Dr.Thomas is a wonderful dentist. He and his staff are amazing with my children. They put them at ease and are patient with any concerns the kids have. My cleanings and exams are always thorough, but never painful. My appointments are generally kept in time, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Dr.Thomas at Kennedy Dental as a family dentist!

Let me just say how thankful I am for Dr. Thomas. I have EXTREME anxiety/ panic attacks with the dentist. He makes me feel very comfortable and the rest of the staff is always really nice. Abby is awesome, she always follows through on what she tells me. If she says she will get back to you, she will. Couldnt be happier.

This dental office will make you feel right at home! The staff is very friendly and professional, the receptionists will always greet you with a smile, and the doctors & hygienists treat you like an individual. Ive been coming to this office for years and I dont plan on going anywhere else.

The receptionist is very kind and helpful with scheduling my appointments. When i arrived they made sure to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic by asking screening questions and taking my temperature once i arrived, as well as providing distanced seating in the waiting room and requiring masks. Sidney is a great hygenist and very kind and quick and Dr. Thomas is always kind and informative being sure to give quality care every visit!

Had a couple cavities filled by Dr. Anderson and his assistant. They did a phenomenal job, worked very well together. They get the job done and do not mess around.

Ive been coming here since 2002 and it is always a good experience. often when i get a cleaning and i need a filling they are able to schedule the filling for the same day or the next day, very convenient. i definitely recommend this place if you need a good family dentist.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Anderson for about a year now and really enjoy the friendliness of him and his staff. They have worked well with squeezing me in with short notice.

After leaving Kennedy Dental in January 2019 after being worked on for multiple procedures (when one of them could have waited) which would ultimately backfire into a crown and root canal I,chose to take business to Capehart Dental (0 star operation). I chose to come back to Kennedy (because Capehart sucked so bad) and made an appointment on 22 July at around 1145 am for 13 August at 0700. Show up for my appointment, and no appointment. MADE ME FEEL STUPID! IM DONE.

I have been going to Kennedy Dental for over 30 years, since I was a little girl, and have always had excellent care! Dr. Thomas and his hygienist, Diane, are always very friendly and efficient. I recently chipped a molar and Dr. Thomas and his staff were able to get me in that same morning to have it fixed. Dr. Thomas is always very thorough, and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Highly recommend Kennedy Dental!

They did i great job in my mouth

My husband and I have always been pleased with the friendly service and good care we receive here. I took our 3 year old in for her first check-up today, and Jen and Dr. Carpenter did a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable. They made it fun, and Jen explained everything to her and let her be in charge of holding some of the cleaning equipment. This took the drama out of the new/scary experience and made it enjoyable for her.

Very disappointed. Not with the dentistry, but with billing quote. Prior to having my sons 3 fillings done I asked for a quote. I have always done this and they have always been close. Not this time. I was quoted $82 and change would be my portion after insurance. When I got the bill, it was $332 and change. I called Kennedy Dental Asso. to find out what happened. After the 4th call, I was told by LeAnn that the quote was per tooth. Unfortunately I wasnt told that initially and if it was per.tooth, the quote was still off by $90.

Our family has been going to Kennedy Dental for 14 years. They were highly recommended by a friend, and we weren’t disappointed! The friendly, efficient staff is incredible. Our kids love seeing Dr. Thomas. He knows their names, and they trust him. I usually go in on my lunch hour, and they are always respectful of my time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have the highest respect for Dr. Cameron Thomas who is my dentist at the Kennedy Dental Group. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. He is very accommodating and extremely professional. He is quick to diagnose problems and finds a solution for them. He answers all questions and keeps the patient at the forefront of his service. I took my son here for his first dentist appointment, they were a random pick for me as I just moved into the neighborhood. I absolutely loved them! they kept my son calm and gave him toys to play with, they also clearly explained everything to me and handled my one year old gently, as he wasnt sure what was going on. I will definitely use them again and again. :)

Dr. Richard Engel has been my dentist for over 20 years. His hygienists are well trained and personable. Dr. Engel is low key and to the point - no nonsense. Hes the best, most consistent dentist Ive treated with after living in several different areas of the country. Highly recommended.

Cindy is awesome and Dr. Carpenter is great too! He takes the extra time to make sure you are comfortable and everything is good.

Have been a customer of Kennedy Dental for over 15 years, always had insurance until my company recently merged with another and for some reason my dental insurance lapst without my knowledge. Didnt even know this happened until Kennedy dental stated to bill me saying my insurance was invalid after i went in for a cleaning that was schedule from the privious year. When asked if i could get the insurance rate was told no (after 15 years of doing business with them) and they gave me a whopping 5% discount off the retail price which is 25% more then other dentist i called inquiring what a cleaning would cost. Needless to say not how i was expected to be treated and they truly showed me what my (and my families) business meant to them. Anyone considering using Kennedy Dental bewarned that they only care about themselves not their clients or their clients situations. Paid the bill and will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back their again.

Very bad clinic. Rude receptionists! Also very hard to schedule an appointment. How is it that I can never change my appointment, and the clinic is always empty when I go in. Very unfair service. If you can I highly recommend switching to some other clinic but ASAP!

I went to Dr Rakes as a child. Had no issues. Now years later Im bringing my boys to him. And I regret doing so. My sons last appt Dr Rakes spent 3 mins with him and told me I needed to bring him back. He needed cavities filled, has never had this done. He was a little nervous. Dr Rakes carelessly puts the mask over my sons nose and mouth and leans into his face and tells him not to move. This upset my child, and Dr Rakes then refused to spend anymore time with him. When I confronted him about this, he had an ugly attitude, rude responses. Mainly just gave me dirty looks and asked me more than once if I was done yet The appt was supposed to last an hour, we were in and out in 15 mins. I was still charged for the entire hour. My son is 11, yet his mental age is more like 6. Ive had to explain to Dr Rakes several times because of his disability he needs someone to take the few mins and explain to him what is going to happen. Dr Rakes is more concerned about howMany patients he can get through in a day, than actually caring about them. Its time to retire. After many years going to him, I will not be back.
