Was on hold 20 minutes with no answer. Tried to book online; the gps returned address a block away and wouldnt let me change it.

Website states 50$ flat rate to my zip code. Driver charged 65$ upon arrival. Really nice suburban though, much nicer than riding in a Prius.

Worst cab service possible. I called them for a cab to the airport. The cab was supposed to arrive at 6:45. I got S call at 6:45 saying that the cab is waiting outside my apartment, I was waiting outside my apartment but there was no cab. I was told that it will be there in 2 minutes. I waited for another 40 minutes and there was no cab. I was calling them every 5 minutes and was told that cab will be there in 2-3 minutes. They stopped picking up my phone after 30 minutes. I called another cab company, that number also belongs to these guys. I was told that they are second driver as the first one left as he could not find the apartment. The second driver also did not show for 15 minutes and then they called and said that the are cancelling the trip because I am yelling at them. Go figure. I had an international flight to catch for which I called them 20 minutes before time, their drivers dont show up even 1 hour after the appointments need time but I should not be angry! After an hour I had to beg my neighbor to take us to airport. If I miss my flight I will sue them. Please Call someone else dont waste your time with them.

Honestly one of the most reliable car ride services I have ever used! Super nice people, attentive, and, waited patiently on our delayed flight. Cant recommend them enough, and have literally chased down fellow [stranger] travelers to suggest them using this service. 5 stars!

Im super impressed with their service. I have used them for 3 airport pickups so far and they are always on time and drivers are super friendly. I recommend Bellevue Taxi Service and will use them again when I travel. I am happy that I found their service.

I went on the number #912. I thought I was not going to get to work because we almost crash 2 times he dives to fast, I was so sacred I would never go in a taxi!!!.

Super long wait. Was told I had to prepay for taxi flat rate $55. Checked my account after my ride and they charged me $79 instead! Rip off, old town cars and they were late.

They over charged me 45.00 and said they would credit me That was dec. 28th and still getting told it will be 48 hours and when i call back its in process or send an email which i did. I told them today i will file a complaint with the better business bureau that they have my money. I will keep calling. Dont not give them your credit card number pay driver. I will be cintacting Jesse Jones at Kiro. I see im not the only one here. As of Feb 12th no refund even tho they took my credit card info on the 3rd and said it would be refunded by Sat. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau about them. Again do dont give them you credit card. Give to drver only.

This company double billed us for a ride from Bellevue to SeaTac airport on July 29th, 2016. We assume that it was accidental - our credit card bill showed the flat rate ($70), and another bill for $84 (we paid and tipped the driver 20% when he dropped us off). We called to ask them to refund the $70 that was double-billed. They told us repeatedly that they would take care of it within the next 24-48 hrs, but today is August 26th, and they still have not taken care of it. Today the representative told us that they would not refund it because I was being rude - I was certainly frustrated, but civil, and was not abusive. I was unable to find a current business license for the company, and the address listed on the website (14725 NE 20th St. #96, Bellevue WA 98007) is incorrect, as of Aug. 26, 2016. The WA Department of Licensing shows Robert O. Rouhi as the owner, and lists the business license 601689863 as having been opened on 3/1/1996, and closed on 3/31/1996. The business address listed with the State Dept of Licensing is 15320 NE 11th St. Apt. K 226, Bellevue WA 98007.

They charged me $167 for a ride to the airport. I called the same driver (not through the company) on my return and he only charged $85. So book with Bellevue taxi only if you want to be ripped off!

Take the long way on purpose, wont listen to any direction you give after destination is given. Use very slow routing gps, guy had bad attitude over the phone.

Over charged me nearly 20 dollars for a flat rate drive of $50 to the airport and then when I called to dispute the charge they simply hung up.
