First, if you are viewing the reviews for this barbershop you need to understand that most of the previous reviews were based on a different owner and barbers (~2020). I had gone to this barbershop since I was 14 (23 now) and it was one of the best shops for its price (usually $15-$17 for a normal fade). Sadly, after my barber died, the owners soon sold out and now its under Joel, its current owner. None of the previous barbers stood. I had decided to get my cuts from Joel 2 times. The first was amazing and it was worth the money BUT with the increased price difference, it makes it difficult to come here often (~$30 price for a fade when compared to $17-$20 from before). I paid $25 dollars for the first but with the second, I was being charged $30 (I asked for the same cut). I only had $25 on me since I thought that was the normal price and he accepted it. HOWEVER, the second cut was done poorly when compared to the first. I had little patches of hair on the back of my head (This was suppose to be a clean fade). Personally, considering the death of my barber, change of the owner & barbers, and the price / result of a fade, I will try to find another barber with lower prices. If this barbershop had lower prices, this shop would continue to be the best shop in Belleville. Overall, I love my hair cut, Joel is a nice barber and gives a decent cut BUT the prices could be better, especially when you have competition with other barbers in the area. I would recommend this New barbershop, if you have the money. Just make sure youre satisfied before you walk out.

New owner set an appointment and took my phone number, when I arrived at the time set I was asked to wait another hour because he was behind. If you take a phone number send a text or call updating that the appointment has been changed....

Good barbers, but they dont speak English very well, I showed them a picture but my result was far from what I showed them. Told him I dont want it too short, and he proceeded to cut it shorter. Unhappy with the result

Barbers should be a little bit more clean and sanatary..but the haircuts are OOK😶I HOPE THIS HELPS..were gloves when touching peoples faces my fellow barbers
