I was referred to Mike’s Service Center. I came in with an overheated engine. Mike took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. It only was the service great, but the price for parts and labor were unbeatable. Quality work and affordable prices. You can’t get service better than anywhere! I highly recommend Mike’s for anybody looking for a good mechanic!!

I have consistently brought my vehicle to this repair shop over the past few years and over time I have noticed how much money I have lost to this criminal. I did not have much knowledge in the beginning about the cars mechanics but as time went on I started to learn more and more. He has consistently been charging me for things that did not have to be fixed and added things that said needed to be fixed on the car which I would not know for sure but either way that is not the point. Recently I had just bought to get my car fixed because the car would not start I told him it might be a starter then he proceeds to tell me that the message that was appearing on my car said check charging system which I know for a fact it did not say that. It in fact said check starting system. He then tells me that its an alternator problem. But I almost know for a fact that its not but either way I tell him just fix the starter and out of my unsureness I told him to fix the alternator too since thats what he said needed to be fixed. On the next day he said the car is ready I go to pick it up give him the payment and head to my car. Finally I attempt to start the car and the car will not start and it says check starting system and does not say check charging system. I call him over he puts the car in neutral and starts my car. I am in complete shock and disgusted. Please dont let this man continue to do this kind of business. I have been a victim for years and have just realized it now. This is criminal.

I went to service for lower control arm change. After getting my vehicle out of service, I noticed that the oil came from the front wheels. When I examined it, I saw that the right and left cv axle caves exploded. It was solid when I left it to the service. I met with the service representative. He stated that they may have damaged by replacing the part. and said that if I bring it in time, they can look. I brought my car. He said he had to change the CV axle and it cost me $ 400. whereas they asked me $ 400 even though they damaged my part. I definitely do not recommend.

Ive been with Mike for like 17 years, wen he fixes parts he shows me the old part to me n tell me wat had happened, this is why i always go to him, A++++

It is better to buy parts and give them for replacement and stay with your car while replacing. He did not install genuine quality struts (replaced 6months ago, 3 months I didn’t even drive) in my car. He gives warranty of 12 months. Now I can’t take my car to him from California to get them checked and replaced.

I’ve been going to Mike over 25 years. He used to be pretty honest but he’s been increasingly doing ‘upsale’ and ‘suspect’ practices the last few years. Had an issue with a motor mount. Told me alternator had to be replaced as well. Seemed a bit questionable but I’ve used him so long didn’t question it much. Next day after picking up had another issue with loud noise coming from the car. Brought it back and was told it was the wheel bearing. I said ok I’ll bring it in a few days. My wife kept driving the car for a week and 4 out of 5 LUG NUTS fell off the tire on its own. I knew it was foul play as there was no reason to touch the tire for previous repair. Brought it back and he made several more excuses saying it was ‘rust’ and ‘his guys couldn’t have done it’ which tells me he knew. My family could have been seriously injured if that tire fell off while driving!

Went in to have car looked at. Owner told me he was in a rush and didnt have the time. Looked at the car and gave me an estimate. I went to Midas by me and turns out he wasnt even close to diagnosing the right problem. They fixed my car for $60. Runs better than before. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Car problems can be frustrating sometimes but everytime I go to Mikes Service Center the service manager Mike jr or owner Mike sr takes care of the issue asap at a fair price with a guarantee on top of whatever work was done his mechanics are fast and professional ASE certified also I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else for 25 years mike has been known for fair prices and honesty we need more people like this in this industry that is a rarity indeed and I understand you cant make everyone happy as seen in some reviews that are clearly not relevant to the work done to said subject of work or part, those people clearly arent legit because all of Mikes work is guaranteed no questions asked and disreguard the negative few. If I can give 100 stars I would and reccomend this establishment for automotive needs to my family or friends thank you Mike and Mike Jr you guys are the best.
