Good selection, but higher prices than other retailers. Not the friendliest of staff, they’re not super thrilled about price matching. But when their same items are 50% off or more on their own website, I think it should be expected! Price check your items!

Somebody give those Groomers a raise!I got the Furminator for both my large dogs that usually cover my house in fur every day. (I sweep and change the sheets on my couch daily) and when I brought them home, the next morning there was zero and I mean ZERO fur on my couches and floor that I KNOW they roll all over. They are literal Grooming GODS.

I cant say enough about this store. I placed several online orders which might have been pricing errors.However, to their credit they honored the first two and delivered today when I passed through on my way south. The young lady even assisted me to car top my new dog house!Now I have to add another puppy it seems as we lost our canine family member this past summer. Hutch, my sons Yellow Lab is sorely missed, more so tonight on New Years Eve than ever. He worked himself into my heart and its been broken these past seven months...Anyway, kudos to Petsmart for honoring the deal for a new dog house and to the Belleville store for all that they did on my behalf.PS. I car topped that behemoth from Belleville to past Sparta, Illinois and then home to Chatham for a total of nearly 200 miles!!! You all ought to have heard the wind whistling past the straps as I outran the ice storm headed my way.Haply New Year!

My dogs love coming to this location. Their entire staff is very helpful. The grooming department is absolutely fantastic!! My dogs always go in with their tails wagging, so I can tell theyre treated great while theyre there!

I am a dog trainer in the area, my team and I commonly come here to work our dogs, buys treats, teach reliability during public outings, etc. This has never been a clean or suburb store but they sell some treats we use and their close so it works. Today I walked in, the lady asked if I needed help with anything after I asked for a mask, I said “no just here to work the dog”, smiled and went to move on. She said “you’re a trainer?” I told her I was, then she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t not aloud in the store because they have their own trainers. I let her know that I am just going to buy some treats and be on my way. She let me know that if I intend to buy something that it is fine but I am not aloud to train in the store. I let her know I would still be training my dog (as training doesn’t just stop, I will still teach the dog I’m handling to be reliable around other animals and in new places) as I buy treats. I found the lady very rude and uninformed on how training works. I wasn’t advertising or handing out flyers, I was simply buying treats and asking my dog to remain in a heel. I would think that as a pet company they would encourage the well being of dogs regardless of who’s handling them.

We were helped by two women associates in the adoption of some guineas. They were very helpful and informative. Gave great advice on our new pets. Wish there was a little more variety in the products they offered. But overall very happy

We love the care that our dog, Rosie gets while grooming at PetSmart. She hates having her nails trimmed, but the ladies who have worked with her always get the job done in a kind manner. As an added bonus she had the cutest little bandana on when she was finished! 🐕‍🦺

I was very disappointed, I take my dog there every month to have his nails grinded, he never cries, the tech was yanking his legs & grinding so deep she was hurting my dog, I don’t think I will go back, she did that to other dogs too, very sad ☹️

Always love to bring my dogs by to grab some new toys, food, or general pet care needs. Selection isnt necessarily great, food wise, but all the major brands are there with options enough for most owners. I wish the staff were a bit more formally educated on their products.

Well organized store with nice, helpful employees. I have never tried the grooming service but 2 of my friends take their fur babies frequently and are happy! Prices are higher than some online stores but convenient when you have a need for treats, or a bag of food.

I recently had my 10 month old yellow lab groomed at PetSmart. They did a terrific job! I didn’t have them cut his hair because he already has short hair. However, I did have them give him a bath and trim his nails. When he came home his coat was nice and shiny and he smelt great! I have hardwood floors and when he came you couldn’t hear his nails tapping on the floors! I would recommend PetSmart grooming to everyone and their fur babies!

PetSmart is just as bad as Petco. Sell you sick animals and then blame you for not taking care of them any there passing. It’s not my fault they get sick. I have stopped buying from them. I go to St. Louis pet stores. They are very friendly people that don’t pass judgment on you.

I shop at the Belleville Crossing PetSmart in Illinois. I just left there. Had the best experience with employee John!!! I thought you no longer carried a brand of cat food I always buy my cats. He showed me it had been moved and took me right to it!! He then opened a register just to check me out. We talked about cat and adoptions. He is so pleasant!! He is definitely an asset to this store!!

I love this Pet’s Mart location. I’ve been taking my two dogs here for over a decade and the services and staff are always wonderful! Both of my dogs have gone through training with Nicole (I’m convinced she’s the real dog whisperer) and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store (including the salon) is clean and well-organized. Everyone is always very friendly when I bring my dogs, who love the extra attention!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the curbside pickup. I have young children so I opted for the curbside pickup to avoid hauling everyone into the store for 2 items. I called the number upon arrival to let then know I was outside. The guy said theyd be out in a few minutes. I waited for far too long...13 minutes to be exact, all that time with no working air in the car (obviously not their fault but still super uncomfortable considering its 95 degrees out). I called back again and someone finally came out to bring my items and he said sorry our phones have been crazy. So busy phones equal leaving someone waiting for a curbside pickup order for 15 minutes? I wont be back for a while.

They have a sick canary. They claim hes choosing to lay in the foodbowl. His breathing is labored with an open beak, feathers fluffed out and dull, he is inactive.They also had diseased fish. One fish was swimming in his side.Guinea pigs didnt have anything but nesting material in their cage.Dont buy pets from them!
