I like this place. The inside units are temperature controlled, and the office guy, Josh, is very helpful, friendly and awesome. What I dont like is that the safety measures that have been included as part of what youre paying for, do not function correctly, or at all. Thats all Ill say on it specifically, other than, Ive brought numerous flaws to the attention of management (like being locked inside the building on a couple of different occasions), but the problems persist, which makes this place way more expensive than its worth. Youre paying for functioning security to protect your belongings, and youre not receiving this. Its not the cheapest place around, and there are cheaper places with more effective, dependable security.

I have been very happy with Armor Storage in Bellevue. This facility is extremely clean and I feel my property is very well protected from weather or from thieves. I feel safe when I am there putting items into my unit or taking things out. I have had no problems getting in or out of the gates, or in/out of the building. The staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. I couldnt ask for more.

Jeremy is one of the hardest workers he really enjoys that job Ive worked with them several times I I rent three storages myself there and Ill tell you what these people are really respectful it wasnt for Jeremy I wouldnt be able to do the things that I can do and move around to each story said I needed to move around to he put everything together orchestrated it I seen him work hard shovel the whole side of the place the guys amazing I really like that location a really secure and safe do the people are really understanding... treat me like family..god bless them

Staff are very friendly and Curtis. Units are clean, well maintained and easy to get to. Prices are very reasonable. They have senior and military discount.

PLEASE READ !We normally like this storage because close to home and has heated indoor units . Although lately it has been bad ! The gates are consistently breaking not to mention you NEED TO HAVE A 4x4 TRUCK. To get in and out of this place there’s a hill going down and up to get in and out . They never clean it ! We made several complaints and they say snow plow is broke or etc okay but if someone falls down this buisness will have to pay for the bills that’s law ! And they dnt even put salt by the entrances to doors I fell many times being pregnant ! Do I need to call cooperate or health and state ? Next the website dnt work to collect payments to pay your storage unit . And when you call to pay they can’t. Collect payment only uhaul payments dnt bother to call emergency number either because they dnt call back or answer !Get it together people !!!
