Seriously one of the best hair cuts Ive had. Kim did a fantastic job. She was quick, professional, and when I didnt quite know what length to cut it because my hair is always frustrating she figured out what was best and ran with it. I really like what she did! Kim is always Amazing! Blonde highlights and a trim. She does great with my layered curly hair. I like to keep my hair long and she always hears that, doesnt cut too much. 2 years pleased. I wont go anywhere else.

The lady I had an appointment with was still with her customer so I had to wait 15min. Didnt like how she cut my wavy thick hair. I got a slanted bob. Its more like a step if you know what I mean. She did do a good job washing my hair so Id for sure go bad for a wash. The customer she was with was a man so maybe she is used to cutting mens hair. Overall Id give it a one.

To preface, I have been coming here for about the past year, scheduling appointments with Julie.While taking about my experience here, I want to address some of the complaints I see others making about bad haircuts and price.Reading through most of the reviews about customers ‘not getting what they asked for,’ it seemed like they were unclear of what they wanted in the first place. Regardless of the hair salon you go to, always bring pictures of a specific hairstyle you want. Also, asking for a ‘trim’ or ‘just cut 2 inches’ can mean a variety of different hairstyles. Be clear with your hairstylist exactly what kind of hairstyle you want, and they’ll give you exactly you want.Regarding price, yes, $20 ($25 including tax and tip) is not a cheap price for the generic haircut w/ shampoo combo. If you really want a cheap $12 haircut, head over to Supercuts and get a haircut that looks like you paid $6. For the attention to detail and respect that Julie gives your hair, $20 is not expensive at all when you compare it to Lotte or Susan King or Salon Uni etc. that can be upwards of $30-40.Finally, I can’t stress how important it is to schedule an appointment. I understand that they have a sign that says ‘Walk-ins Allowed’ but it makes your life and their life so much easier than an impromptu drop-in. When I made my very first appointment, it was scary not knowing who is going to be cutting your hair, but be sure to schedule an appointment with a specific person. (That way, it’s clear that a specific hair stylist has to be available for your appointment) Even though walk-ins are allowed, those who make appointments always have priority.TL;DR Basically, be a good customer that knows what you want and you’ll get a great haircut in return, (it’s not that hard to be nice!)Thank you for the great service!(Also, if you are reading this Julie, I really like the haircut from today 😊)

This was my first time going here and I will for sure come back. A great value for everything you get.Kim, my stylist was friendly and gave me great advice for what kind of hair cut I would like. The haircut came with a shampoo and condition and she gave a great scalp massage while doing it.

Brought in 2 boys ages 2 and 10. We were greeted and sent straight back, no appointment at 5 pm. The service was attentive and accommodating with both stylist, leaving boys hair finished matching pictures brought in. Well done Factoria Hairmasters!!

My family came to this Bellevue location Hair master for the past few years. We always schedule an appointment with Brenda. She is the best of all of the stylists in my opinion. The store has a long wait sometimes if you want a walk -in hair cut. The store also sell many hair products. Usually, there are sales or special discount offering. The location is in the Factoria area very close to I-90 in a shopping plaza.

Booked online and when I went there, refused to provide service asking me to rebook next day.If that’s the case then why to accept bookings online. Bad service

Kim Nguyen was excellent. She gave me probably the best haircut experience Ive EVER had. She was clean and precise. When I got my hair washed she even did some message on my scalp. After the experience Im a customer for life. Thank you !

I asked for a haircut, color and full face wax. They attempted to charge me $59.00 for the full face wax. We settled on $39.00. The try to up sell you and add on charges such as $5.00 for hair conditioner. I liked the syltist Dai. He did a good job coloring my hair. Most of the women are difficult to understand (language barrier) and are rude. The prices on the board are deceiving. I would not recommend this shop.

I really like this Hairmasters - my stylist is Dai and he is very friendly and talented. The salon is very clean and their bathroom is clean. I recommend going there in the morning if you can, because this is a very busy shopping area and sometimes it is difficult to find parking close to the salon if you wait until the lunch hour or dinner time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is likeable.

I WAS a regular here but I doubt, i am going to go back. Got a simple hair cut and it is the worst cut have experienced, ever. One side of the hair were barely trimmed and the other side were shortened, leaving an untidy look after the hair dry out.I guess the plan was to force an early return. Definitely i will need a hair cut sooner than expected but not at this place. Hair were cut by Cindy.

Don’t come to get your hair colored by Nina. She doesn’t care about the viability of your hair and will lie through her teeth when you ask her if there’s hair damage. My hair falls off when I run it through my fingers. Save yourself the money and go to a reputable salon!

This is my very first review on Google Maps. The one who did my haircut there did a very bad job. I couldnt find the right words to describe how it looks like after the haircut. It feels like someone with zero experience was experimenting on your hair. After the first time she stopped and asked me about how it looks like. I politely pointed one of the many places look not great to me and she tried to do something as if she is fixing that. The second time she stopped, I was sure that she knows nothing about haircut and told her that this looks really bad. In the end, she has to turn to someone else to come over to help fix that. The other one looks more professional but has limited time to help. Overall, the experience is horrible.

Our go to salon for all three kids. Easy to get appointments and quick service!

Nina is a nice, funny stylist. They typically have BOGO50% sales. Place is pretty clean. One of my better haircuts, I dont go to other places any more.

I gave a rating of 1 star, because I had to Give at least something wanted the give minus 1. Was in about 2weeks ago for a hair cut and a perm. She talked and talked and talked trying to sell me some shampoo. She never stop her sales pitch long enough to listen to what I wanted..I told her I wanted my hair cut to 3 inches. The top she left at 6 inches. She didnt ask any questions. She didnt test any curls to see if the perm took or if it should stay on just a little longer. Now several weeks later, I have NO curl. I went to Hairmasters in West Seatte many times over a period of 10 years. Always was happy with results. Im not sure of her name, think it was Cindy, was very expensive for getting nothing.

My rating would be 0. I wish I could leave pictures to show how horrible of a job was done. I asked for a baliage and she did exactly what I asked not for, she bleached my hair instead of going 1 shade lighter so there was a traumatic difference. The top and bottom of my hair. There was no blending involved my hair came out super choppy. There was litterally a straight line from where the brown and blonde started . I came back the next day to have it fixed and this type the manger did my hair which he butchered even more. Not showing me the back of my head to find that nothing was done differently . I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I have been going here for a while. Today I went in to get darker hair streaks. Well girl who did my hair got hair dye on my face tried to tell me wast there. Then when she went style slopped this greasy hair product in my hair. I have never wanted any gel or greasy curl product in my hair I asked for a little shin and heat protectant. I told her I wanted my hair blow dried straight. Well came out looking horrible because it was all greassy on certain parts. So I had to go home deep condition get as much hair dye product of my face before work the next day. I will never come back I spent over 80 bucks to be treated like that not worth it .

The most horrible place. I blindly trusted the reviews and went there. They ruined my hair a day before my wedding and said Im saying it to avoid payment and I was in tears standing outside the salon then my husband came rushing from home to console me and the lady came outside the salon and said do you do such things everywhere you go to avoid payment? I would never go back this place. Most horrible people. I was getting married the next morning and she said Im doing drama to save $15? I wish I could give it negative rating

I have been getting my hair cut by Dai in this Hairmasters for years...Obviously, I have always been happy with the results. I prefer an older style of cut (think of the 50s) and once I explained the style and dual nature of the cut (neat for work and freestyle on weekends), he was happy to oblige. Be sure to explain with detail and plenty of adjectives what you are hoping for.from any stylist.If you want a good cut, make an appointment so they will --not-- be in a hurry. Finding a stylist you like is like finding a gym you like or a restaurant you like. Talk to people you are familiar with and trust, ask them where they go, and then try their suggestions. Try different stylists in different salons, I went to six others before I found Dai.Lastly, If you like their service then tip them accordingly.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Dai at this hairmasters for about 12 years. Always a quality, consistent hair cut. I highly recommend asking for Dai (if he can fit you in, between all the repeat appointments). Hes the best!

Worst cut of my life. The lady kept digging the comb in my scalp. While rinsing the shampoo I had water all over my face. In the end my hair had 5 days worth of styling gel. I look like a clown!!
