I used to have a positive experience dealing with Duncans as it pertains to car maintenance like oil changes. However, financing vehicles through this company has been a nightmare. They will demand prompt payments from customers knowing they sold them vehicles that need a plethora of repairs just to keep driving them. The first vehicle I bought from them seemed to be fine at first, then over the months of driving it the transmission kept getting worse to the point that I was dangerously stuck in the middle of intersections making a left turn because the car would not accelerate. I had to basically keep dumping transmission fluid in the engine to keep it driving. The entire transmission needed to be replaced.Then I noticed they had a better car for sale so I traded in the problematic vehicle for the newer car. For months, since summer, everyone who was in my car including myself noticed a smell that gradually kept getting worse, almost like something was dying in the car. After cleaning out and shampooing the car numerous times the smell was not going anywhere and still getting worse. It turns out there was a full package of raw ground beef that was trapped between the back passenger seat and the SUV trunk decaying there for months. They couldnt even inspect/clean the car before selling it to me. I have also had to replace the front break pads and now one of the back hub bearings is mysteriously completely bent making the car absolutely dangerous to drive. I havent even owned this car for 7 months but the mounting surprising problems with it is unacceptable. Buyer beware with this dealership!

Had a water pump replaced on a Lincoln MKZ and was told by several other shops that they wouldnt do that repair and to call the Ford dealership, because of how extensive the job is. Was quoted almost 3k at the shop it was towed to and 2 weeks to complete. Called Duncans and they quoted me half the 3k and it took them less than 3 days to complete. They were awesome!!! I cant say enough about them and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so fair on your pricing and your fast work to get my vehicle back on the road. Thanks again!!!

Responded to a vehicle for sale. Sent emails confirming the listing as accurate and available. Disclosed we should be driving from over 50 miles away. We drove all the way there only to find it was an manual transmission not an automatic as advertised.

For a simple oil change, it may take 10 minutes. Their prices are fare, and, honest repairs. I came I. For a oil change and had some concerns about my brakes and a rattle that occurs sometimes. Nope, very honest, all was good!!! I only had to pay for my oil change. They will not even tell you that you need a new filter if you do not!!! I highly recommend for all of you automotive needs that you visit Duncan’s!!!

These guys take care of their customers very well, and they are fast. They het I in and out. I like theses guys.

We have used Duncans Auto Repair for about 6 years after being referred by a friend. We have six children who drive, and I think they have worked on all of their vehicles, and our son in law. They have always been completely fair and honest, even in situations where they could very easily gouge us or do work that could be avoided, they have always told us, and given is options. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This family owned business is one of the best around. They do fast quality work, and for reasonable prices. I had them repair a vehicle of mine a couple of months back and they did an excellent job. I refer anyone to their services.

If I could give it 0 stars. I would. This place is awful. I wouldnt go there if my life depended on it. The lady I think her name is Lana, works there. She is very rude and not intelligent. Along with the young man I think runs this place, hes not far ahead of her. Go elsewhere.

My experiences with Duncan Auto over the years are overwhelmingly great! Occasionally there is a problem that only the dealer can pinpoint. I respect that, and move on as needed. But, I always start my diagnosis with Adam. If you have an obvious problem, or a mystery check engine light, check with Adam at Duncan Auto Repair & Sales first! You will be glad you did!

The work was done cheap without price gauging and they called before any work was done. The customer service was excellent! I will definitely reccomend Duncan Auto Repair, theyre the best and friendly too.

At first I was disappointed with the service. A clutch that kept going out. They would fix it then it would go out four days later. It did eventually get fixed and I wasn’t charged on the final visit. That’s all I guess you can really ask for.
