Got a 90 min ETA from Allen and 3 hours later I called to see what had happened and they gave me another 90 min ETA.If you dont plan on doing the job, at least call so we can find someone else...Pathetic

Very reasonable and on time. Helped me at 3 am to get my truck going in the freezing cold. Most other places weren’t available or wouldn’t come for 4 hours. Thanks to these guys being quick.

Called Him. Came earlier then expected time. Got my truck started in 5 mins. While I’ve been there for about 6hours trying to do it my self. A+++++

We are a major liquor distributor in North Jersey, We have been using rapid road service for 16 years and always ready to serve us when needed, 24 hour road service not a problem or they come out to our warehouse and pickup our fleet or we drop the trucks off at there garage they also service our company cars, always as promised never a issue

This company gives the word highway robbery a whole new meaning. They were dispatched to where I broke down due to a leak on one of my coolant hose. The pair of mechanics that showed up after 2 hours after the call was placed, tried to squeeze the company I work for lots of money by stating they needed to drain the entire coolant on the tractor, when in fact, all that needed to do was replaced the broken 6 by 3 opening hose, and top the coolant tank with new antifreeze. Here its where it gets pretty. Upon my refusal to allow them to rip the company I work for off. They pretended to changed the hose, topped the coolant tank with only 1 gallon of antifreeze.Truckers beware of this company!!

Use them all the time. Rapid road is clutch when we need a fix for our trucks.

I had just purchased a truck. One of my drivers was moving it from NJ to CT. Of course the truck broke down on an on a busy on ramp in Kearny. I called two friends that own substantial dealerships in NJ. They both recommended RRS and only RRS. I called, they were on the scene in less than 30 minutes. They made a quick fix so the truck could be moved to a safe spot and then spent 7 hours getting the truck up and running. The transparency was great, the IQ was great, the experience was great, the fix was great and the bill was reasonable. If anything like this ever happened again in North Jersey, I would call them immediately without hesitation.

Good communication, truck arrived quickly and the repairs were performed professionally. Got me back on the road and havent had an issue since!
