Ed is great! He gave my fiance a complimentary training session to make up for the one she missed (through no fault of her own) even though policy stated they normally wouldnt be able to do this. Really appreciate him helping us out and he was very friendly. I hope he gets a promotion and a raise for his excellent customer service skills!

“Do Not Go There’!!!The owner Krista, only cares if she takes your money.I had emergency brain surgery and had to call and cancel. Coming in or going online at the time was not an option. The guy I had spoken to seemed understanding, but didn’t follow through.I noticed charges still being changed on my account and Krista refuses to even return some of my funds.I had even prepaid paid a huge amount for a personal trainer. Which I also lost.There are better, more professional gyms out there.

I used to go to crunch fitness in my high-school years, My last visit there was about 6 years ago, my mothers debit card was on their file and I totally forgot about it and they kept charging it, till months ago that my mother got a new debit card and just now I got a call from a collection agency trying to collect more than 200 dollars! I called crunch fitness and asked them to at least forgive this balance and they refused! They have been changing me for the past 6 years and thats not enough for them!

I go to Crunch Fitness for classes such as Zumba, Yoga sculpt, Cardio Tai Boxing and Pilates and sign up for classes using Classpass. Classes are fun and interesting and always on time. Recommend you to check out this gym for a fun and a great workout!

What a scam. I have moved away from crunch and also started having gout due to kidney disease. I tried multiple times to ask for cancellation and they just ignore me. Do not give a cent to this company, they are awful.

I pretty much only go for Zumba classes. It’s a bummer that you have to get the more expensive membership to go to classes, but I enjoy them! Mila is SO MUCH fun and the other instructors are great too!

In December I left the Bellevue area so I requested one of the front office people to close my account and they provided the form (freeze form), I filled and signed and returned back to the front office . I was not aware that it was the Freeze account form not the membership closing form.Till my credit card got charged I was under the impression that my account got closed and I am in new York not in Bellevue any more . This month my credit card got charged so I called the representatives in the front office and submitted the closing form one more time and the front office people agreed that they would be returning my money back .Still I didnt receive my money and today again I talked with the front office people and they are telling me that they can not return my money back.Truly I was instructed by the front office people and I completely not aware there is different form for closing the account, ok even in that case when fitness opens back after COVID time or once my freeze period got over you may want to check with me whether I am joining or not on this COVID time, If I confirmed only you may need to charge me if I am start using the fitness . Simply they charged money even though I didnt use it and it was not acceptable. In this COVID time without a job it is really tough to survive. I can not leave my money simply to crunch fitness even though I was not using it.

Sept 16, 2020 update: you have to sign in with a clean pen and register your temperature. They give you a bottle of disinfectant and a towel to clean the equipment youll use. Mask are required, not required while doing cardio. The space felt clean and safe. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Communications from Manager is not at all accurate.Wrong promises were done about cancellation. We were told that we will get email notifications before being charged which never happened04-12-21 Update - Thats correct in Sep we did get an email about the freeze end date but we were also promised over the phone by manager 2 times that we will be informed over phone call/ email before being charged / before our account is unfreezed which never happened.

Im new to the gym and area. People at the gym are so nice and they are willing to help you. The staff is friendly and the place is inviting! Just keep the music down low please sometimes its loud

I was a former member in this club. It was the closest gym near my house. But I dont recommend this gym to anyone. This gym has a very high enrollment fee (not refundable). You can go to a better club if you willing to pay $105 enrollment fee + first monthly fee. I couldnt go to this club because I moved to CA. I think that the enrollment fee is unreasonably high. SO THINK CAREFULLY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO JOIN THE CLUB.

Have had a great experience with Crunch since joining. The staff is very friendly and keep the place cleaned very well. The other members are great to get along with.The lifting equipment here is great for beginners to high intermediate. So its a great place to learn if you are looking to begin weightlifting. Plenty of cardio machines to go around, so also a great pick if thats your thing. I havent been to any, but they offer instructed classes (zumba, yoga, etc.) for those interested.The price is reasonable and much cheaper than the higher end clubs like LA Fitness.

I cancelled their membership and they still charged in the next following month. I contacted them and got that resolved. After more than a year, they sent me an email that they are sending my account to collection agency and gave me a promo that if I rejoin them they will waive overdue balance??????? I am not sure if this is a joke or a marketing tactic but it is pathetic. I was actually thinking about rejoining soon, however, now Id rather take my business somewhere else.

I liked this place until they charged me for my membership while it was closed during the pandemic.

Covid-19 has changed plans for all of us. I joined this gym with high hopes at the beginning of 2020 with great asperations of getting in shape. Then the pandemic hit. I have spent the last 2 years undergoing immunotherapy and steroids. I am in the high risk category for Covid-19 and have had to limit all of my human contact. I am not even allowed to enter my place of work until King County reaches Phase 4.The gym has now re-opened but I would like to cancel. I sent in an email with this request and it has now been an ongoing back and forth between me and someone at the gym (they never shared their name) I have been told that the only way to cancel my membership is to come down, in person, and fill out a form. No exceptions. No online alternatives or even mail in alternatives were given. They are forcing me to put myself at risk to fill out a form.Note: I have a month to month contract. I am not even attempting to break a long term agreement.I understand wanting to retain business, especially during these hard times. But, as a patron for almost a year now, they have made it abundantly clear that the dollar is more important then their customer base.

I have been a member in this gym for a long time and I love it. As you might have seen it, this gym is economical and the membership starts at 10 bucks per month. For folks who just need to work out and be fit this gym is ideal. You cant expect towel service, stream, sauna but locker, tanning and dry wave massage are available. I love the group classes which is available for peak membership. So if your need is just to be fit, this is a great place

Everything is fine here except for the hidden 40$ fees you pay in your 3rd month of subscription. Also, there is no pool/sauna .. But on the flip side you get free group fitness classes for 20/30$ packages. Overall decent gym.

One of the best part of Crunch is its great location in the heart of Bellevue. So, it always seems accessible and you tend to go there more. Equipments and machines are in huge number so Ive never faced any queue or wait time. Good music and enough TV screens for engagement. They also maintain good cleanliness and hygiene in the gym area and restrooms. Plenty of lockers to keep your belongings safe. Helpful staff. In short, its a perfect fitness center you can have around and is extremely affordable.

The customer service at the Bellevue crunch fitness location is amazing. Everyone here is caring and knowledgeable about fitness. Every time I have a question, I get the best feedback from the employees. Its apparent that people who work at crunch fitness enjoy their job because they are passionate about it. I have made some good friends at this location. Definitely a community thats welcoming.

Gym itself it fine! However the staff... I tried calling for weeks to cancel my account (as I’ve moved) and no one ever answered. I was sure to always call during business hours and left a voicemails multiple times. So naturally because my account was never canceled I was charged an annual fee. Finally today someone actually answered the phone! Unfortunately she told me there’s nothing she can do and that I should have called 10 days ago, as well as I should have came in in person (even though I’ve moved)... So now I’m out money, on a gym I can’t even go to. 😂 save your time, save your money, go to a better gym, with better standards!

Crunch provides a variety of health services. Free diet/health consultation and a session with personal trainer when you join is big advantage. It gives you an option to choose the kind of membership you want and a personal trainer whenever you need at an affordable fee. Crunch has the latest equipment and a large collection so you always have an equipment available even when the gym is full!!! Its the best value for money gym. I would totally recommend it to others.

Pleasantly surprised with this gym and the staff. Everyone is very friendly, and the environment is laid back. Some-what small free/range work out space, as machines take up most of the room. Great locker rooms and great features to all of their plans. I look forward to the growth of this gym and my muscles!

Very good Gym, people who work there is really kind and helpfully. I dont have that much motivation and memory to go to gym but they send me auto e-mails to remind me that I have an appointment with my Gym trainer and the app control how many times Ive been visit. Fantastic

Was visiting for a short time and they had an affordable membership option that worked for me. This facility was fine; would not hesitate to come back in future. Equipment was plentiful (I used the facility during off-peak hours) and in good working condition. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Clean locker room and showers.

The value of crunch cant be beat. The crossroads location has everything I need. The only reason I canceled is due to moving too far away. If there was a closer location I would continue for sure. Even the canceling of my service was handled quickly and efficiently by both the central customer service and local staff.

I really enjoy my 5 visits per week to Crunch. The people are friendly. Great atmosphere. Good energy.My only complaint is that when something, like a broken machine or a faulty shower needs attention, there is no sense of urgency.I am a fan.

Horrible customer serviceWhen I asked for cancellation of my gym membership, they instead made me sign a freeze form and never bothered to tell me about the annual maintainance charges that will be levied. Although the information is present in the freeze form but as I was in a rush and I went ahead with the process only because I didnt want to say no to the person who proposed the idea of freezing the account, I feel violated as the gesture of refunding the amount would have been taken in right spirit and helped establish the brand of crunch. Now, I wont recommend anyone to this place...What I feel bad about this gesture is after having such a nice experience for over a year, this is what I will take away with me...Update: Even after below confirmation that my account has been cancelled, just noticed that Crunch continued to debit my CC for past 6 months. I would request the management/owner to look into it and refund the incorrect membership fees charged to me.

This gym is usually clean and the people generally have a desire to actually work out instead of socialize or be the one with attention on them. I enjoy that culture compared to other gyms. Staff is helpful and the membership dues are affordable.

This is a good gym. They have nice equipment and are inexpensive. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are a little inconvenient, they close relatively early (10pm) on weekdays and (7pm) on weekends.

Crunch is so affordable for the basic membership and has all the equipment I need for my own fitness needs: rowing machines, free weights, kettlebells, boxes for jumping, jump ropes, etc. why pay more? They open early enough for me to get a workout in before work too. I never have to wait for equipment

Several weeks have been spent informing staff as to cleaning issues, only to have a staffer act like a certain level of filth or vermin is acceptable and show contempt for my concerns.Would normally give this place a 4 star rating, maybe a little more, but the complete lack of concern for the issues I raised, lower it by half.I will change my review if the situation is remedied soon, or will be seeking membership elsewhere.

Ive been a member at Crunch Bellevue for the last 3 years and I love it! I usually go to the classes and they are a blast. Stephanie and Patience are my favorite teachers! The staff are all very friendly, especially Henry!

I like it in crunch coz they have all kind of equipment (lots of them) to exercise. No wait time to use them at all. Maintained clean. Excellent training faculty.

Music is way too LOUD. And playing Hip Hop or rap on a daily basis gets quite annoying. If you’re going to play music for the gym-goers at least play something that appeals to everyone, not just a specific group of people.

I joined when the gym originally opened. Yeah its cheap thats why a lot of people here join. It is walking distance from my house and this is why I keep coming back. Equipment is all great and if something breaks it gets fixed pretty quick. They dont have Olympic weights but you can make due and no real free weight squat rack.That was the good. The bad very few people have and gym edict here. No one wipes down the machines when they are done. 3 quarter of the people who workout here dont shower or use deodorant. Also they insist on getting on the phone in the middle of working out and talking for 15 min... go outside!OK back to the good sorry. If you dont know what you are doing the personal trainers here are better than any LA fitness trainers so good work to them I have been watching. Staff wise the younger staff great the older owner gentlemen awesome. Older front desk staff rude.Oh yeah last thing if you come at 6pm you wont be able to breath while working out. If thats the time you plan to work out at, Dont find a different gym.

You have to cancel in person... Well some of us work 2 or more jobs. So I ended up getting charged for another month and annual fee, because I have more important commitments and couldnt make it in before being charged again. People dont wipe down any of the machines, its gross. I wont be coming back.

Shervin gave me a tour and was very knowledgeable of the gym! Definitely made me feel more comfortable about changing up gyms after 3 years! I wish there was a sauna but this will do!

The manager she said her name is Alysa kelsey doesnt let me to freeze my account, even I told her Im going out of country for 2 months, she give me hard time and persuade me not to freeze my account even after I told her I will cancel my membership. She act like its okay for you to cancel your membership we dont need you, theres alot of people still coming to this gym youre nothing, she even send me cancelation form to my email, that I didnt ask for. After almost a year become a member I think its time for me to say goodbye to Crunch.

SCAMI normally dont give bad reviews on gyms since i used to own one few years back and because I know how hard it is to maintain the facility and trying to make clients happy but this gym (Grunch) is simply after your money. They made me paid $78 for my cancellation. And I came to find out that when i request to freeze my account which they end up ignored it. Overall they only care about how do they gain profit out of you. Also their free-weight space extremely small which lead into crowded area. This business is just thriving on scamming members with all kind of hidden charges.I hardly used this gym in my 1+ year of membership as it very small,smelly and unclean, It will demotivate you and you wi come out sad every time you visit.When I cancelled they charged me $46 annual processing fee which was due in future months.Save your hard earned money,I am not recommending this gym.

Where do I begin? Too crowded after 6pm, LOUD music, sometimes so loud it bleeds through my headphones. Machines always broken and take weeks, sometimes months to be fixed. No one cleans their machine after using it. No point in freezing your membership for out-of-town/country trips since they charge $10 to freeze your account (same price as a month of using gym).

Im pretty new to this gym, but I like it a lot. Very clean, has all the equipment I need, and the staff is very friendly. My ONLY complaint, is that they always leave the Food Network on the TV. Watching someone bake a cake while Im trying to work off my carrots and lettuce I had for lunch is torture!

I got assisted by this guy named Henry and he was such a nice and cool guy and very helpful and specially very funny. If you you go there I recommend get assisted by him .

They do not have internet - they have wifi you can connect successfully but there is no internet on it - so you can stream music or netflix. also, there is usually a lot of machines Out of Order and dont get fixed very quickly ....

Wow! Crunch fitness in Bellevue has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. To be honest Im not a big stickler for customer service but this was extremely bad.Not only was I blatantly disrespected at the front desk, but it also appeared that no one actually knew what they were doing. The man I spoke to was so appalling in his manner towards me that I will never return to the gym.Was planning on renewing my membership, however after this experience there is not a chance in hell.Spend your money ANYWHERE else, unless you like everyone treating you horribly.

I have been going here for about a year now. I love how small this gym is get in do what you have to do and get out. The customer service is okay. Not amazing but they answer your questions and you both get on with your lives. They seem as though they are way too busy or their minds are occupied with something else at all times. It smells sometimes because there are always those people who do not use deodorant, or it is against their religion.PLEASE GET OUT OF MY GYM IF YOU DO NOT USE DEODORANT!!
