Rented a machine here and after returning it received a call from the salesman accusing me of not returning an accessory that was never given to us... An accessory we actually purchased separately.If you need a rental go to Herc Rentals on Bel-Red road, they will treat you with respect.

Stay away from tool rentals at Home Depot. They will fleece you out of any money they can. I rented a dolly with them, didn’t use it, and returned it less than 30 minutes later and was charged for the full 4 hours. Way to show good will towards your customers.

Tool rental here is a joke, I can only imagine the rest of the store is as lost. Man bun and buzz cut are two of the least personable, incompetent employees of any establishment, I have ever been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Drive an hour if you have to to avoid this location. 0 stars is not an option or that is what they would have.

These guys have the tool I need any time I go there. Their prices are fair and their employees are helpful.

Shopped here for years without issue good or bad but one horrible experience in tool rental negated any positive feelings of the past! Spare yourself and rent from a Rental Facility not from a store with a small rental department.

The tool rental and repair is AWFUL there. I sent them my mower for repair and its been 5 weeks, they dont even know where it is! NEVER trust them about commitment.

Service is poor, waiting there for an hour to get my rental car. Ridiculous.

Waiting for a deposit from a rental and my bank is telling me they are waiting for home depot to make a return on my money. Waiting on hold for 15 minutes and no answer from them. I am frustrated that they bug you for this and it takes forever for them to return the deposit telling me its my banks fault

The men who work in this department are dipsticks.
