I needed to have my car towed immediately. The first company contracted was initially late, rescheduled, and then never showed. I called several other companies. Some said they could be available four to eight hours from the time of the conversation and others said they could be available the next day or later. One said they did not know how to take payment from credit cards or insurance companies.Every call was worse than the last until I called Tactical Towing. They were polite and professional. They also had someone on site within an hour.The driver (Anthony) treated my vehicle with care and even considered advice as the design of my car required special handling. After the day Id had to that point, his professionalism was appreciated. In fact, the way the staff handled the entire transaction was appreciated enough for me to write this review.Anytime I say to myself, I should have called them first., I know Ive made a good choice. I hope they keep up the good work because professionals are becoming scarce.Thanks for taking pride in your work and thanks for the assist!

I just want to share that i have NEVER had a tow service as this one. I was in a bad situation and they came through!! The guy who picked me up came within 4 minuets, 4 minuets. I was so impressed that I want to share this tow company to all who need a tow service. The gentleman was professional and polite, and kind. In todays society, people are so impatient and do and say hurtful things. So this experience was like a breath of fresh air. He made me feel confortable from haveing a bsad morning. I used my roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed from my home in Belleville to Meckfessels Tire and Auto in downtown Belleville, IL and Tactical Towing showed up within 5 minutes (there truck was driving by my neighborhood when they received the order). Justin (the driver) was extremely professional and careful loading my car on the flatbed. A couple days later, I had to have my car towed to Waterloo Auto (with my roadside assistance from Meckfessels) and again Justin was the driver and promptly showed up and towed my car to Waterloo.Both times, Tactical Towing demonstrated professionalism, promptness, and gentleness with my car.Being a tow company, I know I was lucky for the prompt service because I just so happened to need my car towed when they were able to quickly respond but the consistent care they used for my car and professionalism of Justin, I highly recommend anyone needing a tow to call Tactical Towing in Belleville, IL.

I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to Sams (no spare). Everything was fine until we got to Sams. The tow truck driver (Randy) drove my car over a curb and got it stuck in a muddy hole while trying to park it. He had to then use the tow truck to pull it back out of the hole. My front bumper got scratched up in the process. Why he didnt just unload my car directly into a parking spot, Im not sure (there was plenty of room!). I called Tactical based on the Google reviews, but I will not be using or recommending them in the future.

Jon came and rescued me on my way home when my jetski trailer snapped an axle. It was definitely a challenge but nothing they couldnt handle cannot thank these guys enough !

I watched, what I now know was the owner of the company blow through 3 stop signs, one of which was in a school zone at 8:00 in the morning with 2 student crossing guards. When I called to complain about the driver, he told me he was the owner and hung up on me.
