I emailed him with the clearly written request to get Long Term Care insurance to satisfy the new WA state law. Immediately offered Life insurance policies only (with LTC benefits) which are way more expensive and not what I had clarified again in email replies. These are two different products and I would not recommend going through this company for LTC insurance.Disclaimer: only dealt with him through email.Edit to reply to owner 7 24 21: it was possible to get LTC insurance only in WA state for my age, only not through any of the insurance companies he usually works for. I was able to get $250/yr premiums for the exact product I was looking for through another broker. Not only was I able to do it, but many of my colleagues (many younger than me) were able to.
