It is a very pleasant place to live. Quiet with very little noise. Neighbors are also very pleasant. Loving my apartment. Mr. Bouse is a man of second chances. If you mess up with him, you have got to be crazy!

I never have to worry about an unanswered call and or text. It does not matter what time or day she will make sure she is there to assist! Whatever problem you may have she will get it done. And if she can’t, she will find someone who can. She is a amazing person. Maintenance!!!! Always tactful! Message to them and it’s done in no time. Fake reviews!Ill rate it at maybe a 2 star.The neighborhood cool and i love the Belle Valley school district, but you will have roaches.You get what you pay for. Smh !I moved out bc of that reason.

I had an amazing experience renting from Kevin at Bouse Properties. I stayed in one of the fully renovated 2br 2ba apartments and it exceeded my expectations. It was so spacious and up to date. I only moved because I got a new job an hour away but I definitely didn’t want to move. Maintenance always came in a timely fashion for anything I needed and I never had a problem with bugs. The leasing staff was always professional and I received my deposit back in a timely fashion and was not cheated out of money like how most apartments nickel and dime you. I recommend to lease at Bouse Properties.

KB IS THE COOLEST LANDLORD TO HAVE! RENT IS SO REASONABLE, NO 12 MTH LEASE, AS SOON AS SOMETHING BREAKS HE GETS IT FIXED PROMPTLY! NEIGHBOURS ARE COOL, AREA IS NICE AND CLEAN. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO A FEW FRIENDS AND NOW THEY RENT FROM HIM! LOVE MY APARTMENT.

Management is very friendly. Decent for the price. Only complaints I have is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything also, my apartment always smells like cigarette smoke which makes all my clothes and furniture stink it’s very frustrating.

Been living here for about 6 months, and I have no complaints. My place is comfortable, quiet and the neighbors are nice.

Bouse and co. Are very prompt in working with thier tenants as well as fixing or replacing any items that may fail under normal wear and tear..there is also more of a family style rappore than the other larger properties seem to provide
