In the Redmond area for over a week and wasn’t sure where to go for my functional fitness fix. I chose SSBT just because it was the closest to where I was staying and am glad that I did. The facilities and equipment are excellent as is the programming. I had Collin for all my classes - he was knowledgeable, helpful, energetic and made the workouts fun. The other community members couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
I live in Denver and own my own gym - and I was visiting my kids for a couple of weeks. My daughter -in-law recommended this place and I am so glad she did. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Every workout is different. If you try them out, make sure you try them for at least a week. You may like one workout but love the next. I will be visiting my kids as much as I can and I will be visiting Sasquatch again as much as I can as well. If I wasnt so busy helping with the newborn twins... I would have taken advantage of more classes.
It’s been only a month since I’ve been going here. But the results are great I actually sweat and I feel stronger. This is a great place for people who actually want to better themselves in fitness and mental health and not just say they go to the gym. Colin and Corey are the coaches during my sessions both pay attention to guiding everyone and are friendly. 2 great coaches and 1 gym I don’t know why you would wanna be here.
Joining this community based gym is the best decision I made this year yet. All the coaches are very supportive as well as the members. Menu changes daily, you can keep pushing and motivating yourself with members. Also you can keep track your own progress in apps.
A consistent group of trainers and gym members help create a comfortable environment. Daily sessions can be tailored to your level of intensity, and the associated app is helpful for scheduling your classes, and tracking your workouts. Come visit for a free trial if you’re looking to get back into a routine.
One of my friend got me to Sasquatch Strength, I cannot thank him enough just after few weeks. I started working out here 3 weeks ago and I really like it. I’m very excited everyday as i get to learn and do different exercises every day. Here i get space to go with my pace and they give modification exercises for the beginners too.Colin and Corey are coaches in my sessions and they both are fantastic to workout with. They are super attentive, always keep a close eye on everyone and they assist with form and anything that helps us get better. They have tons of tons of knowledge.I’m really happy that i joined Sasquatch Strength and I highly recommend anyone who wants to see themselves fitter and stronger.
Helpful, friendly coaches in a good location with sasquatch programming. 5 stars, will do again.
I’m 40yrs old, I don’t move like I used to, especially after a year of COVID self-isolation protocols. I walk into this place on a whim and am greeted warmly with an invitation for a guest workout. An invitation I accepted the very next day, and I’m so happy I did.The workout schedules vary, but warm-up and stretch routines before are consistent and applicable to the workout of the day — and if you’re anything like me, just someone trying to get back into it after too long, this part is essential. After a few weeks I can say I’m still enjoying the workouts, and am showing significant improvements in strength, mobility, endurance, and energy — *and* I’ve lost 5lbs.Thanks guys!
Great atmosphere, great coaches! The instructors are super friendly and encourage all level of fitness to join. If one is unable to properly do certain things, they have an easier version.I loved going there so my friends too. I would definitely recommend at least to try their trial sessions.
Been coming here for 2 months. I started at a very bad fitness level and now can keep up with the work outs. Its all thanks to the patient and kind instructors who will meet you where your at and never ask for more then you can give. Couldnt recommend this place enough
I’m a few weeks in to attending classes at Sasquatch. This gym and the community have been extremely welcoming. The classes are definitely hard work, but the coaches are helpful and the feeling of accomplishment after the workout is awesome! I am really enjoying it, and that’s coming from someone who has never really been consistent with a gym routine. The gym is clean and the equipment is in great shape!
All the trainers are good and well trained.Everyday I see new exercises with lot of core work,Which provide you Strength and stamina ..The schedule allow us to boom the slot based our timing. The exercises app is easy to track our progress everyday and every week
I have been doing crossfit for 8years and this gym is my new favorite. They are extremely newbie friendly yet their programming allows for med-high level athletes to develop technically as well. Their classes are covid friendly, have great coaching in Collin and all the equipment is brand new.The socially distant classes and buffer time between classes make me comfortable to workout.Collin is an amazing coach who I’ve seen develop people from scratch and also helps me fine tune my advanced gymnastic and Olympic weightlifting skills. The equipment is all new (and branded) and the gym uses advanced global apps and tech to keep members informed and on track to meet their performance goals, whatever that may be. The place also just looks greatSasquatch bridle trails feels like a small town home gym, with the backing of a well run organization. I especially appreciated their free trial class and money back guaranteeI can’t wait for them to open more locations.Attached is a pic from my first day.
I have never been to this kind of gym before and was very apprenhensive but the coach/staff helped me get comfortable. They are very professional and knowledgeable, always there to help. After going there for a while, i see a lot of improvement in my strength and stamina, I like how they switch routines, you never get bored.
If there’s one thing I can say about this gym and community, it’s that they have a genuine approach. As a former coach and sports medicine provider, I have trusted them with my patients since I started practicing 3 years ago. They are methodical about the programming yet maintain an intensity that gets results. If you’re not accustomed to barbell work, don’t worry they have skilled coaches that properly progress and regress exercises for athletes of every level. Speak with Collin, speak with the coaches and you’ll see just how much experience and knowledge they have in their field. Recommend 10/10.
Sasquatch is a very professional gym with friendly trainers. Corey and Collin have been very patient and kind, as previous to Sasquatch I hadn’t worked out in over a year due to COVID. I’ve been at Sasquatch over a month and I’m getting stronger every day; as the workouts are challenging yet doable. I highly recommend Sasquatch Strength!
Ive been working out at Sasquatch in Bridle Trails for about two months and its been great. There are people of all skill levels working out which makes it easier to get into and there are usually 3-4 people in a class, more in the later afternoon.Everyone has been set up in their own space separate from each other to do the workout, and between every class there is a full wipe down done by either the Employees or those working out to ensure everything is kept sterile between classes. The work outs are challenging whether it is a body weight workout, personalized weight or set weight as you can push through for a faster time at set weights or push for higher weights when they are adjusted to your strength. When first starting the workouts will be rough as you adjust to the tempo and the lifts. The coaches are good at helping you with the lifts to ensure you are doing them safely.
I would definitely recommend Sasquatch to anyone who is looking for a new gym! As someone who typically finds gym environments a bit intimidating, Sasquatch is a very welcoming community for fitness beginners (but my partner who is more experienced than me also finds the programming to be very well crafted). For me, the variety is exercises each day keeps the classes exciting and motivates me to keep up my exercise routine. The coaches are super nice and personable and the other members are also very friendly. One of my favorite aspects of Sasquatch is how well run and organized it is. The equipment and gym space are always clean and tidy (and right now COVID friendly). All the equipment is also Sasquatch branded which is a cute touch. You can tell that a lot of care and thought is put into the gym.
These guys know what they’re doing. They tailor workouts for whatever level you need. Collin listens to what your goals are and builds programs for it. He has helped both our kids find strength and speed to add to their soccer skills. The change is not immediate- but it is worth the work. Go see them! You won’t regret it!
My 3 children have been going to Sasquatch Strength for personal training with Collin. We have been very impressed with the coaching they have received. They always enjoy their sessions and feel like they have gotten a very good workout. The facility is clean and very easily accessible. Overall it’s been a very positive experience.
The Bridle Trails Sasquatch gym is a super welcoming place. The staff is great, the class usually has good energy and the space is always kept really clean. The workouts are made so that no matter what level you are at they are challenging. I have found the whole community to be very supportive and motivating.
I love Sasquatch Bridle Trails. I love the workouts and our coaches are fun, they will let you go on your own pace and will push you to get better/stronger at the same time. They will guide you all throughout the movements adjust weights depending on your level. Its a new gym and they follow covid guidelines which is reassuring given our situation at the moment. im happy that im part of the Sasquatch Bridle trails Community :)Im enjoying the whole gym package (owner+coaches+workouts+members) :)
These folks are awesome! I attended a trial session and had such a great workout. The gym manager and coach were super knowledgeable. I strongly recommend if you’re on the east side.
Sasquatch Strength is just awesome. I have been a runner for years. The team has helped me get to another step in my fitness since the pandemic has made it harder. I love the community feel that they bring. Trying some of the workouts and exercises can be intimidating and tough but they are really encouraging and provide modifications that fit for you.Plus... they are absolutely responsible and respectful of the pandemic making sure it is clean and socially distant.
Great gym. I love the smart programming! Collin knows his stuff. They are great about covid protocols, which is important to me.
I don’t generally like gyms for I feel out of place. Sasquatch Strength-Bridle Trails is changing that attitude and making me feel the desire to come in and work out. The coaches at the Bridle Trails location (Collin and Demi) are great at explaining the movements/exercises and providing clear corrections/modifications when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone who I have had classes with have been supportive and friendly. I cannot recommend this gym enough, and I am glad that I signed up.Thank you Sasquatch for kicking my a** in a good way!
My girlfriend dragged me in to another gym (we have four gym memberships) and I was skeptical at first. However, after trying a few classes, I found the program to be thoughtfully planned with a good balance of strength and functional fitness. The coaches are good people who are very welcoming and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. So far Ive seen good results and Im glad I joined the gym.
I tried out Sasquatch strength after recently moving to the area. I was a bit skeptical about the long commitment period of all the plans, but I decided to give it a try, I guess I made the right choice. So far all I got is positive things to say. The gym and the equipments are all brand new and all the pandemic precautions are followed. The instructors are really friendly & knowledgeable and the programming is well rounded.
If you want a work-out that will push your limits, try Sasquatch Strength. I have been going since they opened in Aug 2020, and I love that each person can have an intense work-out no matter what your fitness level. The age and fitness level are so varied, and the trainers are right there correcting form or making accommodations if you need it.
Both of our kids attended workouts in Sasquatch, with our son being a regular (1xweek). With pandemic and their regular sports/practices being on hold, the option to attend these workouts has been essential to maintain their conditioning and help with their development. Collin has been very professional and also providing useful advice while keeping the workouts at the right level (challenging but age appropriate) and teaching kids how to approach training in the right way. Definitely recommended, well keep coming as much as schedule allows in the future.
Sasquatch Strength Bridle Trails is the best place to train! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an amazing and fun place to workout with a strong community feel! I love how each training session is different with strategic programming and periodization which allows you to work on your strength, speed, and muscular and aerobic endurance.
I’ve been going to Sasquatch for a few months now. All the staff members are very friendly and greet each member by their first name when they walk through the door. The workouts are challenging and range from cardio, power lifting, body weight, or Olympic lifts. I love the variety because I tend to get bored of doing the same exercises over and over again. Demi, Collin, and Corey really push you to do your best and to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere and all the other members have been so nice and encouraging. The equipment and gym space is cleaned after each class which of course is very important during these Covid times.I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for an amazing community to workout with.
What makes a great coach? A great coach does not stop at telling you what to do. A great coach tells you why you are doing it. Sasquatch Strength Bridle Trails has great coaching and workouts programmed that don’t stale with a few key lifts or movements that are overused. This is functional fitness. It is not branded. Want your VO2 to go up? Want flexibility? Want strength? Want to regain your athleticism? Want to lift your spirits? Tell the coaches here what you are trying to do, and then let them tell you what to do and why it will get you there.
Walked in for a trial class and never left :)Great coaches, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Its been almost a month and I have never felt healthier, happier and stronger!!!
Great new gym in the neighborhood! Workouts are thoughtfully planned each week so they never get stale or repetitive. The trainers are even better, very welcoming, hands-on, and attentive to help you challenge yourself. Highly recommend if youre looking to build new community and shed some COVID weight.
This was one of the best gyms I went to. The training was very good.
Great community to work out with! Made goals at the beginning and can definitely see myself achieving these goals.
They sanitize equipment and facilities before each class. Collin and Demi are very experienced friendly instructors. They understand my capabilities and provide alternative ways to do various exercises. I highly recommend Sasquatch Strength Briddle Trails.
Great workouts with excellent programming. The coaches are supportive and helpful. Facilities are clean and the equipment is nice. Happy to be a member here and I look forward to going in every day.
Great place to build strength and improve fitness! Welcomes people of any fitness level, and focuses on technique. Fun workouts, good community, and friendly coaches.
Super friendly staff and clean environment. They even have cinnamon CBD tinctures for sale!
I just had my first class at Sasquatch Strength Bridal Trails. Im a fan!As a longtime fan crossfit style WODs, this was great. Coach Collin did a fantastic job of taking the class through the warmup, WOD, and cool down. Its always great to get tips from a new coach, and Coach Colin is one of the best found in the past 5 years.
Helpful coaches. Open community. Recommend to anyone who is interested in building strength and endurance. I liked the variety of the exercises beyond traditional crossfit movements.
I am a new member. The system, the coaches, and the programming are fantastic. My only regret is not joining sooner. I am looking forward to progressing in my fitness journey ahead.
A few weeks in and I already see significant changes in agility and strength. The coaches are very friendly and help you scale your workouts over time.
Great space and equipment. Knowledgable coaches that truly care!
CrossFit has caused me to enjoy fitness. The best aspect of CrossFit is the family of people you train with. So when the Box I had been attending for three years closed, I was devastated. The owner gave me a list of CrossFit gyms to check out to see which one would be the best fit. After trying five Boxes, I chose Sasquach Strength and I have been extremely impressed. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and super engaging. Sasquach is a place where you can fit in, no matter where you are, on your journey of fitness.
Great place to get a good workout in and super fun!! Highly recommend!
Awesome workouts with positive coaches guiding you through the workouts
I have been going to the Bridle Trail location since they opened up and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommended for anyone either new or experienced.
Coach Collin is awesome!
Colin is fantastic!
