I have had about 2 years of working with Aerotek! I began my journey with them when I joined Amazons Student Programs as a contractor. While my experience with Amazon was its own experience -- Sharon Harris, my recruiter and touch-base with Aerotek was a rock of support throughout my year-long contract with Amazon. I would knock it down a star only because the fit was not as I had imagined it to be, resulting in a non-FTE conversion. Incredible experience! I told them what I was looking for and they sent me to whats my dream job. They helped to prepare for the interview and called twice to make sure I am ready. Aeroteks team keeps you updated constantly and if they need any info from you they call. Sharon and Shea are the best. They made sure to keep me in the loop until I started my first day and emailed to check me during my contract every month. Also, I didnt have any problems with my paycheck. Once I had a question regarding the payment process, and I was answered step by step immediately. They send a reminder about submitting your work hours to make sure your salary will be on time. Hopefully, I wont need Aerotek again but if so, it will be them and no one else!

Ill make this short but sweet. This is one of the better temp agencies to work for. The biggest thing is that they actually treat you like a human and are willing to work with you to best fit what youre looking for. I have worked through Aerotek for a little over a year and could not be more satisfied with my experience. I obviously dont know every recruiter, but the ones that I have met and worked with are people of outstanding character. As well as being incredibly competent, straight forward, and having a heart for finding good jobs for people.

I wont bother listing names because the recruiter knows who she is. I spoke with her over a month and a half ago regarding an open role after not hearing from her for weeks regarding a TPM opportunity with Microsoft Surface and a BPM role with Amazon. I gave her a simple task of emailing me the job description since her prior communications were practically nonexistent after Microsoft shared feedback on why they werent moving forward with my candidacy (Aerotek has no use for you if youre rejected from the first role they submit you for). She never emailed me the job description of the new role she was pitching to me. I sat back for a month watching this woman share PM job openings on her LinkedIn and she never once bothered submitting my resume for these roles.My background is mostly SDE, so when one of her colleagues reached out to me to pitch SDE roles, I let him know the lack of communication I received from this woman and why her unprofessional, as well as the waste of time, energy, and money (travel expenses) I had spent when working with her, is the reason I wont do business with their company. She even had me haul all the way to this office for a meeting.In the end, I applied to companies directly and landed several onsite interviews, including a second interview with Google and technical interviews with Oracle, Tableau, and Facebook. Nothing but success without the help of this company.I dont care about the work you do/did with Microsoft LEAP. If you cant deliver basic professionalism, there is no point in working with you.TR;DL: Dont waste your time. Youre better off applying directly to a company or reaching out to someone who works at the company you wish to work for as a referral.

After a rocky start meeting with one of their junior and inexperienced recruiters I lucked out and connected with Domenic Marquez.Domenic and I had lunch together, to discuss both what Aerotek could learn from my most recent poor contact and what Im looking for in my next career move.. He is a good listener, very personable, and clearly interested in achieving a great result for me.Long story short, those first contacts did not produce any results by the time I found and accepted a job on my own. However the startup company I signed on with ended up being a very poor fit for many reasons and I left within two months.The week following my departure Domenic gave me a call, likely having heard that I was back on the market through his network. Knowing what Im looking for after many conversations he connected me with an opportunity that same week that is an excellent skill, cultural, and values fit. I interviewed the following Monday and had an offer the same day.Domenic and Aerotek got me back to work fast at a company and in a role that is a fantastic fit. I thank them greatly!

Aerotek did what I needed them to do which was help me find a job. I found that the opportunities they offered me were applicable to my resume and career path, and thats all I could really ask for. They found open doors for me, pointed me in that direction, and helped negotiate the highest possible salary for my skill set. Even though Ive been happily employed at the job they found for me for almost 2 years now, they still reach out to me with other opportunities. Some may find that annoying and, well, opportunistic, but I take comfort in knowing that there are people out there watching the industry for future opportunities that I might need someday. Sure, Aerotek took their cut for my first 6 months I was employed here, but that was a small price to pay for where I ended up.

Its been five months since our meeting and she has not sent me ONE opportunity. This is one of the biggest staffing agencies in Seattle area. I have good experience, resume, bachelors degree and references. It shouldnt be a problem to find one possible match. Every time I followed up with her I got nothing. Im not saying the whole agency is like this but I wont be returning.

My recruiter, CJ Alop has been great. He had a job picked out that was perfect for me. During the interview process, he was always in contact explaining to me what was happening in the process and what the next steps were. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I worked with CJ as my recruiter. Hes a hard worker and really spent his time not only finding me a job I was satisfied with, but setting me up to perform my best with interview tips and coaching. It took him a bit of time to get around to working with me but after our initial interview at Aerotek, he wasted no time in setting up interviews for me just a few days later. Day or night, he works to get you in the door for work.Not a 5* review though because I felt like the there were discrepancies between the Job Descriptions and the actual duties I learned during interviews. Theres also a lack of transparency when it comes to the hiring process such as how the applications are actually submitted. I wasnt given the chance to review applications before they were submitted. The company is also pushy when it comes to accepting job offers. Not a big problem for me since I got a job at the company I was aiming for but it left a sour taste in my mouth.I like the recruiter I worked with but I dont like being sold without all the details.

Aerotek was the only company able to match me with a promising career instead of another grunt job. Stay patient with job openings and recruiters and they will do a good job for you.

Contracting with Aerotek. Degraded. Unprofessional. Rushed. WRONG EMAIL! Just dont do it.I just want to warn people about my experience with Aerotek. Make the right decision for yourself. I was not in a rush to find a new position, this company wants to place you in the first position they can find.Lets start with my first encounter with Aerotek. They were quick to contact me after I applied. It sounded very promising, so I continued on with a face-to-face interview. I was interviewed and talked down to about my qualifications for the entry position I had applied to. This interviewee had then quit working for Aerotek.There was radio silence for weeks. Finally, another recruiter had contacted me. They seemed nice and eager to help place me. I reinterviewed and I was sent a job description with no company name. It was okay after I said yes to doing an interview, I had found out it was a decent company and I was excited. Everything was alright with Aerotek, other than a few spelling and grammar mistakes in the e-mails and constantly playing phone tag over my short experience with them.Then came the onsite interview with this new company (which was the day after I had applied for the position). I felt very confident about my performance in the interview. I was not so intrigued about the information that was shared about the position, but I knew I had a good chance of an offer. It was now Thursday, I was told by the new company they would have an answer by Monday. I still needed time to go over the details and weighing pros and cons, so this was perfect. I was leaving the country and I was extremely busy the next few days, I had made this clear to everyone involved.Friday, the day I was leaving, I get a call from Aerotek saying that I have been given an offer and Aerotek was pushing a decision on the spot. Even though the new company had stated to me, they wouldnt even have a decision made until Monday. This is also before an offer letter or any details have been explained.I asked for at least an hour to decide. They reiterated their desperate need for an answer and said to give them a call back by the end of the hour. I was surprised at how much Aerotek was rushing me into a decision. I called before the hour was over and no answer. I then e-mailed an informal agreement to the position.After the weekend had finished, I had decided since I had not made a formal agreement, the position was not for me and that Aerotek was no longer someone I wanted to work with. I am not a number.I had received a response stating how This was a time consuming and drawn out process and they would not be the right fit for me. This whole process from my re-interview with Aerotek until the final e-mail she sent was 10 days including 4 inactive weekend days. The interview was even less.Day one: appliedDay two: interviewDay three: need an immediate decisionOver the weekend no response. But, I had rejected the offer and said I was moving on.Day four: Response that it was too long of a process, we arent a good fit...The most unprofessional event during our short time together was that they sent an e-mail to me which was meant for another client about where she would be working and how long...

CJ was great! There was some bumpy stuff happening in my previous career (had to finish up obligatory buisness trips) and CJ did not give up on me. CJ worked closely with me to make sure I was doing the work and giving me honest feedback as needed. For anyone who could use a teammate while looking for work, I would recomend CJ at Aerotek any day.

There are plenty of awful recruiting agencies out there, but this office is full of good people. They were able to place me in a perfect job and I continue to enjoy a good relationship with some of the recruiters.I know theres a fairly high turnover in this industry, so its nice to see that there are quite a few long term employees at the Bellevue office. To be fair, there WERE one or two (newer) recruiters who were time wasters, but Ive noticed that they tended to disappear quickly...a sign that the office is being run by great people.They landed me a great job, and the people Ive met have been awesome! After clowning around with other companies, I wouldnt want to work with anyone but the Bellevue Aerotek group.

I worked with Emily, Thomas and Zana at Aerotek, Bellevue. They are great and very helpful. They found me a good job and the process was very fast. It only took about a couple days. I definitely recommend you to use this agent.

Almost forgot to mention how hard this company nailed me.Attended interview for a contract.Immediately left there to do the drug test.Followed up and proceeded to get the background check and drug test successfully updated ::awaiting start date::..Called a guy named Jose who says that the window is now closed and that the job has already begun training for temp agentsWas referred to a lady, Sharron Harris who insists her particular branch is outgoing and requests to spend time, energy and gas AGAIN to interview with her. She exclaims she has solid connections.After showing up facial piercings (which is understandable) end up conflicting with code of conduct problemIt ended when she says to keep in touch.Yup, thats about 45$ worth of gas and 12 hours of life without receiving income as it is.

Finds people for jobs, not jobs for people. Ive never called in and gotten work. They always call me when they need positions filled, and quickly lay me off. I understand this is a staffing agency but its an insult on top of injury to lay me off on Thanksgiving.

I have only great things to say about Aerotek. Kameron Hutchens and Josh Wilder hooked me up with a great position for an excellent multinational AE firm. They took care of me and got back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. My whole experience of working as a contract consultant through Aerotek has been very positive.I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contract or contract to direct hire situation. They are very professional, maintain good professional rapport with their clientele and work very hard to make a win-win for all concerned.

I have great success with awesome recruiters from Aerotek. Ezekial Felder and Daniel Sosa are both exceptional !

Worked with them forvyears..not a lot of opportunities but everyone was nice. The one temp assignment I has I Loved at a biotech form. Got paid promptly and even got a bonus. Thanks Chris!

Think twice before working for them, they have zero care for any of their contract workers

I worked with Cindy and Colin. I felt that it was a little unprofessional to not keep me in the loop of whats going on, nor did they submit my resume when I had asked them to. I met with Cindy 1 time and my resume was supposed to be submitted when I followed up I got no response. I am disappointed that this was the interaction I had with such a great company.

Her name is cindy!I just got fooled today by Aerotek. The recruiter asked me to come to submit my resume, I’m a ux/ui Designer for 6 years. I waited her long time in the recipient and showed up very late.At the meeting, for reasons, she started yielding on me and judged why after too many interviews I didn’t get the job yet!.At the end she said ok i hold off this position and you ready to go.Very bad behavior for no reason!I really felt sad and still wondering why they treating people like that!.I left the place and asked her to delete my database from this company.,

These people are awesome they were able to find me a job within a month period which consisted of interviews. I was paid great and within 4 months I was hired full time with a great company and I am excited for my future and greatly appreciate Aerotek.

I would not recommend this company/branch to anyone looking to find a job. Unprofessional, unreliable and unorganized.

I have only great things to say about Aerotek. I was not actually actively looking for a job but they found me on LinkedIn and referred me to a job requiring new skills that I eventually learned to master and love. I especially want to give Kudos to Nicole Dorsey, my recruiter extraordinaire, for guiding me every step of the way. It is always no fun to negotiate salary but she is always optimistic and reassuring. You can really tell how sincere she is in supporting you in your new role and how shes working hard together with her lead, TJ, to get you that top $ that you deserve. When I visited their office in Bellevue, everyone was so accommodating. They polished my resume and gave me ample time to prepare for the interview even coaching me with possible interview questions. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Nicole and Aerotek and I would welcome future job offers from them again. It just makes job searching and life overall so much easier and better. I highly recommend them and yes, they have nursing/health care jobs!!!

Over 2.5 weeks since I have heard one word from my point of contact who was helping me acquire a job. Ive emailed and left voice mail but still no reply. No communication from their behalf whatsoever

AEROTEK Bellevue is indeed a 5 STAR Staffing Agency. My headhunter, CJ Alop is awesome. He is the BEST of the best. Kayla, CJs manager who was my initial contact kept me informed of the engineering job opportunities. Jessica, made sure that I was comfortable & met me on my first day at work & very supportive of me. Everyone at Aerotek Bellevue are so warm and accommodating. They take care of their recruits from day one and all the way after placement. To say the least, I am so happy with Aerotek & will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Probably one of the sketchiest places. You can definitely feel that these guys work on commission and needs the sale ASAP.

Ive had the worst experience with Aerotek. I was first connected with Cindy Parker a few months ago. Long story short, she emailed me to let me know that there was an immediate opening at Nordstrom, and if I was interested (which I was), I would start right away without an interview. It sounded to good to be true, so I asked her if I would really start right away-- she said yes, and that she would email me tomorrow for the exact start date. Hearing that, I cancelled all my interviews with other companies that were scheduled that week. The next day, I waited for her call and didnt receive any. So I called her and she let me know that the position has been filled. She didnt help me find any job after this.A few weeks ago, I decided to give Aerotek a second chance and I tried to connect with Cindy again. The next day, I got an email from an Aerotek agent (Magno Mendoza) and said that he, instead of Cindy, would be working with me. I did phone interview with him, and scheduled a skype interview for 4pm the next day, which was Friday.On Friday, I waited 15 minutes and didnt receive any call from Magno, so I emailed him. He replied to my email and said that he would give me a call in 5 mins. I waited for another 55 minutes and received NO CALL from him!!!!! The next Tuesday, he finally replied to my email, saying that he was sorry and that he wanted to continue working with me. He also asked if I would be available for skype interview that day, and I said I was. I havent heard anything back from any of them since then.OVERALL, THIS IS THE WORST STAFFING AGENCY THAT IVE WORKED WITH. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
