My tow operator was courties and took care of my car. I was nervous as I was concerned about damage to the car when it was being towed. The tow driver treated my car as if it was his own.

Paule towing, I am begging you to please let me get my groceries out of my car. I know my car was towed because I had a bench warrant for my arrest for a traffic ticket. You towed my car about 41/2 hrs ago, so I dont know how you can not at least let me get my groceries out.

I had a seizure Friday in my vehicle and police called Paulie to tow my vehicle now they are trying to charge me $350 to get it out or everyday its an extra$50. I feel they should at least have a heart for my illness I have to have surgery this week and I live in my vehicle and its like they took my life away and they wont work out any deal or payment plan or anything its they want they money or the hell with you and what your going through and why would you want people like this wokring on your cars or anything because if you dont pay them like they just told me you cant forget about your vehicle

On MLK day was stuck in a ditch around the corner from my home in shiloh/Ofallon. Called around and Paule was the most reasonable priced towing company Ive used in awhile. My wife always end up in ditches this time of year. The tower came in about 25 minutes and was so helpful. He even requested to follow us till we arrived to a safer road. Overall I was pleased with their service.
