 1 hour late and didn’t bring their own tools and bleachAnd has the gut to not clean correctly and ask for bleach.

Molly Maid has been cleaning my house for 14 years, and they do a great job.

Cleaning the kitchen appliances and vacuuming were good. The bathrooms were not cleaned, but only wiped down. Hair was often left behind on the countertops and in the corners of the bathroom. Surfaces only cursorily dusted, objects not moved to dust entire surface. Last time garbage was not removed from bathrooms. Last visit the couches were not vacuumed.The cleaners were professional in appearance and manner, just not thorough; the management was not professional in customer service.Never returned our key when we canceled the service. When we requested the key be returned, they said they mailed it to the proper address, but it did not arrive. Management couldnt care less.If you want to constantly babysit the quality of the work and have them return to correct things not done properly, then perhaps the service would be worth it to you, but not for me.

Asked to have a deep clean on the kitchen and a standard clean on 1.5 bathrooms for 2 hours. Got a great clean and when when they were done, they took it upon themselves to clean the Masterbath too!! I HIGHLY recommend Rayo and Ofelia with Molly Maids. They were great!!

Molly Maid did a move-out cleaning when I left my townhouse and a move-in cleaning when I moved to my current house. For a busy household that has little time or wants to spend little time cleaning this company sends 2-3 people on a regular schedule to do the minimum pickup, wipe down and vacuum of your place. I used their service for about a year and they did fine. They were mostly punctual but staff turned over pretty consistently so trust always lingered in the back of my mind. The work was the same regardless of staff,( pick up, wipe down, vacuum, repeat) but it is a bit nerve racking to think multiple different people are accessing your place and interacting with your pets. The main reason I left was their increase in prices.

Very bad experience. Would give negative star if I can. They claim they assure a high quality and consistent level of clean anywhere, which turns out to be NOT cleaned at all for many places. They will have a free estimate (a price range) about how much you should pay for cleaning your house, but remember, for the price range, they ALWAYS charge the upper bound no matter the quality they clean.They also break things, and they do NOT assume any responsibility for it. There are plenty of reasons why everyone leaves negative feedback (check YELP). Read those reviews before using them. For me, never use them again.

We finally made the move to have a cleaning service and Molly Maid are doing a wonderful job. They have taken a lot of work off of our plate, allowing us some needed freedom.

The workers have been trained in cleaning methods. They are dependable (arrive on time and get right to work). Having them frees me up to do other things.

The two ladies who came to my apartment were prompt, efficient, and so, so good. I was slightly embarrassed about how messy my apartment had become over the past few months, but they didnt judge at all! Everything was so clean when they left, and they even took out my garbage and recycling.

Requested online estimate at 6:45 pm. A few minutes later, my phone rings & Caller ID shows MOLLY MAIDS with a 614 area code (not in my area). I was unable to anser the call so I let my machine answer it. 10 minutes later the phone rings again from Molly Maids. I was still not able to answer due to me tending to my child at the time. I check my machine - two calls but no messages left. then 15 minutes later the phone rings again. this time, I monitor the machine for messages. another hang up. 10 minutes goes by, the phone rings a 4th time (in a 45 minute time span). This time I answer & a pushy male rep says he wants to schedule me ASAP. I state that I had a question first Why has someone from this number called my house incessantly 3 times without leaving a message and... at this point he interrupts me, by raising his voice. So I raise my voice to be heard over him to say Excuse me, I am still talking.., then he abruptly hangs up on me without a sorry or even a goodbye. How immature to call incessantly without leaving a message, obviously I couldnt get to the phone if I dont answer all 3 times within 45 minutes. All of this occurred well after normal business hours when I was getting my daughter ready for bed. Rude, pushy, & unprofessional. I will give my business to someone else & will not recommend these people to anyone who wants PROFESSIONALISM!
