Walked in after I called them to ask was it okay if im 10 to 15 minutes late. I was told yes that they were on lunch anyways so it will be fine. Came in and no where to sit. A girl on the right hand side had a bad attitude. Didnt care to listen what I was told and nobody greeted me at the door like a professional business would. They also wouldnt cut my hair nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Never will return again. Attitude is terrible !

I like the customer service. I take my 3 year old and Erick is good with kids hair cuts. He has been cutting his hair for two years. Definitely recommend to anyone with kids.

Alondra was dope to have work on my messed up head. I used to use Sport clips and they was kinda, barely, ok. Alondra whipped my head into shape. It took about an hour. Yeah, Sport clips didnt do me any favors. I drove from Florence area of North O. They were super cool about me showing up without an appointment. I felt bad for walking in but I needed a cut real bad. They treated me better than anyone Ive ever let cut me so Im hooked. Great shop. Clean. Pool table was nice. Music was good. What more could you ask for? A tight fade and I dig it. So good! Alondra you made my day!

Erick Cortez is the man you want to see. Literally the only man I will let touch my hair. Now I don’t believe In magic, but GD, they are performing some absolute miracles in that shop. I look like a new man walking out of there. I’ll never step foot in any other barber shop again I’m my life, this is my new home.
