Ive been a member here for most of my life (my parents have been members here for almost 20 years) and I absolutely love it here. Its spacious, so clean, so much to do, so much fitness equipment, classes, a quality restaurant, a cafe, a spa, personal trainers, medical... I dont think Ill ever not be a member here as long as I can afford it. Its definitely a luxurious space.
I used to love this gym very much until I found there is a lady using phone to take videos in the spa area!!! I told the front desk at the first time but they just showed no positive attitude to solve this issue or looking for that lady.I called them a lot of times and hope to get a response but the front desk staff just told me security was not there at night and asked me to leave a message I’m voice mail. That is ridiculous bc the lady will leave with her videos.I don’t know how this 5 star club will protect its members especially ladies.
*ignored by Kathy the Medical Director. Recently my PT care was a nightmare. 6 visits with not following the recommended plan and now a $600 bill when no proper care was given. Im still in pain and had to seek care at another PT.Im an athlete and this set me back weeks. Not only has this been an expensive mistake but its hindered my training greatly.Kathy the medical director responded to me once then has ignored my email since July 13th. This is highly unprofessional and no help has been given to fix this or make it right. She even argued that correct care was provided. No it was not, and on visit 3 when your PT goes, Oh I thought it was your calves? When they were suppose to be working on your feet, no that is not proper care.
Pro club is a great place for people of all ages
Everything you could need at a gym. By far the best club I’ve been a member of. Super clean as well. A great overall experience
Great workout today. The club is super clean and comfortable.
I went for a pedicure and facial two weeks back and it wasn’t a great experience. I took my 2 year old and requested if they could paint 1 nail for an additional fee and they said we don’t have time. It felt like a very rushed service and this was my daughter first visit to a spa due to Covid and she was very disappointed. The extraction process during my facial left a scar. Overall not at all impressed with the service received and customer experience was bad for the prices they charge.
David Payne,Was friendly and helpful I’llMake this place my Go too! He lights up the atmosphere and sparks up the club.Sean,
Just the best if you care for your health and want to change the lifestyle. This is also a perfect place for kids; covers nearly all the sports and very clean swimming pools. The kids zone and the dolphin bay (weekdays) are of very good quality and safe for kids. Great space of exercise and any kind of exercise (machine or weights or body weights). The group classes are run by very good trainers, value for money. We also had awesome experience with personal trainers as well.
Clean and massive, there are so many rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend over any other commercial gym.
Terrible customer serviceThey used to have good service. However, after I recently re-enrolled it seems to went down quite a bit. The staff was reluctant to answer questions or provide help, and they got an attitude when asked again. The spa service is still stellar though. Just the main club. It seems even the number of staff in club has reduced quite a bit. And there are kids running around dangerously everywhere and making noises.Update: the owner responded nicely but the email they provided got rejected by gmail.
Huge selection of weights and equipment. Everything you need to get huge. Lots of cardio equipment and plenty of space. Never a bad time here.
Nice facility and gracious staff. Still a potential member but feels very worth the monthly membership dues.
My husband and I go regular. The spa front desk is wonderful, our message therapist Jammie and Chris are two of our favorites!
I just needed a quick spa session for my injured shoulder. In and out in 30 min. Very thankful for this great facility.
Great facility and staff, safest indoor place I know!
Great place to take my kids swimming. Clean. Friendly service.
Cant fault them, covid has been handled well and the facilities are without doubt best in the region - glad to be a member!
Fabulous, clean, professional workout club. Great tennis courts, racketball courts, pools and gym equipment. Great staff!
Amazing, beautiful club. So clean! Best instructors around for any fitness format. You could spend all day here.
Excellent, neat, tidy, super organised, plush and the instructors/staff is fantastic
Nice atmosphere with a great gym and summer activities.
Good place to work out, clean, has food, good internet and much more
PRO Club is worlds largest health club facility for good reason. They are doing a great job with COVID protocols and providing services while keeping everyone as safe as possible in the circumstances. Lots of open space to work out far, far away from others, and extensive hands-on and UV cleaning. The cleaning team is amazing.
Best on the Eastside, especially the Willows facility if you are into hard-core workouts
[Edit] That was a mistake, probably mis-click or something - Ive been very happy with Pro Club in general.
Every time they provide impeccable, friendly service.
Friendly, supportive staff and clean equipment makes working out a pleasure as I try to ditch my Covid pounds. Thanks!
PRO Spa has excellent services, with outstanding customer service & Covid protocols in place for safety. Chrissy is the BEST for short cuts & color.
Very professional!!! I highly recommend!
Pro club is a great gym honestlyWe tried to look for any gym that has the same amenities and we didn’t find any in the PNW .Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great cafe and bistro for food / drinks .Gym has tons of amenities like racquet and squash courts, 4 pools, spa, car salon, medical spa, doctor offices, clothing and flower shop and so much more !They also have such great family friendly environment and plan great family events at holidays !They have one of the best aquatics teaching programs around as well .Their summer camps are great and their camp staff are awesome . Huge Shout our to Coach Jawad he’s the best !!Defiantly my pro club !
Squeaky clean, not crowded, and proffessiona staff is fantastic & organized. It is great to resume PT, exercise, and other services safely.Feels good to be back!
To me a funny proclub covid moment...I was using the male family change room since I had a deep water pool appointment. Sadly I had to use the “facilities”. To my utmost embarrassment a dad with his dear, two maybe three year old, daughter went in after me. I apologized profusely but the dad so kindly said, “oh she is far worse”!
Following covid guidelines. Great variety of resources. Large facility. Clean and well-maintained pools. Locker is good though no locker access atm. Ample parking.Fees are a little expensive but you get what you paid for.Right now, a lot of stuff are not available due to covid but they are waiving first sign up fee.Pool reservation is pretty competitive which is a bit frustrating.
Very clean facility with tons of work out selection
This is the most complete sports facility I have seen around the east Seattle areaSuper clean and great programs
By far the best gym I’ve been to, ever! Trainer supervised workouts have been very effective in my obtaining and maintaining gains and goal!
I love this pro club the cafe has amazing food and so does the bistro!! The locker rooms are nice and clean big and provide what you need!! Don’t worry about anything when your there!! The tennis courts are also very helpful and so is the squash courts and more!! I also love the camps that you can do there and I suggest that kids do camps there! Now for the pools: there are five pools in total and that includes a whirlpool and in the adults locker room there is also a whirlpool!! Spa is also included and medical spa and way more!! You should become a member today!!
This is the best fitness and health facility Ive ever visited. Ive been a member here for 2 years now. The fitness facility is fantastic. Everything is always very clean. Towels and disinfectant available at every single station.I work primarily with free weights and rarely have to wait for a squat rack -- this is a huge change from most fitness chains. There are 8 (?) racks, as well as dead lifting platforms and enough benches that I dont wait for those, either. After your workout, the sauna / spa is fantastic. Ive never enjoyed hot tubs, but I end every workout with a nice 10 minute soak. In my mid-40s, and I dont suffer from post-workout soreness anymore. My wife also swears by the yoga instructors and physical therapists. With their help, she is pain-free for the first time in a decade.
Amazing place to workout if you like working out with other people. They have amazing group exercise classes. Their cafe is also very good. I like going to the gym only because of pro club.
Awesome massages for my wife and I.
This place is following the COVID protocols. Good service
New makeover looks clean and great.
Its a nice gym, lots of equipment, good amount of parking, clean towels - but for some reason the mens locker room shower curtains dont go all the way down to the floor. They end like 2.5 feet above the ground. Its weird. Why arent they full length? If they had full length shower curtains then itd be pretty much perfect.
Great program for our kids. We had to enroll them because this way, they would take them to the gym straight from school, but it ended up being so beneficial. My kids love going to the gym and they spend a lot of time with their friends which they love. As a result, we joined the gym too. It basically has everything. No matter what activity we want to do, there is an option for it at Proclub.
Great first experience
Seriously best gym in the country
Fantastic tennis facility and the cafes and restaurants are great. The recent remodel is beautiful. The Willows facility is also a good location for personal training, fitness classes or just working out on your own.
Always a great time.
Excellent gym.
I absolutely love this club, always super clean, you never need to wait for an empty machine, a lot of class variety to pick from.
Awesome place to chill our and get fit. Its has all you want to keep.you and fine. Family adult kids everyone can enjoy and be fit. I really love this place.
What I need from a gym, Pro club has. It is just too crowded at times, mostly around the time kids get off school. Cant complain. Wifey likes the coffee shop and I like the gym. It is a good combo
Loved the salon and spa!
Great ambience. Been a member for about 5 months now and I still feel relaxed and get into a good mood as soon as I enter the gym. I go here mainly for the free classes, which are great. The staff is friendly. I love to play badminton, but there are only a limited number of slots in the week where members can drop in. Youd have to pay about $200 to get a season pass to play on other days.
ProClub gives the most grand and relaxing experience out of all the other gyms i have been to. other gyms i usually hear lots of chatter, weights slamming, etc. this is probably the first locker room i have been to that resembles Caesar’s Palace in Vegas—hot tubs are great! i also appreciate the wide range of bathroom amenities available, including but not limited to: disinfected hair combs, lotion, deodorant, and mouthwash. plenty of helpful staff around too!
I like this place for regular workouts .Swimming, playing sports sometimes. They have a large complex with everything to offer in athletics sports wtc. They have separate section for kids too. Though its very expensive for regular membership but you find lot of friends who motivate you to get healthy.
Wide variety of fitness classes. No shortage of equipments. And multiple pools to beginners to advanced
Amazing array of equipment. Something for everyone. Jessi is an amazing personal training. I recently lost 55 lbs over six months on their 20/20 program, which is the best way to lose weight and get back into shape for life.
Best gym in Seattle area. Lots of facilities, 4 basketball courts, 3 large and small swimming pools. Activities are being rotated and there is always something to try out. Even though plenty of people go there, I am able to do the activities I want and do not have to wait for turns. I take one star since many activities are paid and I would expect for this monthly premium to get more activities included such as yoga, group training, etc.
All inclusive facility. Totally worth it. You can go there with any kind of goals be it sports, general fitness, group classes, weight training, anything. Also the fact that they have cafeterias and medical facilities is great. You can get a full body analysis done which is great for analysing where you need to focus and track your progress.
We have been members for almost nine months and we have never had any issues with the club. My son turned 6 two days ago and I was informed by one of the cleaning ladies that because of his age he is no longer allowed in the womens family locker room. I was told that my son had to go to the mens family locker room. He is still IN kinder! I can not believe that the club would expect any person to send their 6 year old kid into a male/female locker room ALONE! A second cleaning lady overheard the conversation and she said that there is a third locker room where I can take my son and three year old daughter. I was not aware of the third locker room, I had only heard of the adult locker rooms and the family locker rooms. I ask to please be taken to the third locker room. The cleaning lady leads me to the pool area and up some stairs in a room that is locked by a code. I did not have a code but she did and she let me in, it is NOT a locker room. It is one room that has some locker stuff jammed in it, she let me know that if we wanted to change we needed to change in the toilet area because since it is open to everyone (male or female) that is the only way to ensure privacy?!?!? I have no issue with the age policy BUT I do have issue with where the club thinks that they can shove their clients into. This sounds so absurd to me that I have sent an email to the club wanting to clarify their third locker room, I am hoping that their staff was misinformed and that in fact their is an actual locker room for families that have kids of the opposite sex that are 6 or older to go to. My husband works until after 5 PM and I am the one that takes the kids to the gym. Do they really expect kinder kids to go to the adult locker by themselves? I am expecting my rating to change as soon as I hear back from them, as of now we have cancelled our membership.
Pros: Good environment, good people in general except Management who only cares for money.Cons: lowest Value for Money, try including your spouse in your plan and they charge you like an outsider. Everything except basic equipment costs additional. Entrance is narrow and cramped, feels like a shopping mall .Please Improve your entrance and make it more roomy and welcoming and i will give 3 stars. Provide good rates for family and i will add 1 stars.Respect my guests and provide some freedom to interact without being watched all the time and i will add 1 more star.
Most amazing club i have ever been to! If you want to learn good swimming, learn it from Meryl! She is a great instructor and gives very precise and constructive feedback on your performance. Also, she is one of the best teachers I have met personally.
Incredible facility. Dozens of each treadmills, elliptical and bikes. Pools. Daycare. Luxurious locker rooms including some which are family oriented and some just for adults. Upscale spa with best masseurs. Medical spa. Bistro! Tennis, basketball. Racquetball.Need a group class? Big variety. Some cost additional, some are included in your membership. They also have personal trainers available to book.Quite pricy, of course.
The bistro disappointed us. It was not clean. Hygiene and cleanliness are my top priorities when it comes to eating out. I ordered almond strawberry salad and it was so bland that I could not eat.Other than these, it is nice to see that they have gluten free options for people who have Celiac disease.
Great health and fitness facilities. Probably the more fancy fitness place Ive been to. Went here as a guest with family.
Expensive high-end sports club for Seattles techie crowd and other well-off folk. Clean, well-maintained, great selection of training facilities and implements across several locations, great service. Feel lucky if you have it offered free or at a discount from your workplace, and make a point of using this benefit to the fullest extent possible.
Expensive for what it is. Even with Microsoft paying it wasn’t worth it. They also over charged during the pandemic and only let you spend the $100 as credit there. Just send us checks.
Amazing facility. I personally love the interior. Very high quality sports club. Very big. Spa is very nice and the staff are very respectful. Would definitely recommend.
The gym is the best in the area: 4 pools (lap swimming in 2), remodeling the cycling studio, infinite amount of machines and free weights. And the boutique, although expensive, has some really cool and nice things. Food is very good, too. But the most amazing thing here is the way they treat the members! I cannot stop praising all the cool things they do and the way they respond to my suggestions or concerns. And Giuseppe at the Spa is THE best massage you will ever have in your life.
I hadnt been here in years. What a transformation! I definitely like the new look. And a big thank you for not building an indoor water park.
Great experience
Beautiful club
Amazing gym
Pools too small, too shallow and too warm. Plus mobbed with kids who enter without showering.Yuk. Glorious womens locker and lounge. Grade of A.But pools: grade of D
As per usual, I cant say anything because Im with my parents Microsoft partnership for the discounted membership fee. I feel this has changed to become more like Microsoft employee gym, coupled with the original families who started the gym. Very spacey, lots of service and more than enough machines and courts to never run out of things to do.
A huge gym. Lots of variety as far as classes and equipment. Parking can be a pain during peak hours, but otherwise it is a great place to work out. There is also a spa there that has your full typical offerings, car detailing, flower, shop, couple of cafes/restaurants, tennis courts, etc. They are currently expanding this location as of this writing which will add a significant amount to the already large space.
Large upscale gym. I highly recommend at least a trial so you can check it out
Staff is very kind and helpful. The gym is very clean and organized. This is my favorite gym in Washington.
Fantastic facilities! Great staff. I regularly play squash here and they have good players and an active squash league. Good stuff!!
An amazing staff, and amazing facilities. I go hear for PT and I would recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to work on your health.
You can get pretty much anything you need from facial, nails, massage, sauna, and youre car can even have a spa day and theyll have it in show room condition. Nicest staff people! If you want to feel like a million bucks, come here!
Worst gym music Ive ever experienced. Facilities are great, and then the soul destroying elevator music sucks the very life force from you and leaves a dried husk. Please please pro club, theres a reason no one plays bad piano cover tunes on the radio. Because most people would rather chew razor blades than listen to that stuff. Fix. The. Music.
The facility is great with all the equipment that you need. Some group exercise class are available for members. Overall a very nice facility with lots of options to choose from.
Awesome place. A variety of so many options. Very professional and staff are so pleasant.
One of the 2-3 nicest tennis club facilities in the area. Impressive and massive building on par with Bellevue Club and not overly expensive from what Ive heard. Havent heard any good things about their juniors program.
They boast of Proclub clean but the hand towels they give and the ones they use to clean equipment happen to be the same! The staff claim they are separate but they are all tossed into the same bins so not sure how they separate. The pavilion center has a strong musty smell because it has no windows for light or air.The deeper pool is always reserved for some event on all days of the week and open for public only after 9 pm. Cant they spare it for general use few days in a week? They claim they have 4 pools but most of the time you are limited to just 1 with at least 2 people per lane. Also everything has its own timing here. The pools close 30 mins before club closing and the showers close 15 mins before club closing!I feel the rates are not justified, hence the 2 stars.
Very well taken care of place. Might have been confusing for a first time guest had i not been with other members. My masseuse was late, but delivered an excellent massage when we finally started. Love the availability to use the sauna and pools before/after treatments.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Felt non-judged and welcomed every time we have visited!
I would say its expensive place, but it same time it huge place to discovering
Rip off and expensive. You should definitely spend your money here if you have no clue what to do with it
The equipment are decent. The construction and the lack of sun take away from the relaxing experience. 6$ for one scoop of protein powder? come on.Parking is generous
Cannot really remember how many years weve been members at ProClub. Joined Microsoft in 2003 which provides free membership to ProClub. Probably have started then. Wasnt very active for many years but kept membership anyways as itsfree. Once kids are old enough to use the recreation pool, we really started to enjoy the benefits of the club. Kids have been swimming there for 8 years now and their swimming coach and staff have become better. We parents still only use it occasionally but still think its well worth it. All staff always extremely courteous and helpful. Facility always kept clean. They always try to find ways to provide occasional free activities that is fun for families. Membership is on the expensive side but well worth it if you can afford it. Tons of space, treadmills, stair masters, and other workout equipment. On-site bistro food is not great but not bad, smoothies are really good though. Parking sometimes could be a challenge but whenever they are always very proactive in providing staff to direct traffic and provide off-site parking nearby if needed, so I have never once been unable to find parking. Their service is as good as Costco. Highly recommend especially for family.
Love pro club! The Bellevue location is giant, if it’s your first time I definitely suggest getting a tour first. However I would live there if I could lol. They have a huge amount of equipment divided in two 3 different main areas/ rooms 1 that is super bright and has a lot of strength machines, then a cardio theater which has some strength equipment but mostly cardio and is kept very dark, then the 3rd section which is normal lighting and has a number of squat racks, free weights, etc. They do also have tennis( which is an extra fee), squash courts, basket ball, etc.In addition to all the fitness stuff they have: a cafe, auto salon, restaurant, doctors, Physcians, physical therapists, beauty salon, medical spa (think dermatology, cool sculpting, etc.), flower shop, clothing shop, etc. You get the idea they are giant! Lol
Great place. Kids pools are always crawled tough, there is no outdoors area, and tennis membership is an additional $2k entry fee plus monthly dues. Best non golf option for Bellevue, Redmond and maybe Kirkland residents though
