Faye did a beautiful cut on my hair today. I came in with hair to my waist that was so heavy it couldn’t even hold curl anymore. I really just wanted a change and to treat myself. She made my hair look full of body and life. Their prices are extremely reasonable and my stylist was so sweet and professional. My hair feels so much better! Thank you Faye!!

I have called 6 times over the past month and a half to get my daughters hair done. Instead of suggesting a day, they just say they dont have any appointments available. Ive even started asking for an appointment for the whole week. Im definitely done trying to give them my business.

Studio 25 recently made renovations and hired a masseuse. I havent had a professional massage in a very long time so I was eager to try it. Tias hands are magic! The environment and music are great. The warming blankets are even BETTER. Tia made sure I was comfortable, she made sure the pressure was good, and I didnt have to worry about a sensitive spot on my back. This has been my go-to salon for three years. Michelle is the only waxer I trust to touch my eyebrows, before her I had done my own for 15 years. I am new to the area and I had a fantastic hairdresser where I moved from so I had high expectations from whoever was going to touch my hair. To say the very least is to say they were met. I love Lou. She is a pleasure to talk to and has done an amazing job with my somewhat difficult hair and equally as difficult hairstyle. All the ladies there are incredibly friendly and patient and really listen to what you want before they even touch your hair. Only place I will go for extensions - they’re natural and long lasting. She takes the time to make sure they’re even and that you know how to take care of them when you leave. The salon offers even more spa services now include things like dermaplaning etc. Prices are reasonable for the spa services because the owner does most herself.

The stylist I went to was super great, she listened to my request to just barely trim my hair and did a wonderful job touching up the color on my roots. cant wait to go again

I came in wanting something new and fresh. Sue gave me exactly what I wanted. It was awesome. I had bleached hair, some crazy roots. She gave me a short adorable cut. I even got creative and wanted underneath shaved with lines. Sue went right along with it. My hair is amazing. Will totally go back.

They turned out fantastic and have been back every month since! Today I went for my first haircut with Sari and that girl knows what she is doing! I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. This place is so relaxing, and so friendly! Sari is very personable and sweet! I havent had my hair cut in years due to having bad experiences and anxiety from bad experiences; Sari was very understanding of my anxiety and did a beautiful job! She not only made me look like a whole new person, but was very careful about making sure I was happy with it. I am BEYOND happy with it! Faye Luers is a miracle worker! Nearly a year after murdering my own hair with bleach (yikes, I know 😱) she has nursed my hair back to its original health and lux! She was able to keep my hair looking good in those awkward phases while also getting it healthy again! I can’t hype her up enough! One of the sweetest, most competent women I know!

I have never had such a painless underarm wax!! Michelle is THE BEST!!!! I had gone for months between waxes and was pretty nervous about starting up again when Spring hit.... Everyone was very friendly. I made an appointment and went in for a drastic haircut. The stylist cut my hair shorter than what I wanted. She said shed cut it the length I asked for and then go shorter if I decided i wanted it shorter... well... not exactly what happened. A couple more customers came in and maybe that rushed her - but my hair was a good 2 or 3 inches shorter than what I had asked for. I had a picture, I showed her how far down I wanted my hair to hit... The cut looked great, but Im going to look for a different stylist next time around. Its going to take awhile to grow my hair to where I actually wanted it to be already. Some stylists have a hard time listening to the customer or asking more questions - I part my hair on both sides so I like it to be cut down the middle; it was cut to be parted on one specific side. I didnt bring it up, so thats on me, but I wish she would have asked more questions.

Michelle quickly became my person to go to for my eyebrows. She does a fantastic job and is attentive to detail.In the past when I got my eyebrows done elsewhere I always broke out around the area of the waxing, but for whatever reason I havent broken out since Ive gone to Michelle. Also, a bonus, my skin isnt bright red after I leave. Like I said, I dont know how she does it or what she uses (I never asked), but she is phenomenal.

Expert hair color artists. I got my hair colored to be like an amethyst gem. A deep purple that fades into lilac fading into silver. They made my dream come true.

If I could give 5 stars for just liking people ... But Im not sure thats the point of reviews..... so, went today to get highlights..... did NOT want my hair cut, just the 2-color high-lights added.... what I got was a stylist who had her own ideas in mind. Rather than the 2-colors, she did one & a toner - which she said would give the same result.... later, when I asked why there didnt appear to be many highlights, she said it was due to me having lots of extra hair that needed thinning..... I would have said perhaps she just needed to add some to the outside rather than under?? But I agreed to her adding a few layers (via trimming).... that resulted in her cutting it like 4 times (her words) & into a style I wore well in the 1980s.... when I expressed my concerns she became defensive & then tried to talk me into it.... I then tried to show her past pics of my hair - more edgier cuts (not the bankers wife look - or the 80s...) - but that prompted a convo on how I was now showing different pictures.... she then took a pic to compare to my orig pic - which clearly showed very diff highlights. I again explained that I had simply wanted the multi-tonal highlights - like the pic Id shown her approximately 10 times by this time - she then offered to have me come back to add more blond highlights. She did spend several minutes explaining how to get the look I wanted in the future.... perhaps that was what she should have said when I first booked. I liked the staff - and they offered to try & fix it (at no cost) - but I hate being told no problem & then when it doesnt look like the pic they try to talk you into what they want you to have or they act offended like its personal for them ( I am the one stuck wearing it after all) - and Im out $95 for a hair style I didnt want & highlights that are nothing like what I wanted. Should I go back (and kudos for that offer - really) Ill post if it works out.

This is the best Salon in Bellevue. I have been going to this Salon since it opened and have always been pleased with the quality of service. Its nice to have a place near where I live that provides great service and at a reasonable price. The owner is excellent at customer service. Its worth trying out if you have not been to this Salon.

I am so picky about my eyebrows and Michelle does an amazing job! She asks you about any medications you may be on or any skin sensitivities you may have before applying any product. No one will ever touch my eyebrows except Michelle.Julie did an amazing job with my hair cut, I chopped about 8 inches off and she did exactly what I wanted. Again, I can be picky and she made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.Theyre very flexible and very affordable. I can even bring in my own color and theyll apply it for a discounted rate.My husband also gets his military cuts there as well.

Tina is amazing!!! I spontaneously decided to get a haircut while out here for a wedding, and I couldnt be happier!

I went for a hair cut and color about a month ago and I will never go here again. The coloring job was fine but the cut was a distaster. I left there almost in tears. I asked for a simple layering and angling and I left with blunt cut layers with no angling whatsoever. I asked for only what I needed to be trimmed off and she cut off 3-4 inches when she said she was only going to take 1-2 off. She was supposed to give me a deep condition but tole me that because they were about to be closing I would have to come back another time in the week to get it. I felt like my cut was just rushed so she could get off for the day. I have never felt like less of a priority than at this salon. Will not being going back there and if you want your moneys worth I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

What a joke! Lady acted like she knew about the dipping powder but can’t take an old set down to the bare nail to do a new color. Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES during trying to sand the top coat off her drimel tool flipped under my nail, third time pulled the skin from my nail underneath. After that I had had enough and walked out, went to Midland Nail Salon and had a MUCH better experience.
