I guess all I can say is to make sure you check your receipt! They just tried to charge me for 6 hours of rental when I only had the item for 3 hours. They have a 4 hour minimum so I have no idea where the extra two hours came from.

We had to rent a forklift, and then later in the day we needed a second one on very short notice. The folks at Herc were super helpful, and they even made plans to bring in a third larger forklift just in case we needed it. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and all the equipment you could possibly need. Ive rented heaters, ladders, scaffolding, and Ive never had a negative experience.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the equipment as well. All the equipment was in good repair and everything you could see was for rent. Rates are competitive with other construction rental companies.

I am SORELY Disappointed at the lack of both Customer Service and Human Regard!!! I called and made a reservation for a Dump Trailer but had to drive to this Bellevue location from Seattle. Everything was fine until I showed my face at the Bel-Red Rd location. Then Im told that they can release a trailer to me because I was in a van; even though this was shared with rep on the phone. Desk rep even admitted that hed received the call and reservation from the phone representative.Even overlooking the suspect flat out refusal the moment I walked in (without having any technical information about my vehicle); From a customer service point of view you DONT allow a customer to drive 40 minutes each way during rush hour only to waste their entire morning like this. They had my phone number, yet made no attempt to contact me with this supposed technical restriction.Even the telephone customer support rep described it as a refusal at their discretion, when I called to lodge a complaint. I only went here because my regular vendor (for personal projects) was already booked. Needless to say I wont be back. And I CERTAINLY wont be recommending Herc to any of my clients.

The manager is very knowledgeable and helpfull with customers.
