Kiomi Moore, totally rocks. Her wisdom is wrapped in warmth and caring and served with a cup of tea, her insight is right on, yet flexible, her sessions are built on a joint effort to help you set and reach goals. To understand your strength. To celebrate the uniqueness of who you are. This is not a session where someone else tells you what to do, this is a session where you have a copilot who teaches you to see that you are the pilot of your own plane. And your ride is a good ride. I never left a session in turmoil, ever. I always left with a positive,and energized feeling. And the knowledge that I can handle whatever is on my path.

Kiomi was great! I worked with her for about 6 months, and she helped me a lot with the issues I was dealing with. Her office is great with the view of Lake Bellevue, and the Feng Shui surroundings, that it is a very calming experience once you walk in. :)She helps a lot with her meditation, and can even record something for you to help at home!She has a lot of good advice, has a great ear, and a calming voice that will make anyone leave their anxieties at the door :)

To my knowledge, I have OCD. Of all the therapists Ive seen, Kiomi is my favorite. My absolute favorite. She is the only therapist I can remember ending a session with feeling so hopeful and positive the way she made me feel at the end of our first session, or maybe even at the end of our first phone call. I remember her being so positive and polite, and seeming so confident that Id get better in no time, and I think I may have actually been looking forward to being completely cured within the near future relative to that first day. The relief she brought me is the kind of relief I wish I could bring back right now. Over and over and over again.Seriously, Im not even kidding, if you have OCD, please give her a call. Just one brief phone meeting, and I think you might just see what I mean.

I am a colleague of Kiomi Moore and have known her over 10 years. We worked together at a community mental health agency for a few years and then each of us decided to enter into the private practice setting.
