Owner of Visiomente, Aaron Wentzel demanded more money for a fixed price project (agreed at $15,000) or threatened to quit before project completion. Because of my commitment to my client I had offered to help Visiomente but they refused to hand over login information to allow me to have access to the project development files, and would not hand over all the files until full payment was received. I agreed to pay Visiomente the remaining balance totaling $11,250 to receive the code files which the vendor claimed was 100% complete. Upon receipt and further inspection of the code it was determined by an outside developer that the programming had not been completed to the project specifications agreed upon by Visiomente. After further investigation it looks like the project was sent without my consent overseas to a developer in Pakistan and this is what explained the extremely poor communication I endured throughout the project. Coding errors had to be remedied at my expense which has exceeded 150 hours of extra work by myself and the outside developer.I sent Visiomente via e-mail and regular mail at both the business address and the home address an invoice for the extra work that needed to be completed by the new developer. I received no response. I sent a further letter stating that I would take action in small-claims if I did not receive payment. I also did not receive any response to that requestStay well clear of this crooked company.
