If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. Today’s experience was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I am a 18 year old who was getting my nails done for prom. I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg so I wasn’t planning on them lasting forever so I was just gonna get regular polish instead of gel. Well when I first told them I didn’t want gel the guy told me to be careful because they could chip more easily and stuff and I was like okay. Well about 5 minutes later he continued to bug me about getting gel and told me it was only 10 dollars more. I told him no I still want regular. Well after all of that he told 2 of his coworkers that I was wanting regular polish and they both looked at me oddly and the lady told me it wouldn’t last. I proceeded to tell them I just needed them to last through tomorrow. And the guy beside me told his client (while laughing) only 2 hours it will last. For the rest of my appointment the nail tech rushed through everything and then threw me over to the dryer and never spoke to me again. Never told me how long or even when I was done. I had to go off of my own judgment. Another thing was normally when they paint your nails they have you rinse the debris off or they take rubbing alcohol to remove debris. Well he never once did anything like that and my nails now have a bunch of tiny bumps from the debris. Needless to say it was very rude and unprofessional how I was treated just because I didn’t want to get gel. Def would not recommend going there. I’m sad to say that I spent 50 bucks for such a terrible experience.

Went to the nail lounge and they were extremely aggressive with my feet and cut the cuticles entirely too short and as I left hours later my toe began to hurt and is infected. Not satisfied. Go somewhere else that provides a clean and enjoyable experience.

This was my third time at this location and I had amazing experiences both times before this, however this was a nightmare nail appointment.I get in and I am moved around between three people before I start, then the lady cut my nails too short, she cut my cuticles too short and caused me to bleed, and wiped it on a used paper towel that had someone else blood already on it, that’s not only disgusting, but it’s unsanitary. I can see my actual nails through the nail polish, so there should have been at least a third coat, but I was rushed out. I am very upset that I paid $50 for such a horrible experience

I really enjoyed my visit today. The technicians were delightful. Its a good salon experience and I love their clear price menus and family atmosphere. Make sure you can relax and take your time and youll have a great experience! Thanks! Ill visit again.

I think they did amazing and they look wonderful. One thing is that they were just a little rough on my hands but other than that my acrylics look great!

This is my go to nail salon. James and Annie are great people. They are always busy, so if you dont have time to wait, make an appointment. I see alot of complaints on here, but I know from experience that they dont want you to leave unhappy. They cant fix what you dont like unless you tell them about it. I break nails all the time but its beacuse of my line of work. Im hard on my nails. I go in and they fix it, no questions asked. I recommend them to anyone who asks!!!

I had several examples of nail designs saved to my phone but the nail tech said that they dont know how to do any of the designs. One design I showed was of a simple black trapezoid on one nail and they said theyre unable to draw that... apparently only one nail tech knows how to do nail designs and they werent there. The nail tech was a little rude at first but was friendlier after a bit.The wait time was really long!! When I was finally sat down the nail tech was playing on their phone.The front desk lady was very kind and helpful though.I ended up settling for another design she suggested and it turned out really nice though I like it a lot .Not sure if Ill be coming back or not because my experience was kind of iffy.

My boyfriend made appointments for us ahead of time... however, once we were there, we waited over an hour despite staff acknowledging we made an appointment when we arrived. Once we finally started to be served, the staff stopped intermittently during our service to take care of a baby (I assume it was one of the staff’s children)... at one point, the staff member was holding the baby with one hand, while attempting to rub my boyfriend’s feet with the other. His service was close to $60... plus my service and tip, around $150.... and that was our first time and last time there.

This place fit us in right away for two pedicures and did an amazing job on our runners feet. The place is beautiful, clean, and large with great pedicure massage chairs. The entire staff is friendly and does excellent work. The foot massage was the best I had gotten anywhere!

Absolutely terrible, I paid $120 for a set of nails that started popping off 4 days later. I went to another salon and they wouldn’t even work over them because every single nail was lifting. She let me know the nails would be “expensive”, which I said was fine then proceeded to tell me again in front of everyone after I already told her the price was fine. Definitely the worst nail salon around here.

They did such an amazing job on my nails and the pedicure was so worth it!!! 😍 they massaged my legs and my feet the best Ive had yet!!!

Wasn’t on time scheduled me and a group of others at the same time. Got there before them and they let them go before me. Sat there for almost an hour. Didn’t feel comfortable they were rushing everything. Never going back again. This was even my first time getting my nails done professionally…I’ll find somewhere else!

I was very disappointed with my nails. Way too thick, I asked the guy to thin them down twice. Three of my nails were crooked and asked him to file them evenly, unfortunately I went home and straightened them myself.Way too expensive to not love my nails!

The guy I had he didnt understand proper English and was very rude towards me and slammed my hand and feet down. He didnt paint my whole nail and the sides hung out. I asked for normal white nail polish and he gave me gel which is way more expensive. I had an appointment and they took walk in before meand use the same nail file and and were not clean. I wanted to have a nice time and enjoy myself but I just wanted to get out of there I dont suggest going there at all.

They always rush me and are never on time for appointments. I had an appointment at 2:30 and they didn’t start until 3:45. My middle finger was crooked and I asked if the man could straighten it out and he said my nails were too short to do so. (they are not short at all). It is almost 100 bucks per person when we go in there and spending that much money I don’t like to be rushed.The most recent time I went there was 1 1/2 weeks ago and i’ve had three nails break where the acrylic has just fallen off. My nails usually can go 4 to 5 weeks before needing redone. This has also happened to many of my friends and family. Will not be going back.on the bright side the designs are always good.

I didnt have an appointment but was told to come right in. I didnt have to wait very long even with how busy they were. Had a mani pedi. Everyone was friendly and the staff are very efficient at there jobs. They are very busy but made me feel as if I were the only one there.

Was able to get in pretty fast.And the young man Ethan that did my nails knew exactly what I wanted .And let me tell you he did a wonderful job.And made sure I was happy with them before I left.Everyone there is very friendly.And I will be going back.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, my 2 year old could wax your eyebrows better then any of them in there ! She got wax stuck in my eyebrow an completely ruined them there uneven an my right one is barely there anymore had to try an fix myself not to mention how long you have to sit an wait wether you have an appointment or not

I took my girls here to get their nails done for prom and they turned out absolutely lovely! They were very professional and friendly and well definitely be returning!

I had to get my nails done before going to Jamaica for my wedding and honeymoon. It was prom weekend in Bellefontaine and they were really busy. I was very thankful that they could accommodate me and I didnt have to wait for anything. I highly recommend going here for your mani/pedis! I had the gel on my toenails and 2 weeks later it still looks brand new!😁

Nice atmosphere but when I went to pay the service I agreed to was up charged. Disappointing when they dont communicate with each other and turn it back on the customer!

I have went about four times to get three different full sets done. They have done what I’ve asked every time. I really appreciate that I can come here and feel assured that regardless of what style I’m asking for, they can do. I’ve been other places where the artists don’t want to say they aren’t familiar with that art and try it anyway and it turns out bad. I’m so loving the latest design I got today. The place is busy so best to call and set an appointment. They will always try to squeeze you in.

I got A manicure and pedicure Both look amazing they both did a really good job both Only problem than I had was they didnt clean my cuticle lineup on my fingers fbe for laying my acrylics down now my finger look kinda funny after a week of having them on

I Went In For A Manicure & Polish Change. I Requested A Design On 1 Nail On Each Hand. The Guy Doing My Nails Told Me He Couldnt Do That. I Thought That Was Odd. Nail Techs Usually Want The Add On Service! I Would Know, Being A Nail Tech/Cosmetologist.My Manicure Consisted of An Approximate 60 Second Soak In Warm Water, A Cuticle Trim & One of The Worst Filing Jobs Ive Ever Had. My Nails Were So Uneven & He Didnt Even Completely Remove The Burgundy Polish I Previously Had On! After My Ever So Slight 2 Layers of Polish, The Guy Left Me To Air Dry. A Lady Whom I Believe May Be The Owner (?) Guided Me To The Air Dryer So I Didnt Mess Up My Nails Before Even Leaving The Salon, Although My Nails Started Chipping On Day 2 After My Service.The Salon Was Very Busy Due To It Being NYE, But It Was My FIRST Experience/Impression Here.I Can Just About Guarantee I Wouldnt Go Back.

Was not very clean at all. The lady that did my nails had the same gloves on she had probably worn all day. The were dirty and had holes in them. The towel had someone else nail clippings on it. While there they made rude comments about who had done my nails before. Watched another lady take the same towel she used with one client to another client and reuse it. Did not once see them clean their tools. Also reusing the same files on clients. Definitely won’t be going back.

My mistake shouldve paid more attention . My toenails are not straight by any means and the end of my nails are not polished and I now have Red Polish smears around my nails . Paid $38.00 plus a $5.00 tip . Will not do that again .

I made an appointment to take one of my best friends here for a pedicure before her surprise birthday party. We showed up to a little birthday banner above where we sat - such a cute little extra detail. Service was amazing - and we will absolutely be coming back!

Very clean, very friendly, very nice atmosphere. Nail tech did a great job. Ladies, if youre ever tired/stressed/need a break, go get yourself a pedicure! The deluxe pedi comes with a very nice foot and lower leg massage and the massage chair is so relaxing!!

The lady who did my pedicure wear the used gloves she just used it on other pedicure . I told her to go wash her hands first and get new gloves but she didn’t respond to my request. After I left the salon, I Went home took a shower. I will never come back to this salon period !

They are very good. You make appointment, you hardly have to wait once you sign in. They do a wonderful job.

I am not impressed by the work of Nail Lounge. They totally botched my acrylic nails. The whole nail was bumpy and not smooth, the edges were not straight, the paint didn’t go all the way to the edges, and they look grown out after one day because they weren’t put back far enough!

I would have given a better review. I went here for a wedding and the rest of my group had a pretty good experience. Unfortunately the lady I had do my nails, didnt do a great job and was silent the entire time. A little akward. I was a bit disappointed especially for the expensive prices. I could have went to a top quality salon elsewhere for the price I paid. On the plus side the place is clean and they are professional.

The whole staff was very polite, friendly, gentle, and curtious. The business was clean. The prices was very reasonable. They was a little busy this afternoon, totally worth the wait time.

So I went to the new nail place in Bellefontaine. I was skeptical at first. Not because I heard anything bad but because of my skin condition. I enjoy getting my nails done and I never do anything fancy just a Mani/Pedi. Everywhere I have ever went though I always feel uncomfortable. Someone always asks about my skin, looks at me strange, asks if it was contagious and even after I explain what it is would still wear gloves with me and no one else. Every time Id go get my nails done thats all Id think about. They also rush with me and hurt me causing me to bleed everytime. So today I went to the Nail Lounge in Bellefontaine. The guy who did my nails was Named Bee. Like 🐝 :) he was amazing. I started crying in there 😭 no joke. I told his manager he was so kind and not once asked me about my skin. He wasnt rude he didnt hurt me or rush. He did such a good job too! I mean that my nails have never looked this good in my entire life! Thank you for everything. I will be coming back for sure Thank you Bee 🐝 for your Kindness. I appreciate you greatly. There are good people in this world. I feel blessed to have met one the other day.
