Ive taken two cars here so far, planning on taking a third. They really do a good job, on one of the cars, I could not even find the chip after they had finished. The cleaning of the windshield inside and out afterwards is just a great touch. Their handling of all the insurance was also great as well.

Wonderful, friendly, professional, clean, prompt. This family business does an excellent job! Going above and beyond: they used a special technique to transfer my Good to Go sticker! (Its peeled a tad but Ill be glad to use a bit of tape- beats buying a new sticker!) They also vacuumed my car out.I passed up the 3.5-star auto Glass outfits a block from my house in Issaquah, because I knew that Eastlake wouldnt let me down! Competitively priced too. Very professional. Eastside Auto Glass answered my email requesting a quote in less than 24 hours. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. The work was well done, on time, and a good price. Would use them again for sure.

Our car got broken into (rear door window smashed) and we called Eastlake Glass the moment we found out. They were able to get us scheduled for replacement the same day (9am) and out by (3:30pm). They even vacuumed out the smashed window bits in the backseat. Super impressed with the quality, professionalism and speed of this place. Highly recommend.

My car was ready when promised and at a reasonable price! No leaks and they transferred my parking sticker and HOV pass. The staff was friendly too. :)

Workmanship looks great. Finished a few minutes early. Waiting room is clean and restrooms well kept. Life time warranty gives me confidence in there service. Price was very competitive.

My dealer wasnt accepting my claims that the windshield is defective, so I emailed Eastlake Auto Glass asking them to check it. They found a slot for me the same day. Without much info about the problem from my side, It took them like 20 seconds to see and describe the exact problem Im experiencing. It took me several days to start noticing issue and about extra week to come to a conclusion its indeed a defect. And they spotted it in 20 seconds.

Called on Monday, was seen on Thursday and and my windshield replacement was done within two hours! Great team and reasonable prices. The quote I first received on the phone was the exact quote I paid for, so props to sticking sticking their word!

The window and the work look to be quality. Seal was very different than factory but looks OK. They got me in very fast and left a clean car which was better than my last glass shop. We both suffered from the ignorance of the glass insurance manager but the owner was courteous and great to deal with.

These scam artists replaced my windshield and then tried to overcharge my insurance company for the work. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Theyve done it to other people. In the end, the consumer foots the bill. Not only that, they installed the wrong size of windshield. Rain was leaking in from the corners because it wasnt the right fit. In the end, I wound up taking my vehicle to Novus auto glass in Redmond and the owner Cye was able to fix the problem by ordering the correct windshield and parts and the job was finally done right. He didnt try to over charge my insurance. If you want your windshield installed by honest professionals go to Cye at Novus auto glass in Redmond. Beware of these crooks at Eastlake. Im keeping my fingers crossed in hopes that my insurance rates dont double now because of their dishonest business practices

My car had a small chip in the windshield and it needed to be fixed before my daughter took it for her driver’s license skills test. I called a couple of places and they were not able to schedule it for several days. I called Eastlake and I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me in between. They fixed it quickly, I had called my insurance company and they sent the paperwork electronically and everything was a breeze. I recommend Eastlake Auto glass.

Took my boss car here and was on a serious time crunch while he was out of town, and they were able to get me right in for a windshield replacement. Greg even took the time to walk me through the two types of windows that are offered for this type of Audi (and he saved me $1,100!!) I also really liked the fact that he was up front about taking the Audi to the dealership to have it correctly re-calibrated since the dealership has the proper Audi machine to do this, something other shops did not disclose to me and tried to charge me to do it themselves. He had the car done in just a few hours, like he said he would. Hopefully no other harm comes to me or my boss auto glass, but if it does, Im definitely taking it back to these guys!!

Currently getting my windshield repaired after a rock hit on the freeway, in a bit of a crunch they were able to squeeze me in I am so thankful for them love that it’s a family owned business I’ll update once the repair is done but so far amazing customer service hopefully it doesn’t happen again but I will come back here that’s for sure thank you Greg and Lexi who took my phone call

Wonderful experience working with Lexie and Greg. No games no chain yanking. Just honest information with a great care for customer satisfaction. They are not doing onsite visits currently but bring it to the shop and itll be done in a few hours. An accessible location right off Bel-Red makes for an easy Uber. Great value OEM!!

I had a great experience at this place. I called ahead, made an appointment and was able to get a new windshield on my lunch break the following day. The cost was exactly what they said it would be and they had it done in an hour. New windshield looks great. Greg is super friendly and really knows his craft. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back here if I get a chip in the new windshield.

Fast and a good work

They were recommended by the Mazda dealership and cheaper than the place the insurance company suggested. The price included installation but not tax. I scheduled via text to drop it off the next morning. They told me it would take an hour and a half and it was ready when I came back to pick it up before lunch. Very friendly and seemed like a family operation. Close to a bus stop.

Hands down the best repair facility I have ever worked with. Greg was extremely friendly and after spending hours on the phone trying to find a repair facility that could repair my side window that had gotten broken into, he was able to take and repair the glass in the same day. I am extremely grateful and cannot express how well I felt taken care of as a customer.I was quoted an hour and a half wait time but my repair was completed in even less time. While I waited on site the employees were also very attentive, accommodating, and friendly.In the future if I ever need any other auto glass repair I would not go anywhere else. Nothing but the best here. Thank you very much for making this so easy!

I got there right on time and they were able to get started right away, so I think I was only waiting about an hour and a half which is what they predicted. They also gave me a price estimate beforehand that they stuck to plus tax. I only had to hand over my keys and wait and everything was done quickly and very well. I will come back here in the future. Excellent Service, Fast and VERY Reasonably Priced

Excellent service. Price is great. My old window was broken and back seat was full of broken glass. They clear each piece of the glass, which looks like new. They provide a glass with same material as original factory, with same gray color, but price is much lower. Service is fast as about 1.5 hour. I highly recommend this store.

Saw that this place had the best reviews and for good reason, had a broken windshield and they took care of the problem fast. When I first called in, Greg was there to answer right away and helped me out get a quote fast. He told me it would be about a hour to hour 1/2 and it ended up only taking about 45 mins. They are fast and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Very professional service. Went in to get my 2018 CX5 windshield replaced, made a reservation, the job was done in an hour. The replaced windshield was a factory windshield, they transferred all the stickers to the new windshield and their price was the cheapest amoung several shops.

Greg’s a con. Went through the installation process on my car, and he ordered the wrong glass. He refused to admit he was wrong and refused to answer calls about owning his mistake and correcting HIS issue. Researched the glass on my car, and come to find out, he charged my insurance company over 5 times the cost of the glass. I gladly let my insurance adjuster and corporate know, first hand about his unethical practices. This guy Greg is a thief.Buyer beware, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Do not, DO NOT, give this guy your business.

The windshield was repaired in December and the repair gave in and cracked last week after some hot days and cool nights.I want to say that the company website said they would replace the windshield for free if that happened but a few days later when we looked again, that warranty was gone. I could have been wrong too. The first time I went to the store they were away on a job. I went back to my office, called them, and left a message. I never got a call back. I went to the store again. I expressed dissatisfaction with the way they handled the whole thing until then. Something like you realize I am not happy. The man behind the counter said he would not bother to give me a replacement estimate in that case. At that point I stated I felt insulted :-) He started shouting increasingly offending comments and I left the premises.

Very reasonable prices on windshield replacement, and its always ready when they say it will be. Far cheaper than the bigger companies, and I found them after a recommendation from the Cadillac dealer. Plus, its right across the street from Chick-Fil-A!

They fixed my problem with no time. They are well aware of all the insurance terms and gave me good suggestion to use the insurance and made everything easy.

It was easy to call and set up the appointment. They had me in the shop the next day and finished a windshield replacement in under two hours. The staff was just great, really friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable when it comes to auto glass. Simple replace with no pressure to purchase anything additional packages, just the way I like it. Plus the shop is close enough to some stores like REI and Traderjoes to kill some time.

I was given a recommendation for Eastlake Auto Glass by no fewer than 2 technicians at Toyota of Kirkland. From the first time I called Eastlake, they were professional and explained the whole process.I called on Tuesday, 3/28, and they had me in the shop in Saturday, 4/1, for a windshield replacement on my 2016 Highlander. The replacement took less than 2 hours.Looks like the windshield was installed at the factory... very clean work.The staff also worked with my insurance company to clear up some confusion on the insurance companys part.I will definitely come back here again & recommend this glass shop to friends.

Very impressive family run business : Greg (owner) and Lexie (daughter) are very experienced. Their technicians are first-rate & incredibly knowledgeable. Due to the incompetence of Safelite - incorrectly ordered my OEM windshield 2-times (no joke!) - I really needed help. Greg & Lexie knew exactly what to do. They ordered the CORRECT OEM windshield the first time. Their technicians installed my windshield within 1.5 hrs. and I was on my way. Fantastic service and customer friendly! Thank you!
